Service work was performed as expectedβ¦.. to βperfectionβ as Lexus always inspires to achieve.The complimentary car wash is always and added bonus, but, with complimentary things thatβs what you get. At least it knocked the βbigβ dirt off.I have used Pohanka Chantilly Lexus off and on over the past 16 years with a couple of my vehicles and the work is always perfect as is customer interactionβ¦..If youβve never owned a Lexus, the service and staff are far above the manufactures Iβve had. Awesome. Five Stars. Open 365 days a year. Very nice waiting area with snacks and Wifi of course! Free loaner car if you need it. Soooo convenient for servicing your car. Once my car needed an out of stock part and I was able to use a loaner for three weeks! Come before work, come after work, come just about any time of the day, seven days a week without even having an appointment. Thats convenient. Check their website for service specials and be on the look out for great tire deals they offer every once in a while.Massage chairs!

This is hands down the best experience Iβve had at a dealership with this being the sixth new vehicle purchased. Michael Gabro was the easiest and most honest salesman Iβve had the pleasure of working with. I was never abandoned for any back and forth βtalk to my managerβ games, and we also didnβt have to play the βwell what do you want to pay a monthβ game. I didnβt even have to attempt to avoid it. Everything was straight to the point final numbers with honesty and room to work with you. WOW! What a change from what I was used to. So great I had to update my review to mention the service department! I dropped my car off for service Saturday morning for my appointment and my car was finished in less than 30 minutes when I got back. I have never had such a quick experience! No mess in the inside and my request to ensure my vehicle wasnt washed was respected. And for a final bonus, no one messed with my seat, steering wheel, or mirror positions which is such a pain to get back in the sweet spot. Thanks for continuing the experience of excellence!

Do not trust this shop! Take pictures and notes before you drop your car off. Brought my Lexus in for a simple oil change, then when i picked it up and got home i noticed my back bumper parking sensor was knocked off. I went back and they accused me of lying. Why would i make such a thing up?The manager also did not feel the need to help. Worst customer service i ever experienced. Take pictures before dropping your car with these people! And inspect it before you leave their premises!

Took our 2007 ES350 in to see why battery had fully discharged so quickly after sitting for a month.Agreed to the 198 dollar diagnostic fee. They contacted me to request 800 dollars more for diagnostics to see what issue was. Asked them if they had put in a new battery. they said main computer could not see key fob and thought computer might be defective but needed the 800 addition time to verify. I saw the writing on the wall and had car towed out to another repair shop for second opinion. Shop replaced battery .informed me battery and key fob battery was dead. Dealer was hinting at around 4000. Yes thousand dollars. As they sent new car sales person to offer me 1000 trade in towards new car. This place has to be one of the biggest rip off shops Ive ever seen. I want my 198 dollars back for the aggravation. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off. Lady in front of me paid 1200 for new front brake pads.

By far the worse service department I have ever visited. The advisor never followed through on my requests and he blamed the service technician. I spoke with their general manager for service, which was a waste of my time. Avoid this place they will damage your car.
The ability to bring my car in for service 365 days a year from 5:30am to 11pm simply cannot be beat! The amenities available to customers such as massage chairs, snacks, beverages, charging stations, work spaces, you name it! I wish they were closer but I definitely see myself visiting for my Lexus needs. Superbly excellent experience!!!!!

This was my 6th lexus purchase with pohanka ... I typically do ALease but the last two purchases I have bought/ financed! Each time I have gotten a different sales person but the always the same two closers to finalize the final deal. I can not recommend this lexus dealer enough. I am always treated fairly sometimes mire then fair .. Im a little deal with but this place kills it. Customer service is OUTSTANDING. THANK U LEXUS ! I AM A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER OF LEXUS. I took my car in and told them it sounds like the serpentine belt needs to be replaced because itβs squeaking. They came back and said my tire has a nail in it and they can patch it and oh btw, you need your 120k mi service. $2600 later on an 11 yr old vehicle I was out the door. Albert was very nice. Over the weekend the squeaking is back and my tire pressure light is on. I took it back in this morning and Albert said itβs a bad tire sensor??? You know this before even taking the car back. Funny how the sensors were fine before the tire was patched and rotated. After taking my car back Albert came back and said the squeaking is not the serpentine belt and was going to put me in a loaner. I asked if it wasnβt the serpentine belt then why did you replace my serpentine belt. His response was, if a customer tells us to replace it, weβre going to. Really? I said it sounds like itβs the serpentine belt. I am not a mechanic. Your not going to diagnose the squeaking? Iβm a little disappointed. I left my car there this morning to determine what the squeaking noise isβ¦.
I purchased my Lexus and have had my car only serviced at Pohanka Lexus since 2015. The service department is outstanding. Their hours are incredible (7 days a week), they provide a loaner car if necessary, and they provide excellent and quality service. You are absolutely getting value for your money.

