Mr TV Mount did a fantastic job on my family room TV but damaged the bedroom TV + spilled a chemical on my bed during a bedroom TV install. They replaced the TV they damaged (never addressed the damaged bed issue), but did a poor installation job as they did not connect the ethernet cables to the new television and Apple TV plus they did not connect the Blu-Ray player to the sound bar as instructed. Now I have to pay another company to finish the job. Buyer beware.

These guys are true pros! I had an actual electrician wire and hang my TV above my fireplace and it was crooked and too high. Mr. TV Mount came in and quickly fixed it for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Very rude over the phone and cut me off every single time I was trying to clarify my inquiry. Before I even tried to ask a question for the tenth time, the individual told me he needed to get off the phone for another call. Yeah, ok. Learn to listen to your potential customers.Shortly after, I made an appointment with Magic TV mount and their customer service/service was second to none, all the while charging much less than these guys. I recommend Ricky and his son Dean, they are very focused and professional from start to finish. Wonderful people.

These guys are the best! We needed 3 flat screen TVs removed from the walls of our condo in Virginia and reinstalled in our new home in Maryland. MR. TV Mount arrived on time, removed the screens and patched the walls so we didnt have to. They carefully packed up our TVs and moved them to our new location in Maryland. They mounted all 3 in our new home the same day. Now that we are settled in, we are upgrading and adding another screen to my office. We will be using them again soon.

Very nice and the TV looks great mounted on the wall but my wires at the corner are not concealed. I paid full price for an unfished project.

Sam with Mr. TV Mount was extremely aggressive (in a good way) in pursuing my business once I requested a quote, trying to suit my schedule and fit me in earlier when they had cancellations.When the two technicians arrived to install, both were cordial, business-like and accomplished the install and cleanup within two hours. My TV is a Samsung with a U-Connect which is a little different, but, they threw in a few extra HD cables to make it work perfectly, no problem or upcharge.My super-fussy cat even liked the installers and hung out with us while they did the work, even vacuuming! This company was extremely professional and efficient. They were able to mount my 82” TV into stone above the fireplace. This was after two other companies said the job could not be done, and after Best Buy’s Geek Squad came out THREE separate times to attempt the job. After such a traumatic experience with Best Buy, I was very relieved to have found Mr. TV Mount. The price was great and the service was even better. To top things off, they offer a 2-year warranty on their work which is hard to beat. Highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their prices are beyond reasonable and the quality of their work is top notch. They helped mount several TVs in my house and also set up my projector and projector screen. Everything looks incredible and is very clean. The service was completed just fine, however they were very rude throughout the entire process. First, I told them from the beginning that I couldnt be at my home until 6:00pm. They repeatedly asked if I could be there earlier, which I said wasnt possible. I felt rushed and like they didnt want my business.Then, the day of service, I got stuck in some traffic on the way home. I got to my home at 6:05 (only 5 minutes after my scheduled time with them) and on my way home I received a call from them saying they were at my home. I told them I was 5 minutes away, and that Im sorry and would be there soon, and they hung up on me!When I got there, I let them know that I thought it was very unprofessional that they hung up on me. They denied that they had even called me.Overall they were very rude, however they got the job done just fine. Wouldnt really recommend them to anyone.

This company is great, simple as that. From the scheduler (Mitchell, who is incredibly helpful, organized, and informative), to my installers (Peter and Lee, who were very professional, fast, and knew what they were doing despite a couple of unique installation requirements in my home), you cant go wrong. And to top it off, they are very reasonably priced. These days, finding a company like this to help is a breath of fresh air.

I received two quotes in the same day from this company and they upcharged me $50 on the second quote because they were using a different mount. But in the quote the mount was listed as only $10 more. Not $50. I felt a little suspicious so checked Amazon for the prices of these same exact mounts that was listed in the quote and they were both $60 yet I was being quoted $139 and $149 for these exact mounts. I do not trust this company and would not recommend. Unless have have no problem for paying nearly triple what you should.

The staff at Mr. TV Mount is great, they responded to our request quickly, good price (about the same as best buy), they were able to come out the day after we contacted them (Best Buy had a week wait time) and the techs that came to the house were very polite, professional and quick. They even brought their own vacuum to clean up any dry wall that fell on the carpet! I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed.

