Great service! Alexis is wonderful and informative. A lot of the products are not readily available due to the Global Pandemic so be prepared to wait.Johnson has a variety of price ranges, but I believe in spending the money on their top models.

Disappointed in the product they sold me and the lack of communication around repairs.Back in September, we went into Johnson to look at treadmills. We initially wanted a NordicTrack but were convinced to buy the Horizon treadmill by Alex. After getting the whole pitch about how much better the customer service is with Horizon (found out later that Horizon is owned by Johnson), we went with the Horizon 7.8 AT treadmill.The one pro is that it delivered way earlier than we thought. Besides that, weve had so many problems with the treadmill and have been trying to get someone to come look at it for the past month and still nothing.What upsets me is that Alex sold us this treadmill by telling us its better quality - which its not - our treadmill has had a horrible and loud creaking noise that sounds like it will break ever since it got set up (it was set up by a delivery crew), the Bluetooth doesnt work, and the speed and incline will randomly change without us touching anything. In addition to quality, he told us its better customer service - we have been waiting for a month for Horizon to even call us and nothing. Weve been constantly trying to get communication on what is going on and Johnson basically said its on Horizon.Please do not go here and be persuaded by their salespeople. We really regret buying from there and wish we looked around elsewhere.

I had a really good experience purchasing my equipment through this location on Jan 7th. So this review is based more on the communication around service. After 2 days of light use, my Horizon Fitness Elliptical incline motor broke. I called Horizon Fitness for warranty information (as I was told to do by JF). Horizon sent out a new incline motor (which was on back order, which makes me believe this isn’t the first time this has happened), and told me that someone would reach out regarding repairs. In the meantime, the elliptical would not even turn on, at all... So I called Horizon back and told them the issue, and then they sent out a new circuit board. In the meantime, I called Johnson Fitness back to schedule the service as I was told to do. I was given a phone number to call in order to schedule service and as of today, February 20th, I have called this number 10 + times and left at least 6 voicemails with zero response or communication. I have called the original location back and the ‘best’ answer I have gotten about the lack of response is “Well, we’ll send an email and let them know you’ll be calling”. As far as I’m concerned, this place doesn’t take any responsibility for getting a machine serviced to earn a repeat customer. They seem way more concerned about getting a product out the door instead of getting the customer to come back for a future purchase. Not impressed at all. Maybe a negative Google review will light a fire... We’ll see.

Went in to look at exercise bikes and the staff was very friendly. They made recommendations based on how we advised we use our current one. They had us try the ones that met our requirements out, even explaining the differences including the trade offs of the models and pricing.A good experience and why Ive purchased from them three times now.

Checkout process is extremely inefficient. You have to provide your email and phone number to this organization. Was trying to buy something that they sold for $40. The same things was available on Amazon for $18 and on their own website for $24, but the sales attendent did not even care to tell me. I would never buy anything from here.

Please tell the person driving the white dodge with the 2nd wind emblem that pulled into the Chanhassen high school that driving that peeling out at stop lights and passing in the left lane to cut off another car to turn right doesnt help your public image.

Still, hard money to spend prices, for the stuff youre buying..but if youre pumped to get some new equipment..its quality.
