Its a great showroom to go and see all of the many combinations that you can use to make a truly wonderful kitchen or bath. They have all kinds of tubs all kinds of fixtures everything from clawfoot tubs to big soakers chef quality kitchen appliances built-in stoves they have things down to the last detail including drain grates. If Youre looking for ideas This is the place to come. The showroom attendants are polite and courteous and they did try to assess my needs. I would definitely return and recommend this place . A great place to shop
Never again! After waiting a week before I could visit, I had to reschedule because of work. Unfortunately, I was told they next had appointments three weeks later. Seriously?! Are they that busy? I bet theyd want me to wait months before they even have a suitable vanity in stock. Heres to hoping this store ends up in the dustbin of showroom history!Even more questionable than that experience was getting a survey afterward. For what? To talk to a phone router?!
I I would like to think that the people behind the scenes of Ferguson enterprises are the ones responsible for how the people act at the counter in on the telephones. It is no big deal that they will lie to you. They will raise the price on you just because you’re not in their local area. And I mean raise the price by like $500.I guess it’s whatever makes the stock market look good. You were all transparent. Personally I don’t even think he was worth the time spent on this review. But I hope it deters other people from even considering you. Feel free to contact me at any time preferably in your parking lot
They helped me track down replacement cartridges for two bathroom sinks that were installed about 20 years ago (and purchased through Ferguson). Needless to say, both discontinued. One was a Kohler, and one a Grohe. Grohe supplied both under lifetime warranty. Sadly, Kohler, which offers a lifetime warranty to the first owner, would not provide theirs under warranty since I was unable to show an original purchase receipt. Fortunately, Grohe did not hold us to that standard. Thanks to Ferguson, in particular, for working through IDing the Grohe faucet, which required first identifying the manufacturer, then working with the manufacturer to confirm the model.
I used Ferguson for my kitchen remodel and had a wonderful customer service experience. Dezra was fabulous to work with, she noticed a design flaw in our original layout, brought it to our attention and helped us resolve it saving us thousands of dollars and time under construction. Leslie helped me pick out my lighting and it is honestly the number one thing people complement most when they walk into my kitchen. Pam was easy to work with and knowledgeable when it came to picking out my sinks and Amy chose the perfect hardware to complete the look I was hoping to attain. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
They are good, but expensive.Many of their showroom items are look great, and a few very unique.But there are plenty of items, for example bathroom and kitchen faucets, which you can find in other stores with at least 20% cheaper price.Their design service? Also not cheap, but it makes sense since it is assumed a designer works on your project.
Located & purchased difficult to find plumbing fixtures. Already have them on needed location so work will commence!

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery provides top shelf products coupled with top self customer support through out acquisition process. You will find that your only design/functional limitations is your own imagination. They can turn your dreams into reality before yours eyes. They provide realistic delivery schedules and deliver on time.
We worked with Victoria at Ferguson for the purchase of our Thermador microwave and she was an absolute STAR. She was extremely helpful and made the entire process seamless. The installation was quick and couldn’t have been easier. We will certainly be purchasing from Ferguson again and would highly recommend Victoria and her team!
We had heard great things about Ferguson and were excited to use them for our kitchen remodel, but sadly they haven’t lived up to the expectation. We’ve not only had 2 issues with measurements of our cabinets being wrong (causing our brand new fridge to not fit AND forcing us to spend MORE money on cabinets that should have been properly measured the first time), but have also experienced issues with being told multiple different dates for deliveries and having to call different departments multiple times to get ahold of anyone to help us with these problems. Not sure I would use Ferguson again for anything in the future.
I have never been so disappointed in an experience with a retailer. I chose Ferguson knowing I could use a less expensive place to purchase my appliances, but I was happy to pay to get an excellent customer experience. It has been a customer nightmare. I chose my appliances over 2 months ago. I paid for my appliances (wall oven/microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooktop and downdraft) over 3 weeks ago. I have had the refrigerator a week, can’t get anyone to status me on the remainder of the items that I have already paid for. I have complained, I have had some lip service, but I still don’t know when or if I will receive the remainder of the appliances on my credit card. I am ready to dispute the charge on my card. This has been a truly heinous experience
I worked with Taylor Viands, a designer at Ferguson, over several orders for a master bath remodel. Taylor was very knowledgeable about the products, offered great advice on how well they would fit in with the design scheme, was very patient as choices were reversed, and, most importantly for me, was very fast on follow-up. I would work with her anytime as she made the process easy for me. She did all the work. Highly recommend the products and working with Taylor.

We called and confirmed that we could still show up without an appointment as they had a dedicated member of their team assigned to help walk ins. We needed help with hardware, faucets and toilets. We were helped by Chris Newton (of Newport, can’t remember). He promised to send us a portfolio with pricing “within a few days.” It never came. I followed Up via email and phone. Zero response. Truly don’t understand how a business operates like this. We weren’t just “window shopping.” We were in need of items and ready to buy. Perhaps he would have provided better assistance if the scope of our project was bigger. Disappointed is an understatement.
We have used Ferguson Chantilly for all of our new applicances, a master bath remodel and currently, a powder room remodel. The selection is great and we love how they are a one-stop shop. We have loved working with Pamela for the past 5 years! She is very friendly and so knowledgeable of the wide range of options. She really listens and helps us narrow down our choices, making each purchase so easy. We will continue to go to Ferguson for all of our home projects!

