Ive used Embroidme Herndon for our uniforms for a couple of years now. KC, Missy, Niki and Bob are the best. Courteous, customer oriented and they always deliver when they promised. I recently had two items embroidered for my daughter for her baby shower. I was under a tight time frame and Missy was able to accommodate my request. It wasnt until I had the two items at home that I realized that there was a typo that I didnt catch when she sent me the proof of the job. I returned to the shop that day and Missy did a rush job on the spot to prepare two new items. I walked out an hour later with the items and was able to give them to my daughter for her baby shower today! I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return in the future.
