Besides providing an excellent vacuum cleaner product - Electrolux, the manager of the Chantilly, VA - Kevin Cain - is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about diagnosing operational issues and repairing them. He has also been willing to immediately perform a simple repair while we wait. Kudos to Kevin!
