Great place and staff all very helpful and knowledgable.Products are expensive but the quality of the paint has made it worth it on many projects.

They were out of the paint I needed at the Long lake store and Tony called the Chanhassen and they were out too. So as Im getting into my car, Tony comes out and catches me before I take off. Says Lucy from Chanhassen called back and found the paint I needed. Who says customer service is dead? Not me. Thanks Tony and Lucy!

Color consultant last night was fantastic. She knew all the colors by name and could find them faster than I could by using the number system. Very well versed in color and how the paint will look on the wall. Their paint is the best on the market in my opinion. I prefer the Duration line for both performance and value. Buy a quality brush while you are there, helps with the finished product.

I needed a Stain matched to repair an interior door prior to listing our house for sale. The store manager went above and beyond to make sure the color was correct after the initial custom stain match was not close enough. She also took the time to educate me on the proper way to apply stain and sealer. Customer service at its best!!!!

I stopped in with a piece of wood with some stain on it. Staff went above and beyond, applying stain to the wood to see how closely it matched. I have the perfect color now. Great customer service! Clean store! Knowledgeable staff. Ill be back!

Great place to get high-quality paint with impressive color selection. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Its a lot more expensive than the paint youll get at Home Depot, but you notice the difference in quality right away when you start applying it. They were also nice enough to give me a discount on my first purchase. Four stars instead of five just because its hard to justify some of the prices.

The staff was great at making suggestions. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to work with me. Did a great job of mixing matching paint I originally bought there in 2003. Great job.

First thing little or no signage to get to this store from the street necessitates me having to call to ask where is the store. Second brought in two 2x2 inch wall samples to match . One of them a white. Told employee that I had called and spoke with someone about getting a color matched paint in a sample size. She gets to working on it 15 minutes later says shes done. Go to check out charges me $35 dollars for 2 quarts. WTF. RIPOFF artist alert. The lighting in the store is terrible to determine whether or not the color is correct. Get to job site...guess what. Color match is possibly the worst I have EVER seen. Quick ran to Menards with same wall samples got an accurate spot on match for 1/2 the price. Sherwin Williams is a COMPLETE waste of time and money. Made me look bad to my customer. I will never ever give my business to Sherwin Williams again.

Sherwin-Williams has ALWAYS treated me much better than other paint stores. Also, their paint is much better than any other paint that I have ever used. We had a professional painter come to do some work when we first moved in, and he told us that he was allergic to the smell of paint, even though he worked with it every day, but our Sherwin-Williams paint was the first one he had used that he felt no symptoms of his allergy! His comments greatly influenced me to want to ALWAYS use nothing but your paint since then!!!!!!

I get that they are very busy due to the number of people doing projects but if they cannot meet the delivery time given over the phone they should let their customers know that.

The women here know their paint. They helped me determine what I needed and got it put together quickly. The store is well organized and clean.

Apparently Sherwin Willams can’t color match their own paint, but Home Depot can match their color perfectly. Instead of going off the color code on our paint can, the sales rep decided to try and match the paint instead and failed miserably. Biggest waste of over priced paint ever.

My grandpa went inside the store and I was waiting outside but everything went smoothly. It was a nice day and I was having good vibes.
