Window World came highly recommended and my experience was quite the opposite. A window was installed damaged, the installers damaged drywall and window trim in my home, left caulk on my carpet, debris in the yard and spills in my garage. It took months to get the damaged window repaired. No one would respond to phone calls, emails or even a visit to the physical office. Scheduled appointments were usually no shows. Worst (or should I say zero) customer service I have ever experienced. Would NOT recommend!!!

Window World still has not completed the work. They came again, took a look and left. They showed up at our house, no appointment and then left. We are now at the end of our patience and the next step is through the courts.9/7/2021 Update: Window World finally came and fixed the incorrect installation of the gutter on August 21. However, the gutter covers are still not installed. The facia wood still has not been replaced as agreed upon on the contract. I have called multiple times for the gutter cover to be installed but have so far been ignored. This issue is now several months.7/31/2021 Update: Immediately after I posted this review, I received a call from Window World and a promise that they will fix the problem. I did receive a visit from the Regional Sales Manager and he took a look at the problem and promised that a crew will come back and a promise to make it right with us. That has been about two weeks and several follow up phone calls and still waiting. In the meantime, water continues to gush out of the gutter and is eroding the soil around it. If the water ever goes into my basement, they will have more problems than just the incorrect installation of the gutter. I will continue to update this review until the problem is made right.I sent the below email to Window World after they installed soffits, facia and gutters at my home. I have not heard anything from them and when I called, I was told that they will be at my home to repair the incorrect installation on Friday 7/13. I was not surprised when they again did not show up. I was told that the manager will call me, no phone calls. I regret using this company. I am contacting BBB to find out what my options are in getting a resolution to this problem.Dear Window World,It took me more than a week to write this email because of my frustration with how your people installed the facia, soffit and new gutters at my home. Other than the no show of your installers, you also changed the installation schedule with no regard for your clients. Your customer service was rude and uncaring and hang up the phone because they did not want to deal with a frustrated client.The worst part is that I have lost faith in your company due to several reasons:1. We paid for the facia boards to be replaced and your installers did not replace the facia boards. All they did was cover the old boards. When we asked, they did not know anything about it. So now, the old facia boards are still there only covered by the siding that was installed.2. The installation of the gutters were incorrect. See attached pictures. The gutter at the back of the house and the front of the house were installed incorrectly so that water was gushing out. The installers also did not use any type of adaptor to the gutters to make it fit into the current drainage. My husband was able to fix the gutter at the front of the house that was also installed incorrectly.3. There is a gap between the gutter and the wall at the back of the house that also need to be fixed.4 Installation of the gutter guard was incorrect whereby one of the covers broke and flew during the storm. This cover as shown in the picture need to be re-installed.The installation performed by your installers was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Please have someone come back and fix the job as soon as possible. I will appreciate hearing from someone with a schedule when the gutters will be fixed.

Well, I will state that they do have the best price on windows I found (by like thousands) which is a driving factor for most I would assume, got prices from 3 companies and they were the best, and my guy didnt go with a hard sell, just came in told me the pricing and was open to leaving it at just that. The corner of 1 window the boards came out a bit and definitely not sealed to the house the way its supposed to be (pictured) so will have to figure out a way to seal that so moisture doesnt get in there, Im sure a bit of caulk will be fine but still, not something I should have to do after the fact. BUT the biggest reason Im writing a review is to make people aware of the 18 months no interest deal. Admittedly, great deal, but it is not like a loan as you would think of compared to your mortgage or car loan, what they do is open up a credit card and max it out and you just pay off the credit card. Adding a maxed out credit card to your credit can affect it drastically (mine dropped 30-40 points depending what bureau you look at). So if you need apply for other loans or use your credit in any way within the next 6+ months it will take to repair that, dont go this route. You can definitely plan around this making it not a big deal I guess, but it should certainly not be a surprise getting an alert that your credit has changed to sign in and think someone stole your identity.

