When you first get the vehicle these people are polite and a somewhat decent customer service experience. However when you are trying to call to make a payment and in various occasions it has happened to me this business is CLOSED I get no answer then someone does answer and still asks me to either call back or they will call me back because theyre trying to start up their system. I dont know but as a person that works myself I am always at my job 30 minutes before opening to get my business ready to open. I have nothing to complain about the vehicles but this business really needs to learn some punctuality. Its very inconvenient and unprofessional

I purchased a vehicle from here about a year ago and I am so glad to have done it at Champ Auto Group. The salesperson Christina was very helpful and helped me select the perfect car for me. She made sure to take care of me and anything I ever needed for the car. One time I fell in a situation where I couldnt pay my vehicle on time and I communicated with Christina and they helped me out a lot. I feel like as long as you communicate with them, they will definitely help you out. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle soon!

Beat place to buy a used vehicle! I have been dealing with them for four years now. Never had any issues! They are very understanding people Christina is very sweet and understanding! The paperwork takes about five minutes and the cars are always something nice.

Ive been buying my vehicles from champ auto group for 4 years now, Ive purchased 5 vehicles from philo and Ive never had an issue. Just like any in house financing company if you get behind on your payments they will obviously repossess the vehicle due to liability of company standards. It also clearly states it in the contract that people sign when they agree to the In house financing terms. But from my experience and people I have sent to champ auto group to purchase a vehicle theyve never had a problem as long as you stay in communication with them and let them know you will be paying late or you are having difficulty they will work with you the best they can. That being said, every vehicle Ive purchased has been thoroughly gone through by their personal mechanic shop and any major issues were repaired before purchase. Theyve always given me great customer service and I will continue to buy all of my used vehicles from them, and continue to send friends and family to enjoy the same great services that Ive received over the years.

Very shadyThey want you to be late on any payment even one day to get repo on you and then demand full cost of contractWon’t hold up to their end on repairing things they said they would repairTheir scam is is charge you a set down and when you put it down and sign the paperwork they quickly say that your first four payments will be a couple hundred more because that is for tax title and licenseSo right off the bat they are ripping you offI spoke with one of the wrecker drivers and he said that they repo a lot of cars for themHe said in six months he repoed the same car from different customersHe would never recommend or buy a car from them they cheat to many peopleI learned the hard wayIf your lucky for them to allow you to pay for late charges and wrecker it will cost you about 800 to 1000These are people that give carlots a bad repIf your going to buy a car from these people buyer beware

At first it was great. I was seven days late making my first payment and they repossed my car. It was a misunderstanding on my part and I tried to go pay my late charges, towing fees and si forth and I was told I have to pay for the entire width of the car. This dealership is very shady, and its a scam. They are theives. If you call their other dealership to find the owner, or try to contact the owner through other avenues they take that personally and make it impossible to get your car back. Very unprofessional behavior. I will not recommend this business to anyone. I will however, direct them to Champion Motors. The service there is great. The management is compassionate and they will work with you. Champ Auti you should take a que from the guys across the street, now thats good business.

I bought a car with them everything was fine until I had an accident I gave them the claim number and the adjuster and they never called were and they lifted the car and they said that they would not deal with the insurance subtracted in my payments 1500 and they picked it up one days pass in front of that dealer and they repaired the car and already they have it for sale never again I will have deals with this type of companies thieves
