I did the Ultimate car wash $14. It did not clean my car at all. It was terrible. I saw a few scratches on my car but not 100% sure it was caused by the car wash. But it definitely did not clean my car. When I called them they did not pick.up the phone

I was here a couple days ago,with my family and my kids order food..and they dont want tobe your cahier becase they self- checkout.I order a family meal witch comes w/ 2 sides order,but when youre odering you pick 1st item and it charged me $5 and change so I stopped right there.And got my chicken and the side and ate it.,then after I was done I asked one of the employee,why the receipt show Family meal with 2 sides and she told me the those machines are tricky and will charge extra if you only order just 1 I,, she did not offer me a refund for paying extra.And I said can I get my refund thewas too late....she apoligized and that was it.

Their chicken is literally dryer than the Sahara desert 😭 on top of that they don’t even put sauce on your sandwiches. Really, 2 little poots is the best they could offer? Should’ve gone to Wendy’s lol.

I don’t know where to start with my experience here tonight, first off I asked for fresh chicken because everything on the table looked way to old, as a former manager I can identify chicken that’s been sitting for 3 hours, not the problem completely, as a half hour went by and 4 DoorDash orders came in they didn’t worry about trying to make them I watched the supervisor take a half hour to bread chicken while he goofed off with the other employee and kept joking around keep in mind these two look like 16 year old kids not caring all I kept hearing was complaining and neither of them doing anything (except taking 30 min to bread chicken) yeah ok that takes less then 5 minutes I would know, none of this would’ve been ok when I was there and then my chicken goes in the fryer, the kid was doing it completely wrong (ide look into that) and then they decided to put the DoorDash orders in keep in mind it’s now been about 45 minutes and then nearly an hour later my food is done, so where are the issues here? Careless children left alone I hope something is done about this also neither we’re wearing name tags so I couldn’t get their names.

Love this place, great food. Reason I give it 3 stars is because the diesel pumps here are always slow no matter which pump number you use.Also its difficult to buy ciggs here since theres no cashier, and Morgan has a huge attitude problem.

Big selection of items especially when you dont want to go into the grocery store and theyre open 24 hours!

I Love Royal Farms up in Delaware. However, every time Ive had the chicken here it tastes like it has been sitting for hours. The fries are soggy as well.

Excited to finally have Royal Farms here in NoVA. As far as chains go, IMO their fried chicken 🐔 is crispy and delicious. I rank it up there with Popeyes, and then everyone else is just average. Also Tesla Supercharger is available for added convenience.

Overnight customer service is very rude aggressive and very disrespectful . If store manager Reading my comments please shoot me a email, what they done it .

Diesel is extremely slow to pump. Sat for 15 minutes to get a full tank.

I stopped over here on my way to NY and the comfort room is dirtier that a public restroom you often see in highways.

Horrible customer service . Is all self check out . They don’t like customers to go thru cashier told me self check out only and I know why now . Only one person working on a Tuesday 4pm in main high ways rt 50 busy highway and parking lot .

Their 8pcs dark meat used to be all thighs and legs. Today, I bought some and they stuck 3 wings and some refried legs. Never buying anything from them again.

When Royal Farms opened, my fiancee and I wanted to try out the chicken since weve heard such great things about it. When you walk into the place, its very clean and well kept up. The employees are all very helpful and aspire to get you on your way as quick as possible. The station includes gas, a car wash, a store to buy road stuff, a shake machine, and an ATM thats doesnt charge a convenience fee! Overall the station is a great place on the order of a Wawa.As for the food, the chicken is expensive but fantastic, you can get it with all sorts of sides like fries (excellent combination of spices and sauces), rolls (the biscuits are much better than the meh rolls), mac-n-cheese (while I never turn down a Mac n cheese, its meh), etc.All this being said, I recommend going there if you want to try the chicken. Ill note that buying chicken for a family of 5 will cost ya 60-70 bucks with sides but I gotta admit its very good.

Tesla superchargers are not working.

It was kind of a long time for me to actually go in here after they opened just because of the environmental impact of that new shopping center.I will say that I am usually patroning the location at night just before 10PM. Wont say things are always 100% perfect - though thats anywhere - though the people are generally friendly and respectful. Didnt initially like the fact that you have to check your own purchases when a cashier is standing right there watching you do the work - though I will say having four registers helps when it gets busy.Food is good though a bit expensive - I will say they are fast at getting your order ready for you.So overall I would say I can recommend this place - lot of fuel pumps and parking and a lot of products available from hot food to cold food, lottery, alcohol, yada yada yada.Recommended.

I was told that they were not going to do it again because I work there and it was by the assistant store manager and it was over a soda and I would not get a job here people who work here are rude