We recently had to replace our 42 inch built in refrigerator following a major power surge in our neighborhood! We were referred by friends to Amrita at Fergusons and she arranged to take a look at the current refrigerator and check the measurements to make sure we got the right product. She told us that their appliance specialist Jon Everhart would send us several options to consider. After reviewing the options given, we selected a refrigerator and it happened that they had one available that could be delivered within a week. The same day I received a call from Fergusons Installation Department who arranged for delivery in one week.My husband and I were very concerned regarding both the removal and delivery of the appliance due to our house having hard wood floors!The matter was discussed with Fergusons Installation Department and we were told that the delivery company was very professional and we need not worry.On the day of the delivery we received a call from the delivery company stating that they would be arriving at our house within 30 minutes. Within that time period they arrived and introduced themselves. They then placed boards over our flooring and removed the old fridge. Once that had been removed, the new fridge was carefully fitted into the recess, and adjusted perfectly to fit in the space!I was very impressed from start to finish with the professionalism of the sales staff and the delivery team. It was truly a great experience, thank you all for your support in our time of need.
I am a family member of Pam, a Ferguson associate, however I am a loyal Ferguson customer due to 3.5 bathroom renovations, one new construction bathroom and bar cabinets and sink in our recreation room. Pam was amazing assisting us. Her knowledge of the products made the process of selecting fixtures, vanities, cabinets and lighting extremely easy. Her customer service is 5+ stars.
These guys are awesome! I ordered my new bathroom set (double sink/vanity, shower/tub combo, and fixtures) about 5 months ago and had a number of delays due to permits and business travel. Despite the delays, they’ve let me keep my (large) order in their warehouse since I ordered it. On top of which, Chris Norfolk was extremely helpful in showing me around the showroom and providing different options that would work with my tiles. Would DEFINITELY recommend Ferguson to friends!

Pamela Rowland, showroom consultant extraordinaire, is amazing to work with. Her attention to detail, knowledge of products, and responsiveness collectively make Pam one of our favorite vendor representatives. Whether we send our clients directly to the showroom for design consultation, request onsite assistance or place orders via email, Pam provides VIP service at every turn. The icing on the cake though is her ability to deal with issues that may come up from time to time. It doesn’t make a difference whether it’s a missing handle for a faucet or an appliance damaged in shipping, Pam’s lighting fast responsiveness and quick resolution makes everything better without fail.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. Girl at front desk was on her phone and never looked up. Walked the showroom and saw several employees sitting on their computers. Not one person said a word to us, nor attempted to help us. Eventually we left.

We had come and shopped at Ferguson about 5 years ago for our kitchen renovation and had a half way decent experience . When we decided to renovate our bathroom this time, we thought we will come and start our shopping there. We had an appointment with Christopher Norfolk. The receptionist was pleasant and courteous. Chris was on time and from then on we felt at home and felt confident that our needs will be taken care of. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and above all we felt he was honest and we could trust him. We pretty much bought everything we needed there. I wish I read these reviews before going! Everything after the sale was a disaster. Our sales person was unresponsive and completely unapologetic for messing everything up. We were charged for a $1799 sink we didnt order because they would not ship it. The refund got screwed up, they refunded the wrong amount (less of course) and correcting it required additional time and effort -- actually still waiting for this to be resolved. Still have not received an item we have purchased and I am dreading the crazy that it will take to straighten that out. I would go look at options there and buy it somewhere else for less. I saved close to $500 on the sink they would not ship. I am adding more with new found Ferguson incompetence. They sent us two soap dispensers and charged us for both. They are holding our sink refund hostage until we return the second soap dispenser. What does that say about how they respect their customers. I am completely livid.

