Chris helped us pick our new Tempurpedic bed and it was a great experience. After his analysis using his bed match technology he shared many useful pros and cons, as well insight as to what we could expect at different price ranges. Although we ended up with picking a more expensive bed there was no pressure in making this choice on his end. He even gave us 2 free pillows valued at $200 each. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new bed!

I had an awful experience at Mattress Warehouse. While at first I felt I received wonderful attention from the sales associate, I later learned that he intentionally omitted important information about their comfort exchange policy in order to secure a sale. He also pressured me to post a glowing Google review on the spot, which I did before learning he had lied to me. Another sales associate later acknowledged I had been misinformed and the previous associate had been fired presumably for this and related behavior, but he and his manager refused to honor the deal their former associate had made with me. It required multiple calls to the manager, who eventually escalated it to their corporate office, all for a $100 discount that would have satisfied me immediately. Although they eventually honored their prior agreement, the entire experience was so unpleasant that I will never shop at another Mattress Warehouse again and neither should you.

Me and my father went to this location today and were helped by Chris. He found us exactly what we wanted and gave us a fantastic deal. We will go back here for any of my mattress needs. Chris was great!!!

Updated review: while Chris was so helpful and made it easy to choose what I was needing, the follow up and delivery were a big fail. I was told I’d receive a call Friday night before sat delivery. No call, no updates, no number to call. Website didn’t even have my order in the system. I finally reach the store Sat and order was held up because they didn’t have the frame yet no one bothered to call and tell me that all week. I would’ve made different arrangements. I’m really disappointed as now I get to sleep on the floor of my apartment until it arrives next week. Really frustrating.