I would not recommend WW. No follow-up inspection to make sure windows were installed properly. Cleaned all new (12) windows and found probs on several. The installers were professional and came back to fix the issues but I have howling in my front windows from any air passing by. WW said they will have someone stop by to check them out. It has been a few days and I am still waiting.

The crew showed up right on time as scheduled. performed work in business like manner. cleaned up everyday after them selves andcompleted job ahead of time . I will say the quality of the finish work metal trim and caulking was great.

We had the privilege of using Window World for purchase and installation of all new windows. It was a no small project. From the start, Linton Sherrard was great! The initial consultation and contract setup with him was smooth, transparent and thorough, unlike some of the other companies. The price was much better than the competitors too, and the product was superior. The installation was amazing! The crew was skilled, quick and efficient. I couldnt believe how fast they were done! The windows looked great! Recently, though, I noticed some orange looking substance coming out of one of the windows. I contacted Window World and spoke with Alexandra Winthrop. She got details from me and asked for pictures and said she would follow through on a resolution. I was on a time crunch due to a function coming up with over fifty guests at my home. In the back of my mind, I thought it wouldnt happen anytime soon. But Alexandra kept her word. She kept me abreast of the situation and followed through until it was done. The crew came out, fixed the problem one morning, and everything was beautiful. I want to truly commend Alexandra Winthrop for being a standout employee. She deserves a raise! People like her make the company better and distinguish it from others. I was already happy with Window World, but after what she did, Im completely sold on this company. They treat you like a person, not a number. Thanks, Alexandra and Window World for a phenomenal experience and for your exemplary performance with a client long after installation. There are only two negatives that I have with window world, Time of Delivery, and Communication with the Sales Rep. If you get a sales rep by the name of Cameron, I recommend asking for a new sales rep. Duane Morano of this office is really good at what he does. He has been helping me with my issues and was able to get me to a good point. Their installers are great, and helpful, as well as they are quick. All my windows where installed on one day, caulk and old windows were taken away. They also cleaned after themselves which is very rare to see nowadays. Great job on the installer part. I did order my windows on May 3rd and they Arrived August 3rd after an 8 week promise. Apart of that and some minor miscommunications, everything went well. I plan on using them in the future but only through Duane or I heard the Frederick office is amazing.

Joshua’s team did nothing short of an amazing job installing our 52 windows and custom made patio doors. We were literally amazed how quiet the whole project was and also how clean our house remained during the process. I really had no idea this would go so smoothly! We absolutely love our new windows!!! Would use them again no question!!!

I am begging you not to hire this company! I waited four months to schedule a door installation, then the people who showed up to do the job told me replacing my doors would not be possible at all, and that the salespeople say whatever is necessary to make a sale. Their own employees said this about the company, that they will lie to get your money! Then the installers left with no further communication though they vaguely promised to tell the office what had happened. I will be taking this to small claims court to recoup the sizable deposit I paid since they have ignored my calls and emails. Dont get fooled by the fact that they have a corporate office and national presence; they dont care and wont be held accountable. Look up some of the complaints on the BBB site; I wish I had before I paid them. Please please please use someone else! I do not want anyone else to be scammed the way I was.

Writing for a cousin who is not on Google. Windows were installed in August 2020. One window has been leaking since May 2021. Regional Manager Eric Smith arrived to resolve issues. After each visit never returned and never responded to phone calls or text messages. Very unreliable and not customer service friendly. Was referred to MHIC. Maybe issue can be resolved after filing a complaint with them.

My husband had the best experience at Window World today. They completely earned 5 stars. They helped him find the correct window clip so he could do a repair himself instead of having to hire someone and spend hundreds of dollars more. Alex and Joseph Valle were the best! 5 stars. Order and measuring process quick and professional. Window world staff very knowledgeable. Installer were superb, the installation was quick and created no disruption to my daily activities. Check Yelp Reviews!!! The reviews there reflect this company more accurately. This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with in ANY industry by far! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! Their customer service is nonexistent. Their workmanship is poor. Their installation crews are rude and disrespectful. They have to be reminded over and over to put drop clothes on the floor and to cover their feet. One of them even had the nerve to make insults about me to the others in the crew in a foreign language not realizing that I could also speak that language. They installed several windows and doors at my home and broke the glass transom they were installing which took 4 months for them to order and return to complete the installation. This after paying them a down payment in August 2020 and not receiving service until late December 2020. Their management will not return phone calls and good luck dealing with them after you have given them any money.

