If I could rate lower I would. They did the work for our builder in our new home. The quality of the installation was horrible. Tiles in shower are not flush, metal trim corners were not mitered to meet. Simply cut flat and grout packed in if they didnt meet. When they came out to fix it they damaged the tiles around the tub and fireplace while removing the trim and both had to be retiled. Tiles on floor are coming lose. Only wonder how long before the shower walls start to crumble. I called them last week about repair work they were doing at our home this week and was told by a supervisor that they dont speak to home owners, only the builder. WHAT!! They were supposed to come and do repair work this week and didnt show up.They never called us or builder to say they werent. Apparently this has become a norm for them. We will never do work with this company again.No pride in workmanship, no respect for customers.
