ZERO ZERO ZERO Stars - would have given negative if that was an option. The only reason that there is one star is because I cant post without giving a star.I will start by saying that the counter top that was finally installed into our kitchen is great and a quality job. HOWEVER - CONSUMER BEWARE - they are an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL unprofessional company to work with prior to getting installation. Home Depot should be ashamed that they use this contractor and should truly review the standards for being an approved contractor. I experienced delays, finger pointing, excuses, apologies and more delays that ended up costing me considerably more for having to cancel a contractor several times who was going to do the pre/post work on the sink and plumbing. Home Depot called the president of the company while I was in their store requesting not only a call back but one to be made to me....still waiting. There are too many contractors who do good work to give your money to this company.

Ditto Cindys review below. We also have experienced delays and broken promises of delivery, plus an incredibly disorganized and absent minded Anastasia who appears to be the only one at the phone in that office. We are still waiting for our countertops to be delivered: we were promised them on Thursday but they never came or called. We tried calling them Friday but apparently Anastasia took a long weekend (Presidents Day) so now were screwed until next week. Home Depot, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited 7 weeks from time of purchase to the time that the actual installation took place. Noone ever answers the phone when you call, they fail to return messages. Precison cancelled on us the first time the day the installation was to take place. Then after setting a second install date, was cancelled again the day before, stating again problems with the manufacturing. A vendor for such a large corporation (Home Depot) should have better accountability!We had to involve corporate from Home Depot to get the process set in motion. Not much to say about the service about Home Depot either, it was a constant back and forth finger pointing session of who to place blame. After requesting some sort of compensation for all the headache, delays, and time taken off of work, a measly 50.00 was offered! How INSULTING!!! DO NOT use this company for countertops!

I have been waiting 5 weeks for my countertop. I cannot get an answer as to where my countertop even is. Tried to call them directly and the mailbox is full. I am sure I know why. They were to show up on a Friday to measure. The time was between 10:00 and noon. 12:15 I received a call that they could not make it. I missed a days pay for nothing. They said they would come on that Saturday. Again nothing. After several phone calls to Home Depot they decided to come later that afternoon. Again that was 5 weeks ago. I will be getting a refund from Home Depot and go elsewhere. Precision is by far the worst in customer service. I would have given them negative stars if that had been an option.
