Beef/Lamb burgers, is all I need to say. Well you have to get the rolls to make it complete. Amazing!!!!! Oh yeah, Italian sandwich today was amazing also, had to do it two days in a row! Huge sandwich!!!

Cane Creek pork and sometimes lamb come together with Braeburn Farm beef, with a considered whole animal butcher philosophy. This is the best butcher in town. Great sandwiches, too.
