First off, never use this company. They messed up all of our windows in our new house. All the the windows are damaged and they have no clue how to fix the problem. So beware of this company. The windows were expensive and installation was the worst part. They never even leveled the windows. Installers and repair guys have no clue what they are doing; been to our house like 15 times and still don’t know what to do to fix the problem. Installers don’t even come to your house with masks on during covid! How is the company even still around! They have been reported to the health department as installer and repairman didn’t wear mask to job site. Please fix our windows as you are responsible for all of the issues and will be filing a complaint with BBB if it isn’t resolved soon.
3 months to get trim which is still not finished, told numerous times “so and so is out of the office should be back in 4 days”. After asking 3x to verify correct color they made the wrong trim. They promised to fix their mistake for free but now “my manager says we have to charge an additional $500 stain matching fee”.
Will not finish the job that was paid for, doors backordered, will not return call or emails to come and finish putting the doors in. Now will not communicate with either the owner or the relator. Would not trust them with any project small or large! Untrustworthy!!!
The customer support from ABC cabinetry is awesome. Peggy especially who designed the entire cabinetry including a custom work at my bedroom was very friendly to work with. They exceeded the expectations and highly co-operative.
Terrible customer service. Spent far too much money to be treated like that. Learned my lesson & will go with a more reputable company next time. What a waste of money!
The deck door this company installed at our new home leaked badly. We needed our builder to replace it. Took forever to get it set up. The worker from this company that came out was rude to my wife and did a terrible job. Didnt bother to remove any of the stickers, frame wasnt painted or sealed properly and it already leaks again and has terrible rot from all the water damage, both outside and inside around the frame of the door. The company doesnt care or respond. We will need a 3rd deck door in 3 years on a new home. Terrible work. We obviously will be going with a more respected company that takes pride in their work and doesnt rely on being the cheapest option for builders in new developments.
Tried calling to order materials multiple times each week for over a month. No one ever called us back. We would have been a smaller order so either they dont care about small customers or they just dont like making money.
Our builder used this company for our kitchen cabinets. We requested they fix several splintered cabinets before our one year warranty was up. This is not the first time we have pointed out these splinters either - we marked them to be fixed before we moved in and they werent. They refused and said splintered cabinets are not covered by warranty and refuse to come fix them. These are cheap quality cabinets as it is, hence the splinters that occurred when they installed them. Take my advice and go with a company that uses quality materials and will make right what they damaged in the first place during installation!

Delivery delayed 2 days and I wasn’t even notified. Then late on new delivery date. Don’t count on them to return phone call either.
Very bad customer service. Hardly you get response from them. I wont recommend them to anyone.
I hope that I can be working there soon, getting behind on bills....
