I do not like posting bad reviews, though i use this pharmacy as it is most convenient location. Since I started using them it has been nothing but issues - wrong medication, miscommunication, and rude remarks from the workers. If possible, use somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever!!! They dont even know what the words mean. God forbid they help you and answer questions and help you get the best price for your prescription. I think they need to close this location. The manager is of NO assistance.

Ive never had issues at this location. Theyre often slammed but manage to be pleasant every time Ive been there, counter or drive thru. I think CB must have some personalitosis or something...poor thing...

Excellent experience at the pharmacy today while receiving a COVID-19 test. I tried booking an appointment with Walgreens, but their website was complicated and there wasnt much availability. It was very easy to get a same-day COVID-19 test appointment. When I arrived, the pharmacy tech was very helpful and guided me through the whole process. It took only about 5-10 minutes. If you are in need of a COVID-19 test, Id definitely recommend going to CVS.

Yes, Covid testing has severely complicated the ability to reach someone by phone. Yes, it takes longer to get prescriptions filled. But Ive worked with Tim and Jane for over 10 years and I think they do an awesome job under all the stress. As for the staff, Ive never had issues. Customers need to understand were in a pandemic and service has changed. I have a retail job and understand the stress and customer anger over service issues. Be kind and appreciative, please.

I always feel bad for the staff here because corporate greed has clearly made it impossible for them to do a good job. Its always terribly understaffed for how busy it is. Whenever I call, I have to wait for at least 20 minutes.Most recently, I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru in the full service lane to pick up a prescription, and when I got to the window, the associate said, Im sorry, you cant pick up your prescription here, you need to go to the other lane.Yes. I had to leave the FULL-SERVICE lane to go to the DROP-OFF ONLY lane...to pick up a medication. Internal rage ensued. There was a sign that said COVID-19 testing could take place in the left lane, but there was no other signage that you could not pick up in the full-service lane and you could pick-up in the drop-off only lane.Again, I feel bad for the employees because theyre set up for failure. If you need to get a prescription filled here, get the free delivery option. Otherwise, consider going literally anywhere else.

Customer service doesnt exist. Walked in there was one employee near the register area(no greeting), walked to the body wash area- one person working in that aisle (she did NOT greet), walked to the school supply wall passing an employee(didnt greet) and decided to leave after that...ohhh and on my way out the person near the cosmetic counter also chose not to greet me as a customer... in my way to the competitor.. which is its like 8 mins out of the way.. but i always get greeted..

This Pharmacy and store chain takes advantage of people. I do not have insurance, went in for my prescription and was told there were no coupons available. They wanted me to pay $124 for a prescription that cost $24 after I called my doctor and was referred to GoodRx. The pharmacy tech, Jane, did not tell me to go to GoodRx and made no apology for not telling me.I will pay more money through another pharmacy to not go back to CVS.

Severely understaffed at 1 pm on a Saturday. One pharmacist and one tech. 6 people in line inside and 7 cars waiting outside. The pharmacist was pulled away by one customer who wanted a flu shot. The tech spent 5 minutes on the phone with some older woman who just wanted a refill. Terrible customer service and terrible management of of not having the correct number of employees on duty. Especially, a designated person at the cash register for those picking up completed refills. Walked out and never got my stuff. Will try the drive-thru another day.

I have been going to this location for a few years. The pharmacy staff, technicians and pharmacists, are very rude. This is not a one time issue but for some reason I have put up with it for the last 3 years because the location is close to my home. I drive to the Walgreens in Shorewood now and am happy. I would pay money not to go back to CVS.

The checkout ladies are incredibly rude, if I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve turned around. You should not be a checkout person if you can’t even giv your costumers who are paying your salary respect.