This business is terrible. We ordered two windows with them last June (2020). We were told it would take six weeks to schedule and we never heard anything back. In the fall we started contacting them wanting to get a refund because we had heard nothing and had doubts at this point about how well they would perform the job. Fast forward to June 2021 and we have been contacting them monthly to get our deposit refunded. We keep being told they are processing it but there is no way it should take 7 months to process a refund request. We are constantly being told we will get a call back from someone who can help us and no one ever contacts us, despite them having the correct contact details. I would be very, very wary of working with this company and putting a deposit down. You may never see your money again and still be left with window issues.

I had a great experience with Window World. The gentleman that did the work for me was Jose B. and he did a great job and was very professional. I was very impressed by the fact that he did all of the work by himself. I would highly recommend Window World to other people and ask for Jose if you are in my area.

I had Window World install multiple windows in my house during 2010. A few weeks ago, 2 windows latches stopped working. I called Window World 4x over multiple days and left messages to request that my windows be serviced. No one has yet to return my call. The latches are covered under the Warranty.

Attempting to get sash replacements on 3 windows that Window World installed about 12 years ago. Never informed I had to transfer warranty from previous owner when I purchased house 9 years ago. So was willing to pay for the replacement sashes on their defective windows. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a quote - even though I was told it would only take a week. Had operator suggest i needed to come back to their physical location to get my quote. Guessing that they dont really stand behind their windows and dont want my business. Would definitely not recommend due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and poor quality products.UPDATE - I just called again and the rep I have been waiting to call me back refused to take my phone call. Instead the operator gave me a verbal quote and wanted to take my payment! Looking for other options - as this is some of the worst customer service ever!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Window World on the install of 17 windows and a sliding glass door. We were extremely impressed with the entire process start to finish beginning with the sales rep Linton Sherrard. During our initial consultation he answered all of our questions in detail with absolutely zero pressure and a few days later he emailed us a very clear and organized quote. This was a welcomed difference from the other window companies we had contacted who subjected us to a 3-hour long presentation then were pressured into committing then and there.On the day of the install, Joshua’s crew showed up promptly and got right to work. The crew was very professional, courteous and CLEAN! They worked late into the evening wearing headlamps in 20-degree weather to finish the project in two days. The end result was a flawless install.We would highly recommend Window World and especially Linton and Joshua. We are thrilled with our new windows!

It is almost 3 months after I places replacement order on one of the windows. I was promised that ETA of the replacement window is June 5th. Today is June 21st and still no information on when the window will come.Window World is claiming that it is not their fault, but manufacturers fault.I understand that this is a warranty repair and, would I be a new paid customer, I would get installation much faster. I was planning to have two bay doors replaced next year. I guess, I will have to look for another vendor, who has more control over their manufacturing sites and bit more attentive to an existing customer.UPD. 2 weeks later. The new delivery date was set as July 2nd. Today is July 8th. No call back or any update on the status. When I call back, it looks like they do not care at all. I am not even sure that they called manufacturer to figure out the reason for the delay.Since the Chantilly, VA office is not responsive I am escalating the issue. I have sent e-mail to a corporate office in NC. Hopefully, they will follow up on the case.Update - August 23rd. Called them again. Guess what. The answer is the same: call un on Friday.

