This is the second time Ive gone back to buy a mattress here. Ive looked at EVERYTHING. Some places are over 2 months out to deliver right now. Other places are a whole lot more money. I love the mattress we bought a couple years ago. Every night I love to crawl into my comfy cozy bed! So I went back for more.I dont think you get more for your money anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable but low key, service us goid. And you dont have to haggle or feel like you are being pressured at all. I love this place.

Friendly and informative. Found what I was looking for in half an hour. They had protective layers for the mattress that get thrown away after use so you can minimize risk of COVID infection.

We purchased our first king sized mattress here and were so excited. However, weve had it a couple years and it sags where we sleep. Weve rotated the mattress multiple times and it didnt help... it just got new sags. I wouldnt recommend it.

Couldnt be happier. Had an idea what we wanted and the salesperson didnt just go with that but, gave some alternatives. Took the time to explain the difference and let us test them. My only complaint is that not one mattress manufacturer puts handles on the ends so the mattress can be carried into the house - The Original Mattress Factory take note - especially since we were outside their delivery area in rural Minnesota. Love the mattress!!

Great salesman who answered all my questions without any pressure or gimmicks. Product was delivered on time and without any issues. Have slept like a baby ever since it was delivered, with no more morning back pain. Was amazed how badly my 10 year old mattress had degraded compared to a new ultra firm mattress. Very happy with my new mattress.

A very friendly man explained how their mattresses are different than all other manufacturers. A very informative discussion. I would highly recommend you go here to at least learn more about mattresses. The prices are competitive and constant. You dont have to wait for a sale since the price remains the same year around. They have about 18 different mattresses and local delivery for $45.

Service was good. Salesman was attentive. Not a huge selection of mattress brands. Limited to a few brand options. Did offer Sunday delivery, which was nice. Delivery service was top-notch and called before delivery.

Reason one thousand to buy from a local business, we worked with Rick. We lost our mattress off the top of our vehicle on the way home and after hours of searching concluded someone stole it. I called and explained what happened and within seconds was offered a replacement. Honestly the best customer service ever, we will be customers for life!

Every detail of our experience was excellent, from our salesman, Rick Mason, to the efficient, polite, and competent deliverymen, and to the final result . . . blissful sleep on our new mattress.

Fantastic store, the sales people are never pushy and very nice. Just had my first nights sleep on my new mattress and I am loving every minute of it!

Be very careful with their return policy. If you dont like your mattress, they will take the mattress you purchased back however charge you 25% of another mattress of you choice. You get no money back.I ended up paying $2,300 for a $1,000 mattress. Not a good outcome. They forgot to tell me about the fine detail in the return policy when I purchased the first one.......watch out.