The gentlemen at the service area were really nice. They greeted me with a friendly smile. However, I did not have a good experience with the Asian lady with blond hair. She was rude and not friendly.

He listened to my concerns and and was able to diagnose and repair the issue.I was very impressed with Donald and the rest of the service staff.Also, I love the extended hours ; which accommodates my work schedule. The night before going to Pohanka, I requested to test drive a ES 350. I received a call the next day from Nicholas. He told me that car was sold. I looked at another one online and it was available. He was going to be gone when I arrived to test drive the car. He said that Bernard would help me. Bernard called to let me know he would be available to assist. I test drove the car and I liked it. Bernard showed me the list of available ES 350βs. I test drove another one and LOVED IT! I purchased that car. I like the way it drives, rides and all the features. My husband found a car that we were interested in online, and made an appointment to test drive. From the beginning Cesar was absolutely amazing. He wasnt pushy or overbearing, and he let us figure out what we wanted to do but answered all of our questions and is very knowledgeable about Lexus. Additionally, I appreciate that I can take my car in for service any day/time without an appointment, get a Lexus made loaner (albeit for a fee) and drop it off thru express checkout when picking up my vehicle.
We had a great experience at the Service Dept at Pohanka Lexis Chantilly. My tire went flat on Labor Day and I needed it replaced that day. We tried a chain close to home, but that was a waste of time. We could not believe Pohanka was open until 11pm on Labor Day, but they were!!! It was a 30 mile drive from our home, but weβll worth it. Saad Ahmed was our consultant and he was terrific - very professional and made sure everything was done, even my free maintenance. I will definitely go back!

Finance manager took over once I arrived while Daniel made sure my new NX300h was ready to go. (They also stayed open because I was driving from Stafford after an exam and they waited for me). Their service is getting worse day by day. With all the high maintenance charges they still charge you $20 loaner per day. How ever that is not my issue now. I took my Lexus due to the two noise issues I have. One is the engine whining noise and the other is the power steering noise. Even though I told them my mechanic already diagnosed the problemS but since the car is still under manufacturing warranty he advised me to take to the dealer. They just text me that their tech drove the car and there was no noise from the brakes. I told the sales person to please check your note. This not the reason I brought the car in for.
The service hours are very helpful and provide customers with a lot of options. The wait time was not very long. The lounge area was very inviting with a lot of amenities. The staff were very courteous.

Had too long a wait upon entering the service door before I was able to speak with the representative. I was very annoyed and surprised. I have been a Lexus customer for a very long time and had never experienced this before. Until this visit, one of the things I have always admired about Lexus has been the excellent service they provide.
The last three times I had service done I have been beyond disappointed . No communication about the status of car, canβt get in touch with service agent, no one calls to let you know that car is ready. This is in the context of astronomical cost that Lexus charges. Lexus needs to do better

So, I recently bought a 2015 Lexus 200T. A man by the name of MIKAIL UYANIK sold me this car. A week later I noticed a HUGE crack (around 2 ft) on the lower portion of my windshield (the dark portion). I asked Mikail since i was a returning customer, having purchased a 2008 Lexus before with them, if there was any grace on their part to provide a free windshield replacement. Essentially, he said its not his/their problem anymore. VERY DISSAPOINTED!! This is Pohankas quality customer service, I suppose!