Great all-around experience with Window World. I received quotes from multiple window companies and my sales rep Linton was the only person who seemed honest and interested in helping me out. Window World replaced all the windows and sliding door in my home in 2009. When it came time to replace my front entry door and storm door, they were my first choice. Price was lower than expected and the installers did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The one and only question I asked myself when I decided to replace the builder grade windows on my 13.5 year old house: Should I go through Lowes, Home Depot, Contractor or Window World? The answer was simple. There is only one of these businesses that specializes in windows. From the beginning to the end, I couldnt be more pleased. Four guys replaced 24 windows in one day. I watched as many windows being installed as I could. What impressed me the most is that each of the four could perform every single task. I think I was most amazed while watching the windows being trimmed out. A-1 all the way. I highly recommend this company. Heres what I chose. Series 4000 with Low E glass and grids. The noise reduction for the outside traffic has been cut in half and I can only imagine the energy savings I will receive. To top things off, the energy rating on these windows will allow you to take a tax credit if this is still available. Lastly, another thing to think about and that is the warranty after the sale. Window World stands behind their windows, 100% with a transferable warranty. Who else offers this? Thank you Window World and thank you Josue and crew for the superb installation.

The prices are reasonable compared to other companies (my rating is based on price NOT service). The service is mediocre at best. I purchased a glass slider and front entry door/storm door. The contractor was supposed to show up between 9 & 11 am, they didnt show until 4 pm. The doors were installed but since they arrived so late, the job took two days. Well, two weeks if you consider how long it took to install the correct doorknob. The job site was left for me to clean, in their defense they did clean up the big pieces; which left me with nails on my walkway, fingerprints and caulk on the slider and storm doors, plastic shards left from screws. All in all, I wont be using this company again. The company takes no responsibility when the job isnt done, youll hear did you call the contractor? and things of the sort. If you need cheaper prices sure (just go in with a you get what you pay for mindset); but if price is not a deal breaker, I purchased my windows from Thompson Creek and the service was fantastic, from sales to install. Just a suggestion 🤷🏿‍♀️

Jesus Castillo and his crew did a professional job. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. When they completed their work, the site was left clean and the work looked excellent.

This was the worse renovation experience we have had. They replaced 2 doors. Doors came many months later, installation was a disaster, doors were damaged, they took many more months to try and repair but still damage remains, they don’t acknowledge failures, they do not communicate, they are rude, no person is really in charge, no one knows what is going on and I could go on. This is a warning to all those considering this company. Absolutely the worse.

Avoid this place. I had to order a replacement screen and tried to do so through the Fredericksburg office. They told me I had to use the Chantilly office (which was $40 more just for a screen) since the geographic coverage area changed. So I order the screen and am told 3-4 weeks until it would come in. I hear nothing at week 4 so I call. They then say 6-7 weeks.I again hear nothing and call at both 6 and 7 weeks. Then call again at 8 weeks. Each time i call they say they will check into it and call me back. They never once called me back. Now on week 9 and no replacement screen or the first call from them with any type of update. Was considering using them for a siding project (Im sure theyd communicate then since it would involve money) but definitely going with a local contractor instead. Awful customer service.

WW of Washington DC was responsive, VERY affordable and informative. When installation day came the crewmen (who work for WW...they are not subs) were friendly, pleasant, professional, quick, and clean! They covered things in plastic and anything that the plastic didnt catch they swept up. I will 100% use them again.

I am very pleased with the installation of my 9 windows. Joshua’s team came through for me after a minor delay (Joshua made it minor by the way he handled the situation). It is basically a store front with examples of their windows and doors. No one to explain things except a receptionist who schedules and solves problems. If you want to see the product go there, otherwise call them.

Absolute amateur hour of an organization.Windows broke en-route to installation and they took months to get a replacement - without any updates. I had to call each time.Finally get a date on the books and Im not given a time-frame window - even a 3 or 4 hour window nor any needed preparation.Guys show up to my house mid-morning and stand around because they cant find a place to fit their truck. When I tell them they can ask my neighbor - because I am in the middle of a work meeting since they didnt tell me when they were arriving - they say ok we reschedule, and leave.Unreal.

