Drivers side window dropped into the door. Technician arrived to my home within 2 hours after my call. He had the parts required ready to go (with backup parts). Other companies said they needed 3 days to order parts. The job was finished quickly and professionally. Technician took the extra time to explain in detail what happened. He also lubricated all for window jams of the vehicle. Super friendly and even showed my kids all the broken windshields he had in his truck.

I called late in the afternoon, Rashidi came out same day, he vacuumed the remaining glass and replaced the back window of my work vehicle. He arrived 30 minutes sooner than anticipated, he was friendly, professional and quick and his price was reasonable and fair. I will use Nationwide Auto Glass for all my auto glass needs going forward and I highly recommend their service.

We called them first thing in the morning to fix our emergency exit door for our preschool bus, and they come out same day to fix it. Taher was professional and did a great job. We will use them again if we are ever in a need of glass repair or replacement again. Thanks so much!!

Fast service and good price.

Our two cars were broken into early Sunday morning. Our insurance company recommended one company, but they were already filled up for Monday. I would have to wait until Tuesday at earliest to get the windows replaced. So I decided to look around the web. Came across this company so I decided to give them a call to get a quote. Surprisingly, they picked up the phone on Sunday (even though their website says theyre open Monday-Saturday). Got a quote lower than what the other company had given me, plus they said they could send someone Monday morning. Sounded too good to be true, but decided to go through them. The person arrived a bit late, but he was done with both the cards within 1.5 hours. Also vacuumed away most of the glass. So in the end I was quite satisfied with the service. But I will point out that what they quoted me for didnt turn out the be the final cost. They also had a service fee (around $40) and I think they also applied taxes (when I thought they told me that taxes were included in the quote). Still, it was worth it to have our cars almost back to normal within such a short time. I would definitely go to these guys again - though Im really hoping I wont need to.

These guys were awesome! They came out to my house within 4-5 hours of me calling them to replaced my cracked windshield I got on 95. The window technician Patrick did a great job replacing my windshield and had it replaced entirely in about 45 minutes. Hopefully I will never have to have a windshield replaced again, but if I do I will definitely come back to Nationwide. Thanks again guys.-Drew

Patrick came out and did a great job replacing the windshield of my Jeep. From start to finish he was very responsive, came out same-day and busted his rump to get my job done on a very hot day. I had a question later that same night which he responded to promptly via text, which is reassuring.There was one minor issue where there was a mark left on the pillar so I texted Patrick asking him what to do (planning to clean it myself) and he again showed up that same day, just hours later, apologizing profusely and cleaning it himself. I am super impressed with his workmanship and the pride he takes in his work. If I ever need another job done (hopefully not!) Ill definitely be calling Patrick again, and will recommend to all my friends.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not hire these guys unless you want poor service and damage to your car. Patrick was very responsive when I initially called. Came out within 48 hours to replace a cracked window. Three hours later (yes, 3 ours to install a windshield!) he told me he was done. But indicated that he didnt have the correct adhesive to mount my rear view mirror. It was covered in tape and he asked me not to remove for 24 hours while the glue he used set. A few hours later, I got in my car and indicators were telling me that my rain sensor and lane departure notification system werent working. I didnt think anything of it at first. The next day, I started to take the tape off and quickly realized the mirror was not going to stay with the black caulk (not adhesive) he tried to use. Upon further inspection, he had spread so much caulk that it had covered my sensors which is why things were no longer working. I immediately reached out to Patrick. I called and texted several times with no response. No attempt to fix the problem or rectify. Unfortunately, credit cards work in favor of their merchants so I have no recourse. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I dont want this happening to other people.

I was referred to Patrick by an employee of mine back in Oct of 2017. A few weeks after Patrick installed my windshield on my truck the windshield started leaking, nonetheless he came back out and stated he had fixed it by putting some solution in between the top part of the windshield and frame of the truck. Two weeks later my windshield started leaking again. At this time unfortunately I had to relocate to Ga due to work and kept trying to get Patrick to come back out before I had permanently moved which never occurred. All this to say, it has been since Oct of last year and my windshield still leaks like crazy leaving a puddle of water in my vehicle. Patrick / Nationwide does not answer my phone calls or returns them so now I am stuck with having to pay another company to fix this issue. The lifetime warranty he claims he has is definitely a scam because if it were valid I would have been able to get this issue resolved no matter where I live. So if your not sure that you may have to move unexpectedly definitely do not go with these guys, your better off spending more money and going with a nationally owned organization which isn’t Nationwide.

I called and the guy set me up with an appointment. Yes the price was great out of all the places ive called and trust me I called everywhere. But let me tell you this guy is hard to get a hold of but he does call back. However he told me he would be at my house by 4:30pm, which was fine with me but he ended showing up at 6:10!BUT!This guy is a hard working guy. He is an honest worker and works very hard and takes pride in his work. Even though he was running late it was because he was trying to perfect his work for a customer which he will also do for your vehicle. He wants to ensure that his work is quality work. I will be calling him back for my next windshield crack haha. well hopefully i dont have another windshield crack. He is so kind and very nice. He even offered to give me a discount which would have taken out of his own money. However I paid him in full which was still cheaper than any other company around here. MUCH CHEAPER.GREAT JOB PATRICK! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I called them up for an estimate and their price was the lowest of 2 other places that I had called previously. They came out the same day and replaced my broken window that was broken from a smash and grab from the night before. They use OEM replacement parts not aftermarket which was very important in my book. I cant say enough good things about them. I will be sure to recommend them to anyone that needs automotive glass replacements.

My sister and I were on Gallows Road this mid afternoon when we heard someone honking at us from behind. We looked back and saw a white work van and my only guess is I was driving too slow for his liking. About 3 miles later, we arrive at a stop light and said work van comes flying around to my right, almost hits my car, sticks his head out of his driver window and spits all over my windshield and the right side of my car all while waiving his fist out the window in a menacing sort of manner. He then proceeded to cut us off. Side note: it looked like he either had chewing tabbaco in his mouth or had purposely chewed something up because it was brown and looked like vomit. Anyway, tried calling the number on the back of his vehicle, but nobody answered. Im adding a photo to their Google website as it seems I cannot attach it to my review. :)