We have used Mr. TV Mount for two installations. Both included mounting a flat screen and related audio and devices. Mr. TV Mount was responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. We were incredibly impressed that our installers were so efficient, yet did not feel rushed and paid very close attention to details. They were respectful of our home (took off shoes, cleaned up installation mess, etc.) and were patient with our questions and concerns. After having Mr. TV Mount out to the house to hide cables for an already mounted TV, the told me theyd have to take out a wall that they wouldnt replace in order to do it. It seems that if you want a service other than screwing in a mount and plugging in cables, i.e. something that can easily be performed yourself, then they are not capable of doing it either. On the plus side, they did work around my schedule and were on time and friendly. The negative side is they could do nothing to help.

Had them install an outlet, mount a plasma, and run the wires behind the wall, and run wire and mount outdoor speakers. They servicemen arrived on time and were very professional, making sure to take care of my place and equipment. All of this for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Mr. TV Mount.

Jay and John from Mr. TV Mount just mounted a TV for us. They were on time, courteous, quick and informative. Once the TV was mounted, my husband and I realized that we had asked them to hang it too high and they happily and quickly adjusted the height so that we would be satisfied. Just got my TV mounted and I love it. Mounted my 85 inch tv perfectly . Techs were by far professional and wonderful.

Im good with tools but theres only one of me. Also, I would have spent a couple hours reading the mount instructions and tri[ple-checking all the measurements, etc. And then there are the special parts to make the install look right. The Mr. TV Mount 2-man crew had things marked and were installing the mount after 20 minutes and were walking out the door in an hour. The project was done professionally, quickly and safely and carries a 2-year warranty. Whats not to like?!

Definitely unprofessional my wife called and set up appointment to install a TV they told her it cost 199 and misinformed her for hiding the wires in the wall when I called the guy he told me it is $149 for hiding the wire I asked him what is the $199 will cover he said just installation and right away he told me if you dont like it you can cancel and a deposit or not refundable this guy barely speak English and he dont spend the time to explain to the customer what is he do for the basic installation and then when you ask couple a question he get upset and he tells you if you want cancel then cancel I will not refund your money I ask him if I can talk to the manager so he can explain to me better he told me hes owner when I told him I called my credit card company to cancel the charge immediately called my wife and told her hes going to refund the money. Hes name is (Sam JEONG) if I was the owner of the mr TV mount I would not let this guy to answer any phone they lose customers like this The only reason for me to call to ask a few question and he proved to me how unprofessional he is I will not let this guys to my house Who knows when they get here what they going to do

Best in town. Solid work in a timely manner.I tried to install a MantelMount on my own but was having a hard time. The studs weren’t centered, I was getting lots of metal readings on my stud-finder (afraid of hitting a gas or electric line), and there was visible drywall repairs from past TVs so the wall was already a bit beat up. Not to mention the instructions were vague and missing key details. All these things came together in away that made me not want to risk damaging an expensive tv and potentially have costly home damage so I reluctantly call a pro and am glad I did.The young man on the phone was very courteous and pleasant. He was able to schedule a team to come over the very next day. They team was respectful and removed their shoes without being asked. They had the TV installed in less than an hour. They improvised a bit from the instructions and used some of their own specialized hardware and wall anchors to ensure the mount would be secure. Glad I found them because they did a much better job than I could have done. The piece of mind was def worth the charge.My only VERY MINOR gripe is that they used different color washers so that when the TV is extended down you notice some silver washers where the rest of the hardware is all black. I just put some black paint on it. Again, very minor, I’d higly reccomend them.Worth noting, I called a competitor and they wanted to charge much more and wanted to make me wait over a month. So glad I found these guys.

The greatest experience I ever had with any professionals. From the start of the entire process, they always answered my calls and responded to all my emails. My reps were fast, respectable, and professional. They answered all my questions and worked their butts off. I had a 60 placed over my fireplace and a 32 in my kitchen on July 3, 2013. On August 1, 2013, I had my new hardwood floors completed upstairs (over both tvs) and on the level where my 60 was placed. After days of heavy work and tearing apart and rebuilding my floors, my tvs never once came apart from my walls, as my family and I are extremely in love with our tvs. I will choose Mr. TV Mount again in a heartbeat as I will have another 60 and 42 placed on my walls. Service was OK, but the price was too high, and they nickle and dime me for everything. The technicians cut a whole in the wall and did not properly do the repair work. I agreed to one set price over the phone, but was given a different higher price once the work was completed. They charge too much money for equipment and cables, and I for one would never use this company again for any work in my home .