Window World has done all of our windows with vinyl replacements, and recently did our roof. The service has been first rate on both occasions! Installation crew was efficient and courteous. Not a speck of debris left on the property! Sales rep was very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Bought Windows for whole house over 13 years ago. They came back and replaced 8 sashes that had became foggy and did other hardware repairs. They honored their lifetime warranty instead of making excuses. Very impressed!

Some of the worst customer service and experience Ive ever seen from a business. The seller of the place I bought arranged to have new windows put in post settlement. Window World called and came out, measured them and then came out a few weeks later to install. I had taken off work, but when they arrived to install them, they had forgotten the big ladder. Funny how you knew I lived on the 4th floor if you came out to measure them but couldnt remember to bring a ladder out on the day installation.They couldnt do the work that day and decided to try another only to call and cancel because it might rain. It didnt end up raining that day. They finally came out even though they didnt bother to call this time and just showed up. But suddenly they didnt need a ladder to install the windows and did it all inside my place. Odd that the first crew used that as an excuse.Then they managed to break the little wall heater and put a dent in my window ledge because of their negligence. When I asked the crew about that they played dumb and say it was already broken and lose. Pretty sure I know my place and that was not broken nor lose since my cat jumps on it all the time and his fat self would have knocked it down if it was even a little lose. They agreed to fix after I said I would report this if they didnt.If I had bought these windows myself and not the seller I would have cancelled the order after their first attempt. Horrible business. Avoid at all costs.

The project manager Brendan demonstrated professionalism and knowledge about the company and explained everything to me. When I had questions he was prompt in providing answers. Ordered our window in July. It is now mid December and they still haven’t been installed. I have called a dozen times and never got an explanation. I wonder if we will ever get them. It’s getting cold and I really wish we had windows.

Repairman came out on Jul 20,20 at 1630hrs to repair my gutters.Window World lifetime repair/replacement.He said if this doesn’t fix the leakage the gutters would need to be replaced.There wasn’t enough rain to see if gutters were fixed until Aug 2, I called Aug 3 at 0910hrs and statedthe problem still exists.On Aug 21 at 1230hrs spoke to the manager who said he would call me back later that day.Today is Nov 11 at 1720hrs and still no response. I also contacted Seven on Your side to intervene andwas told after twice leaving messages no response as of Nov 6 1200hrs. I hope I never have any problemswith the windows and sliding doors they installed.If there was zero star rating I would use it .. I am writing this review on VETERANS DAY and I am a retired Army Vietnam Veteran.

We had some windows installed awhile ago and we had some issues with the windows MOST of the windows were foggy installed by window world dc. When we called to inform them that we had issues with the windows, the company stated that the windows arent covered by the warranty. Although the sales person who helped us he confirmed that any defect will be covered under warranty. And now for some reason they state that he is no longer with the company.. So you are better off to pay a little more and get a better company. Some how the negative reviews that are posted are on google it miraculously gets removed.

Just received a voicemail for my second cancellation of a scheduled window install. The first one was because they dropped a window and it took a month to sort that out, this time a possible light drizzle and theyre not able to do work. When I called back, literally 1 minute after receiving the voicemail, I was directed to a general operater/switchboard who had no idea who I was or why I might be calling and was not able to pull up my order. The only thing she offered me was to leave a message for a mysterious them to call me back. She was unwilling to estimate how long I might need to wait for a call back but given my experience over the last month I assume never.The prices here are better than other options but I cant recommend the service at all. Unprofessional, difficult/impossible to get in touch with, and definitely not able to deliver on scheduling.