This is my 5th Lexus vehicle and as always, dealing with Pohanka Lexus is fantastic from start to end! But this purchase was the best! Christy Lee is fantastic as always! She helped me locate my dream car! She set up everything when I arrived to the dealership. Kirk Schwartz & Ganbat Dori assisted me right away. Christy was out of the office due to an injury, but made sure I would be taken care of. Kirk and Ganbat definitely made sure I was taken care. We all know the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be time consuming. Well, this visit was the total opposite. Ganbat, made sure I was hydrated with free refreshments and answered all my questions. He made me feel like family. The process was quick! He was wonderful! Excellent customer service. I had my SUV service and my service consultant, Reza kept me posted. The service technician took care of making sure my state inspection was current. (I didnβt remember that it expired in June). The staff is always professional and punctual every time I visit this location.
This is by far the best car purchasing experience Iβve had in comparison to my other 6 vehicles. Usually I have high anxiety during this process but Bikash (salesman) and Bash (finance officer) gave a full explanation through out this process and was very patient with me and my needs. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my experience. I will definitely return to this dealership for my future purchase. I even chose to drive out to this dealership when Lindsey Lexus is closer just because of the experience I had with my older Lexus in the service department. Thank you gent
My husband and I had an opportunity to work with Mr. Michael Gabro. He was incredible and a very patient man. He helped us weigh in all our options before we were able to make a decision. He certainly made the process smooth for us, and was sincere on our situation. We were able to connect with him/his life stories and had such a good time which is rare at a dealership. Later on we were assisted by Mr. Ali and he was equally fun. He joked and made us feel comfortable. I think we wouldve struggled to make up our mind if it wasnt for Michael. He followed up and constantly tried to get answers for the questions we had. It was a delight working with him. Michael youve been awesome!
First, notice how they only respond to good reviews. They see no value in trying to make things right with unsatisfied customers and its clear if you just scroll through their reviews.I have been trying to get in touch with someone about both my credit and debit card being charged for a recent service and it has been virtually impossible for the past 3 days. Ive left my name and number numerous times for someone to call me back, and nothing. Now Ive been given a number to someone whos phone goes straight to the voicemail without even ringing. They clearly dont want to deal with fixing the fact that they charged both of my cards, which by the way I only provided them with one for this service. I hope they dont think that Ill eventually stop calling because if someone doesnt fix this clear error I will be taking legal action.
Quick, efficient, and super friendly. Everyone from the sales rep (Brahim) to Jimmy in finance was super amazing. I didnβt have to spend hours and hours there. They found me exactly the car I wanted, financed it, and off I went. No issues, no delays. Wonderful!!!!
Parts needed to be order and waited two days to arrive. Loaner car, for which I was charged $20.00 per day, smelled the high heaven of cigarette ashtrayβ¦yuk! Price for parts were astronomical-over $1,200 for a rear view mirror.Work was done perfectly and when expected. Disappointed that Pohanka Lexus is NOT a USAA insurance preferred provider. This made insurance coverage and filing a pain.I need to fine a more affordable provider.
A+ experience working with David, a spectacular salesman who made things seamless and simple from start to finish. I live out of state but this was no issue whatsoever. David responded to calls/emails, etc. immediately and was extremely proactive, eliminating any anxiety I had being out of state. Love my new Lexus!

I bought a new 2021 Lexus NX300 on Aug 16, 2021 from Pohanka. I transferred my tag from my previous car but Pohanka marked βnew tagβ on the purchase order and charged me $87.75. When I found out about this 2 days later, I called and emailed my sales consultant Michael Gabro several times. He completely ignored my calls and emails. I contacted their customer service rep. She took my information and told me their team will contact me soon. Its been 4 weeks and no one called. I even reported this to Better Business Bureau but Pohanka refuses respond. Pohanka is a fraud. I later found out that Ourisman Leuxsβ offer for the same car was $1660 cheaper than what I paid. Pohanka charges $899 for dealer processing fee. Maryland dealers only charge $500. Besides that, charging me for a new tag when I actually transferred is a fraud. And I intend to get to the bottom of this. Stay away from Pohanka. If you get your Lexus serviced here, and if you think something went wrong, can you imagine what kind of response you will get from these people? I have bought cars from Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, BMW, Subaru, and Carmax. Pohanka is the worst. Do your research before you walk in there. And if you decide to buy a car from them, make sure to check everything.
MAKE SURE you check your vehicle for insects and creepy crawlers because I didnt check mine and now Im in a brand new vehicle that has spiders and ants in it. I drove back 50 mins to the dealership just to have them tell me I can get an appointment for next week to have my car cleaned. The manager (BALD guy with British accent) had a different tone when I was purchasing the car, and completely different tone when I brought it back with the problem. Saying its impossible that anything like that is in my car, indirectly saying I was making it all up. Please do not take your car out of the lot without inspecting each and every inch of the vehicle. Other than that, had a great experience purchasing my vehicle, Bode Tenyanian Is the to go guy if youre looking to get the best deal.
Out of the 16 service manager consoles only 2 were attended and I had to stand in line for more than 25 minutes to talk to a service manager. When I inquied the reason for the poor reception service, Asad my service manager said that he was filling in for another manager who didnt show up!!!
