Great auto repair shop, Bruce the owner is great

Bruce Redwine is honest and is a great guy.

Went in based on good reviews however had a different experience. Requested oil and filter change, and a check of fluids in transmission and power steering for a whining noise. I havent verified the oil and oil filter change yet, but I was charged for a brake light bulb change that I didnt consent to. Moreover, when I got to see the reflection of the brake light, I saw that it still wasnt working. Had to come back the next day to get it fixed, but no explanation or apology was given as to why the light bulb was not tested before handing over my car to me the first time, nor why I wasnt asked if I wanted that service to begin with. Lastly, the shop does not accept credit cards (at least at the price of my services, which ended up being $55), so I had to use my debit card.

The best also professional mechanic for more than 30 in service. I can depend on his service 200% I trust Chantilly service center and I. Advice all my friends to go there for any model of cars. Oldest car to. Newest car. The best

I took my Toyota Camry to Chantilly Service Center for alternator replacement. The price was reasonable and the service was completed in timely manner. After the alternator replacement, the car still ran poorly. It stalled out several times at stop signs and traffic stops. We called Bruce and he asked us to bring the car back. Bruce cleaned up the throttle body. Now the car is running well. He didnt even charge us anything for the second service. We will definitely recommend Chantilly Service Center to our friends.

Great place!

I usually hate getting my care repaired because I always feel like I will ripped off. With Omar, I feel like I am getting a fair rate for the work. I went to other repair shops and I would get outrageous quotes. I drive a Camry, not a BMW. Over charge them! Here I got my radiator fixed and a inspection and I am fully satisfied with the work and the price.