I purchased 17 windows from Window World during the COVID-19 pandemic and the windows were installed quickly; however, one of the workers accidently broke a window which was taped up and installed until a new window could be ordered. I have called religiously to determine when the replacement window will arrive. To date, June 11, 2020, the replacement has not yet arrived. I called last week and one of the workers advised me to call on Saturday to check and see if my window came in on the Friday truck, so I did. When I spoke to the operator on Saturday, she explained that Window World was closed on Saturdays and she would take my info and have someone call me back next week. (Note: It has taken longer to get 1 replacement window than to buy 17). I called because no one from the company did, and was told my window finally arrived and someone would be calling me soon. Moral of the story, Window World is quick to take your money but when problems occur they are not customer friendly. This leaves me to wonder what type of response I will encounter if I ever need to call them for a warranty issue.Update: my replacement window was installed today (June 12, 2020) with no other issues. To be clear, this post is simply to provide buyers with my experience. I will always give credit where it is due. Cost for the windows were reasonable; my concern was the poor customer service and unresponsiveness when issues occurred.All the best!

Window World sales person gave an excellent presentation. We accepted their bid, which was almost half of what other companies bid for window replacement. Also, the installation team did an excellent job with the install of the windows over 2.5 days, with great attention to detail and design. The installers were very friendly and kind, and very efficient with their work. I highly recommend Window World to anyone who needs window replacements. Price, quality of product, and quality of install are all exceptional.

Great experience with Window World. The sales rep was on time for our estimate and very friendly. No high pressure sales pitch with better offers for signing that day like we had experienced with Window Nation and Thompson Creek. Price was lower than 3 other estimate we had by a large amount. They scheduled us for install and arrived 30 minutes early. We were scheduled for 2 days, but the crew worked until 7pm to get everything done in one day. They repaired several window sills and brick molding and made sure everything was in great shape before wrapping all the frames. The caulked and sealed everything and the windows look great. My only very small complaint is that some of the windows needed a cleaning after install due to some hand and finger prints, but overall very impressed with everything from initial sales consultation to the final installation. Great value and great company to work with. Would highly recommend them.

Window World sent a wonderful technician to my home today to check on my double hung window. Oscar was 1/2 hour early which was an unexpected and good surprise. He was very pleasant and patient as I explained the problem. He fixed my window quickly and efficiently. It is really true that they stand behind their warranty. What a sigh of relief for me. So again, thanks Oscar for a great service experience!

I had all my windows and one of two sliding glass doors replaced in my Townhouse rental 4 years ago. Next month or early Spring, I intend on replacing the last sliding glass door. Arthur was my estimator and hope he is still there when I call/email. The quality of their windows is great, but I absolutely love the sliding door quality and features (locking mechanism(s), sound proofing and insulation etc.

Overall our experience with Window World was great! The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the product, customer service was polite, the rep who measured our windows was quick and the window installers were very nice and worked VERY hard! They arrived 20 minutes early and got started right away and didnt stop until the job was done. The windows themselves are WONDERFUL! The outside noise has been greatly reduced, the windows look great and are really easy to use. My only complaint would be that Window World should have a set a better expectation of time- we ordered the same day the sales rep was here and had to wait... and wait.. and wait. Wait for the call to set up the measurements, wait for the windows to arrive, wait for the call to set up the installation appointment. Id say from first contact with WW to job completion was over a months time. Just would have been good to know so we werent wondering what was going to happen next and when. But we are SO GLAD we updated the windows with WW. What a difference they make!

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Window World ! I received estimates from 4 different companies and Window World had the best prices and the best warranty. But more important, the people I dealt with were terrific!The sales person was very knowledgeable with no high sales pressure. The windows are such a high quality, they sell themselves. I had 25 windows installed and the installation team was amazing. They worked tirelessly to insure that the windows fit perfectly and looked great. The people make the company a success and this team of people made their company proud !

Besides window replacement we also had vinyl siding installed. Excellent workmanship.

I had a great experience with Window World. The entire process - from scheduling, to the sales process (sales associate was personable, not pushy at all, informative and offered his informed opinion when asked about the merits of the different types of windows for the space). The installation process was like clockwork. The team worked incredibly hard - taking a two day installation and completing it in one. They were friendly, communicative and complete. I am very happy with the result.

Installers did a very nice job and my windows look great. They cost a lot less then other window companies and there is no difference in quality or construction. I am very pleased.

