I recently Opened a new hockey rink in Willowbrook. I needed lots of equipment to get opened on time. Every day not open, cost us tons of money. Nicole B. took great care of us, not sure if we would have opened on time with out her. The drivers Mark and Brian were very professional and made sure I knew how to operate all the gear safely. They are my go to rental company.

Being a big fan of another rental chain. UNITED RENTAL in Joliet stepped up there game when I went looking for a Light Tower to buy one outright. Bridget Heneghan supplied me with the data and the detailed information I requested and delivered the light tower as planned, since then Keeley Construction have had UNITED RENTAL service tech maintain the equipment that was also on the job site, with great speed and professionalism.

Sarah is absolutely phenomenal. She has gone above and beyond our expectations by finding both equipment and attachments. Will gladly continue to utilize them in the future.

United Rentals is our preferred onsite rental provider for approx. 3 years. Regarding the equipment we rent we have had some minor issues with equipment, but on the large scale we rent I feel their response time to service equipment is exceptional. We recently performed a site wide review of all our contractors and identified various issues and when we brought the issues concerning United Rentals, I felt their management team acted swiftly and appropriately to provide us they best results they could and we are continuing to work together to resolve these issues as both teams realized there are issues in each company. The important thing is both companies are committed to correcting them and continuing to grow their relationship. The only issue I have some concern about going forward and has been a major issue in the past is their billing. Im hoping they will take upon themselves to help us help them on identifying billing issues sooner so we can resolve them before they become out of date. This is still a work in progress and TBD. Overall Im currently satisfied with our service and account rep and Im looking forward to this still being the case a year from now.

I purchased a John Deere UTV from Kendra out of the Channahon branch and she was great to deal with. She made the process effortless and always made time, whether it was meeting me in Chicago to view the UTV or being there when I picked it up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! Matthew also was super helpful with making sure the UTV and trailer were secured and connected properly!

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, equipment is always in working order

I rented a towable manlift from this facility. The machine became out of level ever so slightly because need of the outriggers sunk into the ground. The machine locked itself out. Sort of. It would allow me to go up, out, turn and tilt but not come down. 20 foot in the air for two and a half hours. I had to have someone go get an extension ladder to get me down. After jacking up the leg that was in the air it finally let the basket down. The manager told me they checked it all out and its the way the manufacturer designed it. He doesnt know why or what they were thinking but thats the way it is. They are not willing to do anything to compensate me for having a machine that did nothing but waste my time. What is worse than that is they are going to rent the machine out to the next guy just like it is. I dont ever write reviews. But at least if the next person that rents this machine has the same problem and the machine keep sinking to the piont that it tips over with a person in the basket, at least it is documented that they are renting out unsafe machines
