After inspecting my car’s AC problem, they forgot to put back the cover of my engine, the next day I found out that the engine cover is missing, so I called them but no luck, finally I took Uber to work and my son took the car to them to check with them. They found it in their garage, left somewhere, they even not apologize for the problems they caused!!! Please don’t do it to others, it is painful!!!!!!

I have been going to Chantilly Motors for more than 18 years and repeatedly recommend them to others. I have found them to be reliable and honest and have never once felt like they were looking for ways to get more money out of me; to the contrary they often propose more cost effective timing or solutions, even if it means less or delayed work (read:revenue) for them. What they get instead ends up paying more in the long run - as I said, I have been going here for 18+ years with multiple vehicles and cant keep track of the number of customers I have steered to them. Barring purchase of a car with included maintenance (unlikely), I plan to continue using Chantilly Motors exclusively. If you are looking for a quality local mechanic you can trust, look no further than Chantilly Motors.