Quality work and quality windows at an affordable price. I only got two quotes to replace all my 20+ year old windows. Window World was about 60% of what my local Lowes wanted. They custom made each window for me at the factory which took a little more time but it was worth the wait. I figure they do this all the time and was way more impressed with their sales guy than Lowes.

We contacted Window World to help us replace old wooden windows in a townhouse where a renter had pained the windows closed. WW selected vinyl windows that look amazing. They lock and unlock, open and close very easily. They make the townhouse look brand new. We definitely recommend Window World and will use them again.

Sales portion was informative and vital in selecting/designing the ideal window to tough customer specifications. The windows were fabricated ahead of schedule and arrived in excellent condition. The installation crew was punctual in their arrival. The actual removal and installation work was well-managed and very competent. The crew was respectful of my home and were attentive to detail resulting in a quality and aesthetically pleasing final product. Window World has earned my unqualified recommendation.

Would never recommend Window World! Spent $23k on windows in 2018, ordered a front door and requested the door match the window trim. Cameron, the salesman both times showed us a door on his computer. We received a white door. Management left the problem up to Cameron to resolve. Cameron offered to split the cost($600) of his painter to paint the new door. We had a professional painter give us an estimate tonight - $250-$300. Some salesman! This company does not take care of its cudtomers!

Hugo was my installer and he and his team were great! Professional and in and out and kept my place clean in the process. Duane was my salesperson and he was also courteous and great to work with. It does take time to get your order, but that’s not on them..that’s the manufacturer.

From start to finish, everything was great. Contacted Window World/Linton to obtain 13 windows for my moms enclosed patio. She passed away and I am getting the house ready for market. I was on a time schedule and had wasted three weeks due to a different company telling me only 5 panels of glass needed to be replaced for $1,000 when in fact all 13 windows were bad. Could not believe how much the panels of glass were compared to the quote for all 13 windows! Linton rushed to get my windows measured and ordered and stated that it would be approximately 4 weeks for delivery/installation of windows. To my surprise, it was 2 weeks! The crew of 3 arrived on time - they were pleasant, humorous and hard working. Linton called the day prior to installation and at the end of the day following installation. I have done business with this company twice before and have never had a bad experience. The patio is beautiful and I could not be happier. Great Service, Great Product, and best of all a GREAT PRICE!!!

We called Window World on May 7th 2020 to get a replacement window that was under warranty. Was told it would take a couple of weeks. An Installer came to install the window a few weeks later and had the wrong one. We were told by Window World they would re-order the window and it would take a couple of weeks because to the COVID-19. As of this date (Aug. 6th) still no window and was told it would be sometime in Sept. Or Oct.

Windows World has been absolutely great to work with - from the time we first bought our windows in 2012 to now when we’re moving and transferring the warranty to the new owners. The price was by far the best compared to all the replacement windows companies I talked with when looking for new windows There was an immediate effective on my winter gas bills and summer electric bills which were both cut in half after the installation of the new windows. The windows have worked perfectly expect for one minor issue which has been covered by the lifetime warranty. The staff at Windows World Chantilly - specifically Alex Wentworth - was absolutely great helping with both replacing a window under warranty and helping with the transfer of the warranty to the new owners. I have no doubt the transferable warranty was great selling point for my house. I highly recommended Windows World of Chantilly - they’re great!

I had an excellent experience with Windows World from initial pricing to installation. Gerardo and Saul were wonderful installers, working tirelessly and thoroughly to get my windows and doors installed even in the winter cold. They were professional, polite, and even assisted me in re-installing my window hangings at the end of the job. When the crew realized they didnt have my full order, the project manager Henry was extremely responsive, assisting me as quickly as possible and making sure everything was installed to my satisfaction. Although the install took longer than expected, the courteous and responsive customer service more than made up for the delays. Id highly recommend Window World to friends and family.

