Generally, I’m provided with professional service by Christian. This last visit I was greater by a patronizing and absolutely rude advisor, Milton. Good luck to those who are assigned Milton as their advisor. I will never again step foot in that service center, or dealership for that matter. Prefer to drive an extra 30 minutes to Tysons.Best of luck Mercedes of Chantilly.
Chantilly Mercedes Benz advertised on the online website that they perform express service. The service advertisement clearly states no appointment needed, we will get the service done in under an hour. Went to the dealership today to get the express service. No service advisor greeted me once I got in the service lane. A service advisor called out from her office and asked if I needed anything. I advised I wanted to get Express Service for my vehicle. She directed me to the next office where the Express Service Advisor sat. He look up and stated where not doing anymore Express Service today, it was 1:30 pm and service closes at 8 pm. He then stated that he had call outs and could not accommodate.I left the dealership and called the Pensky Automotive Group Service department and asked if they provided the service. The person in the phone advised that the Tysons location was only doing emergency Express Service and Chantilly would be stopping at 2 pm.It would be wise to use another dealership. Dont advertise a service that you cannot provide. If an appointment is needed then clearly state that an appointment is needed. Dont waist peoples time if you cannot perform the services.
I erased the car software by mistake and all it needed is re-programming, 2 weeks waiting for an appointment and when i took it there they told me will call in 2 hours, i had to call them before they close and they told me the car need a new amplifier with a cost of $2100 estimated, i told them to not do any work so i pickup the car, i bought a scanner for $250 and learned programming online, and did the programming my self and the car works like a charm now, the technicians there think they know more than you, i told them what is the issue and how to solve it, so trying to sell me an amplifier for $2100 was for one of 2 reasons, either they want to oversell you products and services, or they are not skilled enough to know how the car computer works. they need to invest in their employees training, i have great coding and programming skills so i can offer you free training, shame on you MB chantilly. when you charge 10 times more than the cost, and not knowing the issue or how to diagnose, shame on you when someone learned how code and program an ECU from online videos and your trained team couldnt. i hope management take this seriously
Was exceptionally pleased with my recent visit for annual maintenance. Professional, courteous staff kept me updated on the progress of the repairs by text message. Getting a loaner was a bonus since I purchased my car out of state. I definitely will return.

I just bought an e class brought it in for a warranty issue and dealt with Freddie as my service advisor with my other e class I used to take it to MB of Alexandria but my service advisor is no longer there so I just went to a closer dealership hoping for an amazing service advisor experience. I got that with Freddie! He’s very sweet and accommodating and very professional. He is also not pushy which I liked very very much that he did a follow up text to ensure everything was okay with my car and found out that I needed to bring my car back for something else but I haven’t been in the state for me to call him or let alone bring my car which I found very thoughtful considering I would’ve forgotten to reach out in a timely manner.

I booked my appointment with Mr. James, but when I went to drop the car for service, he was already attending another customer. However, there was another staff who volunteered to help me, so I didnt have to wait.After the service, Mr.James called me promptly and confirmed my car is ready for pickup.All my concerns about my car are well taken care.
They got me in with out an appt and took care of my concerns quickly and professionally
I’ve called these guys five times in the past week for an estimate on my car and each time I’m told I’ll get a call back. Horrible service and I plan on never going with these guys until they fix their customer service
