I wanted to like them so much. I loved the chair, but the reclining mechanism had a malfunctionaking it very dangerous to put weight against the back. They replaced it with the warranty, but the replacement was shipped with damage. When asked about resolving the problem they said now I was outside my warranty, which is true. I however dont view this as another warranty request but rather a chance to do the first replacement properly. I want to say the fact they replaced it is a sign of good customer service, but the fact remains that I had to replace a new chair and now have another defective model.
Horrible quality chairs, horrible customer service (you CANNOT speak to anyone over the phone, they ONLY deal with people via email), and all around a terrible experience. My chair broke two weeks into owning it, (one of the legs with wheels on the base snapped off, and all I did was move the chair across my floor; NO ONE was even sitting in it!) not to mention it came out of the box with some of the metal pieces already rusted and a couple of puncture marks/holes in the memory foam seat itself. You are paying 90% for the license of Marvel/Disney and 10% for a poorly made, cheap chair. If I could I’d give 0 stars... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