The product was priced right, and the installation of 27 windows was done in one day.Negatives: The lead precautions were pretty non-existent in the name of speed, and there was one window where the installer blamed the house for a bad fit, but his supervisor eventually showed him it was a small manufacturing excess that could easily be removed.Positives: Very attentive to us as customers getting the work done before the holidays, a great product that we are very happy with, and not trying to scam us like Thompson Creek (TCs starting quote 32K, down to 19K before leaving our home, Window World did the same job for 13K!).

Really good price and super nice windows. Installers finished in a day. They did not show me how to operate the windows and they could have done a better job cleaning up after themselves (some glass from the old windows was on my front lawn). I got them to show me how the windows work and so I give them four stars.

The windows and the door we had installed by Window World in our double wide mobile home are really beautiful. The workers were really nice and really worked hard in this hot sun. We would like to have the same 2 guys in the future if we have other needs, like replacing our patio door.

Affordable, no-pressure sales and the installation was fast and efficient. Special shout out to Linton for taking such good care of us and Joshs team for the installation. The installation was conducted on one of the coldest days of the year-- and yet made sure it was done right, and even stayed late to make sure the outside was cleaned up. First rate job, all around.

My wife and I are very happy with the 4000 Series windows we had installed fall 2015. I already see the savings compared to the last few winters on my electric bill. We called because my coworker recommended Window World after he had hail damage and needed siding. Dustin from the commercials was my salesperson and he made sure everything was perfect.

Sales experience was low key and informative. Decided on the Series 4000 ThermD Double Hung Vinyl windows. Windows were ready for delivery before I was. WW set delivery convenient to my schedule. Dealing with Window World was a pleasant experience from the start.Arthur was very knowledgeable of the windows and his Company. The window cam on time after the second measurement. and the installers were extremely efficient and finished in one day.Very satisfied from start to finish!Dan

At time of installation, one window was cracked, they said two weeks to get new one in, and the new bay window, whole new bay, was measured wrong and was short. On the bay window they ran out of insulation foam, foam in a can, and just wanted to put molding up without filling the gaps. I showed them areas you could see daylight through the structure. They refused to get more foam insulation, so I said at least use caulking that they had. So thats what they did. It took two months and a phone call to get the cracked window fixed, no one knew about it and was never ordered, until I called. Now to the bay window, the heavy rain storm we had, well it leaks we found out, not through the window sashes but through the frame. Ive made one call to them so far, which the response was that should never happen, theyre made very well and it must be from the installation, Ill call you back before the end of the day and let you know what the next step will be. That was Monday, today is Saturday. Ill try again next Monday see if something gets accomplished. We liked the salesman that came to our house and sold us the windows, maybe that was our problem - we liked the salesman. If not for him this would probably be a one star review.

Even though they were late, the job was very professional, the men were very helpful removing an old heavy window air conditioning unit. The windows look great and are keeping the weather out and the heat or cool in the house. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love our new windows! Have had 12 windows replaced so far with ten more to go plus a new door(when we re able to). Cameron really explains the ins and outs of the window, they have been measured correctly, and have been installed when promised by the most wonderful young man! He even installed our last four windows by himself on March 9th! No one can go wrong by having these windows installed.

I was so excited to have windows replaced, the technician arrived this morning for a free estimate and wouldnt walk up the walkway because my dog was barking. My SERVICE ANIMAL was barking to alert my wife someone was here. The man didnt even have the decency to walk up closer so I could communicate after I explained. I wouldve happily put the dog outside. I told him to leave, he was that offputting. I then called and the female working calmed me down and I felt confident making another appointment with a DIFFERENT technician. Then the manager wanted to call to I assume smooth things over...? He was completely dismissive and justified how some of his employees have phobias of dogs and it makes them act odd and that he did NOT think his technician was at all rude. That hes on the fence about if he agrees with me about it being rude or not. Had my wife who is deaf and writes back and forth to communicate answered the door he wouldve just stood on the sidewalk shouting?! Dont be apologetic while telling the customer they are wrong. Its bad business and horrible customer service. I cancelled my appointment. If they behave like this before they have my money I can only imagine after!
