We love our countertops and Bartu was amazing in helping me throughout the whole process! I had so many questions and sent him way to many emails ;) and he never hesitated to answer all of my questions and helped me make the best choice for my kitchen. He also took the time to understand any issues that happened during the installation and resolved them. We went from drab and dated countertops to a bright and updated kitchen now. :)

We worked with Bartu at Richstone for bathroom countertops in two bathrooms. We purchased a granite slab for one bathroom and a quartz slab for the other, using Richstones remnants. Richstone had a large selection of remnants to choose from, of varying colors, styles, and prices. The staff was polite and easy to work with. The measuring and installation were quick and easy, and they came on time. Were happy with the quality of the countertops.

We couldnt be happier with the wonderful job Richstone Marble & Granite did on our kitchen. From the beginning to the end of our project, Trevor went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. We are absolutely in love with our quartz countertop and our undermount sink. Bartu was wonderful and helped us find a plan that worked for our budget AND our style. There was a scheduling mixup on the day of our installation but Richstone worked very quickly to fix the issue and still got it installed for us. I am so glad we chose to work with them vs going with a big box company.

We chose Richstone to renovate our master bathroom, they custom fabricated our vanity tops and shower surroundings. The final product came out great and we are very satisfied with the final product. They worked with us to handle several problems like our wall being not straight. I would recommend them to anyone thats looking to purchase granite countertops.

Selecting granite during a pandemic: Since I am high risk my son visited the showroom in VA and via Zoom showed me granite slabs for my selection. The Richstone employee saved the slab until needed when Nic very professionally, while wearing a mask, measured the kitchen space. He took great care in hiding the seam in the sink area. This was on a Friday and by Monday the fabrication was complete and the granite was installed by two employees, wearing masks, who meticulously fitted every nook and corner. I was notifies when the workers were to arrive and they were punctual.I am very please with the beauty of the granite but with the helpfulness, professionalism, and competence of the Richstone employees.

At random while searching Google, I called Richstone Marble and Granite in Virginia ( I live near Seattle). Trevor, who answered the phone as it was just past closing time, was very nice to answer my question, taking close to 15 minutes. I asked him his opinion on whether or not it took two or four people to carry a 9 x 2 foot piece of quartz (3cm) up a short stairway to a kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with his answer. Knowing how he was to a stranger 3,000 miles a way, if I lived near his store in Virginia, I would have certainly stopped by Trevor’s store to take a look at their countertops.

Richstone was great to work with! This being the first time my wife and I renovated a kitchen, Sofia and Rachel were very informative. They helped us throughout the entire process and made sure that everything went very smoothly! They installed ahead of schedule and and installation was quick and thorough. I would recommend Richstone to anyone renovating their kitchen or bathroom and will be recommending all my friends for their home projects! We are in love with our new countertops and will enjoy our kitchen for years to come! 5 stars!

To repair substantial damage in our house due to a water leak, we dealt with several contractors. Richstone was head-and-shoulders above them all. Everyone we worked with at Richstone provided outstanding quality products and workmanship. Mihaela always took care of our requests and answered our questions immediately. She was very knowledgeable about her products and gave very clear guidance in helping us to select beautiful countertops. The crew she sent to do substantial repair and restoration work in our kitchen, led by Roberto, was reliable, efficient, attentive to detail and even went above and beyond the scope of the assigned work to fix a water heater problem for us. When Robertos team finished its work and thoroughly cleaned up, we marveled at what a beautiful and well functioning kitchen they left us with. Five stars is an understatement.

***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY!!!***We recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Richstone Granite off of Pleasant Valley Rd in Chantilly. When we first went there we worked with Mitchell to find the quartz we wanted. After picking it out, negotiating on the price for that particular piece of quartz we were happy! Then between that and delivery, the quartz was switched to a cheaper piece. Once we realized it was the wrong quartz they had already ripped out our current counter tops so we were stuck with the cheaper piece of quartz or be without a kitchen for at least a week. We called and spoke with the owner and he assured us that he was going to make this right! This was just a lie to get us off the phone. So not only did we not get the counter-tops we agreed to but we got over charged for the cheaper quartz. After explaining this to a manager all he said is we have a signed contract so its not Richstones problem. They offered us a $100 to go away...thats a slap in the face (we didnt take it). The lack of customer service we encountered was astonishing. There were a lot more errors than this that I am leaving out but I dont want to write a novel about everything that went wrong. Buyer beware...once they get your signature thats where the customer services STOPS! Businesses like this are dime a dozen so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

We recently had granite countertops put in by Richstone and they were really helpful with the whole process. I really liked how hands-on and personable they were with us. The pricing is really good much better then big brands like home depot plus you don’t have to feel like a number when ordering with richstone. The whole team will get to know you and they helped me finalize on a color. The final countertop installation was great! The whole installation took one day to finish and by end of the day, I had a running kitchen again. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for granite countertops!

We requested a quote for cabinet installation. Its been more than 3 weeks we didnt get any proper response from them. Even if we make calls or emails no response for any. Customer service is very bad

Richstone was phenomenal and such a pleasure to work with. Bartu specifically answered all of my questions in depth, got us scheduled ASAP, helped us find the right piece of Quartz for the price we were looking for. The Quartz pieces are beautiful, cut to perfection and installation was quick and professional. We had one small issue with caulking but they came back out immediately and fixed it. I would 100% recommend this company and if you have the pleasure to work with Bartu or Brad you wont be disappointed. Professional and Personable!
