Good prices, but cant hook up what you buy, so if older like me, look somewhere else. now I have to call someone to hook up for me . hook up is expenses.

I bought a basic table here when I was 16, Im 39 now. Im still using the table which has survived 5 moves, and Im just now getting a new table delivered the day after tomorrow. The only reason Im getting a new table is for more room, and tne reason im not getting it from westco is because I live south of Houston now. I havent been there in 23 years, but Ive been happy with their products this long, so I figured Id let you know

Helpful staff, experience was good!

Our experience with the store in Chanute Kansas has been excellent. The salesman Matt has worked with us on both our purchases made within the last 2 weels. The delivery was both efficient and on time. Carrying away the old furniture we were replacing was very nice.

Ordered recliner and they had one in stocks. Shop Local.

Always very helpful and quick to order and deliver items I buy, and if something breaks very helpful finding someone to fix it.

I’ve purchased furniture here before, but quit going in because the employees follow you around the store. It’s uncomfortable and prevents you from having a private conversation with your spouse. The selection is limited and you’re not likely to find any bargains. Try the Iola westco for less pushy sales people.