We recently renovated the master and guest bathrooms in our house. We went to Ferguson’s in Chantilly for products such as sinks, tubs, toilets, shower doors, mirrors etc. The showroom consultants, Kerry and Therese very professional and knowledgeable and helped us make the right choices for the bathrooms. Kerry sat down with us, assessed our needs and budget, and very quickly identified possible products. Many of the products were available in the showroom for us to get a better look at. They were able to draw upon their experiences with many other customers to provide us with viable alternatives.The client services department has provided us with an excellent customer service. We needed to replace the toilet bowl and a couple of mirrors which showed some discoloration. Phyllicia got in touch with the vendors and had our items replaced in no time at all.I must say I’ve had great experience at Ferguson’s in Chantilly from start to finish.
Best customer services and always have what I need
My husband and I recently bought a home that was built in 2005. Needless to say, the entire house needed updating. Pam and Dezra helped us remodel our entire kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We would have been lost without their guidance and expertise. I would highly recommend Ferguson to any of my friends or family. Their customer service was top-notch.
Do not call them. Sales people are fine, but if you need to get back in touch with them, the operator is incredibly rude. Completely unwilling to help connect me to anyone on the floor.
The showroom salesperson wss more interested in rushing me through so she could fit in another customer. If you return their products it takes weeks to receive your money back. I suspect they purposely take an inexcusable long time to return customers money because they are incurring interest on other peoples money.
Many total product lines have nothing to see as the showroom is under construction. Everything we wanted to see wasnt on display as those sections were being remodeled and no temporary display or even the pieces attached to a board or something. Much of the showroom was open, no idea why nobody thought to make a temporary display for something as simple as shower fixtures - after all, they work with contractors daily that could knock something out quickly for them. Each time we asked about something it was no, being remodeled also but you can look online (so why have a showroom?). And half of what we asked about they were out of brochures...wasted morning. There was one really helpful guy (Chris I believe) for items well need in future...he got them the second star as we need to plan for those items soon; otherwise it would have been a total waste of a morning off work and drive for us.
We have been working with Chris Norfolk at the Chantilly, VA. location for several years, for various projects. Chris is patient, knowledgeable and attentive to our requirements. Chris will continue to be our good-to-person.

Ferguson Has the worst phone system ever!!!! Ive been dealing with this for almost 2 years now and cant stand it. It is impossible to call and speak to the person you actually want to talk to in the store you are going to. In 2 years Ive called probably 100 times to place orders. Not once was someone available in the location I requested. They then put you through to some guy in another state who has no understanding of the product or the needs of our company. I called today and they put me through to the same idiot. After 5 minutes of explaining my order the guy says, I really need to go to the bathroom can I call you back?....... It been over an hour and nothing. This phone system SUCKS!!

We needed to purchase a lost of items because we were remodeling our two bathrooms. First day, we put one bathroom cabinet in hold. Second day, we send my son to pick it up at the store, they charged two cabinets same size to our credit cards, instead of one. The same day, I call them to let them know they have made a mistake, to my surprise I waited on the phone for about 30 minutes to reach their representative.Third day, I took the one extra item to return it, again waited for about 20 minutes. It took a long time and several phone calls to get credited to our account for the return of the extra bathroom cabinet that they made a mistake in the first place. Needless to say, since then, we a have not visited Ferguson store for any purchases.
Pam R and Taylor were super. Updated our order in no time. Looking forward to seeing our renovated bathroom.

I called this store and spoke with a sale representative. What a waste of my time...rude and uninterested in helping me. I read all the reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The reviews were correct, this company does not practice customer care period. Its difficult to understand what management is doing to fix it.

My builder sent my 83-year old mother and me to Ferguson to pick out sinks, toilets, bath tubs, fixtures, and faucets for our $200K plus renovation. We were ignored when we tried to ask questions, and we felt very unwelcome. We walked around quite a bit, and my mother has a walker. There were no other customers requiring salespersons’ attention, but we could not get anyone to help us. Maybe we were ignored because we were two women? I don’t normally jump to that conclusion, but we were very frustrated, not being able to get help in order to make our selections. We left and went to Somerville in Sterling, where we had much better success and were able to make our selections there. I look forward to working with Somerville when I renovate my kitchen and master bath next year.

I called looking for a floor model stove and the woman could not even be bothered to tell me if they had something available, even after I told her I would have to drive an hour to come look at their show room. I called on a weekday morning, not during peak hours. Sales people at all the other Ferguson locations were very friendly and its too bad that this one has a bad apple. Just because Im on a budget right now doesnt mean that I wouldnt be a repeat client in a few years.
I can see why this place gets bad reviews, management seems pretty awful. I was definitely given incorrect info over the phone more than once too. That being said, my husband and I got an awesome deal on a subzero and a blue star cooktop. So, if you can put up with the headaches it may be worth it in the end.
Placed an order in person, in the store today.Cancelled the order an hour later.Was told there would be a 25% restocking fee, although the items have not been shipped yet.I’m glad it was just a small order!
The buying experience was ok. My husband and I worked with one of their designers to purchase a vanity, sink, and faucet. We paid for our purchases and left the store. A few weeks passed and my husband called the store to find out when our vanity would be delivered. They could not find our order and insisted we never placed one. The girl on the phone was very rude. Later they called to say they found our order under a misspelling of our last name; however, the person on the phone then insisted we never paid for our order. Thankfully, my husband had a receipt showing paid in full. More time and many phone calls later, Fergusons finally delivered our vanity.The vanity was in good condition and the driver, Randy, was very helpful. We discovered the faucet would not fit in the sink and had to be returned. When I called the store the woman was initially defensive saying, thats what you ordered. Sure, but were not contractors. The designer we worked with should know the products well enough to guide us to faucets that would actually work with the sink we bought. All I wanted was know how I could replace the faucet. After that Mariam became helpful. She e-mailed me pictures of replacement possibilities and responded promptly to my e-mailed replies. Also, she agreed to waive the 25% restocking fee. I appreciate that since I feel it is their fault we got the wrong kind of faucet in the first place.This process was so frustrating I will probably never shop there again, even if it means paying more elsewhere.
