Gary gave me all the tools to prepare for Luis and his team. They explained the process during the installation and completed the project timely as they said they would. My carpets and vinyl floors look amazing! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I look forward to using them for my next home project! Marley was a bonus for my daughter and I 😊

They were wonderful to work with from sales through installation. The installation team was very polite and left our house as clean as possible each day. They understood that having our entire upstairs done while still living in our house was disruptive and worked hard to minimize our inconvenience. We had a tight time frame for installation and the team really worked hard to accommodate our schedule. Our new floor is beautiful!

What an amazing group! They came through for us in a pinch when another company fell through when we had an open house coming up and they got new carpet in our whole house by the next day! They were so helpful and everyone I encountered was a pleasure to work with and the carpets looked great. I cant sing their praises enough and I am so grateful to them for coming through for us! Id give more stars if I could.

I recently had a new kitchen floor installed. The office staff was very helpful and provided all the samples we needed to make a decision. The installers were very professional and accommodating. An amazing experience from start to finish. I cant say enough nice things about this company and the process. Brady took the time to answer all of our questions, which were a lot, and made the process so much easier. Luis came to do the install and he was just outstanding to work with. He made us feel more comfortable about the entire process and left our house clean and looking absolutely beautiful. I had Nic-Lor Floors install carpet on my entire upper level floors. The install team arrived on time and were courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and provided a very professional installation. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to work within my limited budget. Would recommend and use again.

Can’t say enough good things about Nic-Lor Floors.. Was in need of a dining area rug with certain dimensions and they were able to cut and bind the perfect rug for me.

Nic-Lor installed a premium grade laminate floor in my apartment on a very short timeline and they were courteous, prompt and did a great job.The flooring had to be custom ordered and they got the materials quickly and had a crew ready to install the day after it arrived. I would definitely use them again.
