Prior to selecting Family Hearing Services, I did a pretty thorough internet search and settled on Family Hearing Services in Chantilly. They are professional, courteous, competent, knowledgeable and above all focused on the patient. The front office was helpful and got me into the appointment on time. Dr. Little was fabulous, listened, and learned enough about my condition to quickly formulate the testing required to help me. Everything was explained in sufficient detail so I knew exactly what was going on and why it was important (because I asked). The results were immediately shared and explained - allowing me to select an informed path for treatment with Family Hearing Services, Inc. Highly recommend FHS and Dr. Little.

Family Hearing Services. has been an excellent hearing aid provider. From the start of my working with them they have been unquestionably very smart and professional. They made sure that I find the best fit of hearing aid model to my lifestyle and needs. And on subsequent visits they made alterations as needed. When repairs were needed they were quickly done. They had the skill to do some at there and only when my hearing went very bad from an infection in one ear and the speaker had to enlarged did the aid need to be sent back to the manufacturer. I would recommend them to anyone. I actually live in the Caribbean. And this works well with me. (Of course I am stateside on occasion). And by the way. I have been using hearing aid for over 25 years. Todays quality is much better. And this practice knows it stuff.

Their services compare very favorably to other audiologist groups that I have used in the past. They do a great job explaining hearing aid features in helping you make the right selection. They also do a great job in follow-up to ensure that your hearing aids meet your expectations.

Courtney was fantastic. She took care of all of my needs. The first visit was my hearing test. She took her time. The 2nd visit she fitted me for my hearing aids and took her time to be sure I could use them correctly. The 3rd visit she showed me how to control the volume and how to clean and if necessary replace the protective covers. The entire experience was excellent.

Great experience. I was referred by my ENT to get aids. This office was able to coordinate with my insurance to approved the coverage for the hearing aid needed so just paid the copay. Also, they being really friendly and flexible on scheduling. Really 5 stars office. Thanks so much

I was here to get some ear impressions for custom in-ear monitors. My experience was very seamless. The CIEM maker only recommended that the impressions couldve been made with an extension so theyre easier to handle.

We use this location for both of our children. The staff knows how to handle, treat, and keep children calm during hearing tests. The staff has wonderful customer service and attends to the needs of all patients and families.

Dr. Little recently helped me with my hearing needs. I spent way too long without being able to hear properly. I was able to get my appointment quickly. Dr. Little was very nice and took her time to explain the test. She had me try a pair of hearing aids and somehow got my insurance to pay for most of it. I had called my insurance a few years ago and they told me they dont cover hearing aids. I was able to get mine in 2 days. It changed my life! I was able to hear the birds, rain, kids playing on the street, different sounds in my house, my kids talking on different floors of the house! Ive been back a few times to adjust the settings and each time Dr. Little has been really nice and accommodating, pays attention to my concerns and fixes them accordingly. Ill recommend this practice highly.

I struggled for years trying to figure out what was contributing to or causing my young childs poor academic comprehension and performance in class. My child had been diagnosed with a speech delay as a toddler, but comprehensive testing and evaluation on their auditory processing had not been done so adequate support was not given.Dr. Little performed a full audiology evaluation on my child and discerned that they struggled with auditory processing disorder. Dr. Little made sure my young child felt comfortable during all phases of testing. As a parent I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Littles expertise and service. Knowledge is power and now I am empowered to help my child better adapt to learning in school and advocate for accommodations.In addition to a comprehensive report which fully described the assessments administered and the findings of those assessments, Dr. Little provided guidance and guidelines teachers and parents need to follow to best support a child with this disorder and she even provided mental exercises to help my child improve their auditory processing.

They are patient, able to understand all relevant issues and help you to the best of their ability.The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable about the specific problems of a patient.

I bought my hearing aids in Kentucky and started having problems with them after I returned home. I was provided Dr. Khatris phone number as a person who could possibly assist. What a great recommendation!! I was able to get a quick appointment and Dr. Khatri immediately identified the problem - bad set of hearing aids. She assisted in helping me get a new set, and I was back up and hearing in a very short period. Because of her professionalism, I have continued to go to her for for check ups to avoid future problems - even though I can get free assistance with the military. Dr.Khatri has my strongest recommendation.

The staff tried their best to help me even though the hearing aids I needed repaired had come from Costco. Everyone was very nice and took time to make phone calls for me. Ultimately there was nothing they could do, but it was not for lack of effort. Everyone there was gracious and thoughtful. Great visit and hearing exam with FHS. Dr. Little queried me of any current concerns and provided thorough explanations of each step of the test and in analyzing the results with me afterwards. Office staff is friendly and most helpful.

Dr. Pinky Khatri provided quality service starting with recommendation for hearing aid and ordering. She worked with me to make sure it was fitted and worked correctly. After several months, though, it developed a problem of working intermittently. She sent it out right away for repair and I received it in perfect condition.
