Tom is amazing… to say the least! He’s incredibly helpful and always great to talk to when I come in! The office is always immaculate and it definitely gives me a happy feeling knowing my belongings are safe at Public Storage! Thanks Tom!!

It was easy for me to reserve a spot online and then when I met Tom at the location he showed me the two available in my size. It was nice to be able to choose which I wanted instead of just being told to go to one. Security is good, location is convenient, and the staff Ive encountered are friendly. 10/10 recommend.

I upgraded my storage unit from a 5x5 to a 5x10 over labor day weekend. Eron at the desk was awesome in helping find a location close to my current storage unit, and then working with me to get time to get everything moved over. He also helped clear up an autobilling issue that I was having with the website. Was great customer service and very much appreciated.

Tom provided awesome guidance, flexibility, and kind support, before, during, and after our big move. After 29 years in one house, we had little idea how much storage space we would need. Tom went the extra mile more than once to get us into the right units, and to coordinate a return of one un-needed unit after the move. 5 on a scale of 5!

I have been a customer here in Chanhassen, MN for 3 or 4 years. They have a problem with the carts in the indoor facility. Most of them have caster wheels where the swivel does not work smoothly. When you pull the cart along, it fights you since the casters are not tracking smoothly. I took this photo of the issue. ALL of the ball bearings in the swivel plate are gone!! I called them maybe 6 months ago and they said they are working on them. I guess this is not much of a priority for them. Everything else is good, but this really gives them a black eye in my book.

Excellent storage place. Mr. Tom is an amazing helpful guy, so the bussiness excedees my expectations on renting this 10 x 10 Public Storage.

Jan (Janet) was awesome! I made a reservation for a unit online the night before I showed up. I also showed up at 9:30am, right when the office opens for business. It seemed unlikely that someone would have checked an online reservation and been ready for me first thing in the morning, well Jan had!It was also really cool that she was interested in getting me checked in and set up quickly. We just moved into town and it seems as though my list of things to do never gets shorter, never the less this errand went very well.Anyway, it was apparent that Jan is as competent as she is friendly.The facilities seem quite nice as well. There has been a lot of snow and the lots were all clear. My unit was clean and in good operating condition.

Janet was wonderful to work with getting our unit rented. She talked through what kinds of things we were storing and made recommendations based on her experience. She was very helpful walking us through having rental insurance and how to best mind our belongings.

Smooth transaction, great staff, secure, and was able to rent and move stuff in right away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage, top notch!

Let me just start by saying Janet the property manager at this location is a strong person. I walked in looking for prices and not only did I get those but I also got to witness a man making her feel so small over something she had no control over. He was yelling so much she couldnt even get a word in. When she has the size space I need I will definitely be back. Unlike some people these days she did not engage in his behavior she had a great attitude about it. Thats what I call great customer service.

I rented a space showed up with my movers and they told me I would need another space. Went to the office where a nice woman, Twanika told me to wait until they were almost done cause if it turned out I didn’t really need it I would not get my money back. In the end I did not need the other space. She called me the next day to make sure all was well. That’s what I call customer service. Thank you. Highly recommend.

She helped with finding a different unit from the original one I registered for & the process was smooth, she explained all the details of the rent agreement thoroughly too and walked in very snowy weather to show us our unit & salted the pathway & brought a shovel also for the snow.

I first rented a spot in eden prarie where I live we had road work being done and I got a 5 by 10 being told and I also thought it would be big enough so when I get there the entrance was not wide enough so Craig found me a place at the chanhassen store I get over there they knew what I needed and after they took all my information and took all my bike information I was stupid and paid for it then we went to look at the locker I seen the lip to get into it was to tall I told him it would not work they would not refund me at the time my wife and bank fault them I got a 30 dollar refund that was after I paid almost $200 dollars for something I could not use stay away from them use metro storage they where stand up I will tell everyone I know to never mever strust them I will tell everyone I know they are bad people . They most likely rented this same unit and made double the money.These guys were not about the customer, they were all about the money. This manager was everything you shouldnt beGutless he didnt want to deal with it he would never even call backThat is someone unprofessional and shouldnt be the manager of any businessI will talk bad about this business to everyone I know. They are not a reputible business they lied about their property. As far as Im concerned I will never recommend them to anyone. All it took was a call and they couldnt even do that. It was a waste of my time, lesson learned.Words go a long way, good luck to you. Stay away from these locations go to Metro Storage they are the definition of what it means to be a good business and a professional.

The place was well lit and clean. The costumer service personnel Sara, was very informative and friendly. She was genuinely concerned for the security of our belongings. I have been told by family that Public Storage is a great place to hold your stuff until you have the space.

The staff is great and very knowledgeable. They were wonderful to work with. Im taking 1 star off because my first unit had no lights. They were in the middle of fixing them but after a month in a half they were still broken. My unit was in the back corner so I had to bring a flash light if I wanted to see anything.

I have used Public Storage multiple times and have always been pleased with the service. At this particular location the Property Manager, Donna, is super friendly and helpful. She helped me book a last minute storage space when I had trouble finding a trailer for a long distance move. The space is clean and secure. Cant go wrong!!

The check-in process was really easy! The site manager was very helpful in letting me know exactly what there was to know about the storage units and he was accommodating when we found out I needed a bigger unit. The place is very well kept and the automated lighting system is good as well. The place seems to be very well secured and I would recommend this location to anyone needing to store their stuff!! We worked with Ashley and she did a great job. She knew her way around the facility, took us quickly through the paperwork and was pleasant to work with. Only extra fee we were unaware of was the required monthly insurance fee. We did not see that listed when we looked online.

I moved out today and went to turn keys in. Janet at the front was so sweet. Asked if she could be any further service to us and was sad to see us go. Well kept.

Jan is a wonderful woman to deal with when dealing with our storage unit. She goes above and beyond when taking care of our concerns; we want to stay with this unit, knowing Jan works here and is willing to work with us!

John did a wonderful job helping me. I was only moving to the unit a few units over and he gave me some salt to use so I wouldnt slip and also cleared some snow for me. However, the reason for a lost star is because over half the units had about a foot and a half barrier of snow in front of them which I dont believe is good property management.

We have rented multiple storage units at this location for various reasons over the last five years. Our experience has always been positive. Good location, units are clean, secure, easy to get in and out and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Nicole is friendly, efficient and willing to offer her advice as we were trying to determine the size of unit that would best accommodate our needs. Thanks Nicole!

This guy is a great help.
