Zero stars if I could I would give them for their service. I bought a machine (Wood Chipper) from them on Sep 9,2020, that is almost 6 months later, I still dont have the plates or the title. And the excuse is that they already did their job. They offered to give us training to operate the machine and as of today we still do not have it. I PAY THEM $ 43,000 IN CASH FROM MY POCKET AND THEY COME OUT WITH THIS LACK OF CARE WITH CUSTOMERS

Our system went down at a well site in Kenedy, TX and they very quickly (next day) sent a field service technician to swap out our damaged clutch for a new one. They did all this w/out any previous relationship or account set up. Ask to speak to Dave Krueger, he WILL take care of you.
