It is where I get my car serviced, I drive a Ford and these people do the very best job. I, like many can be weary about car places but this place is very good. I have just started using them, but so far Ive been impressed.
Though I didnt purchase a vehicle from the dealership mostly due to being more than 3 hours away from my home, Chris was absolutely outstanding in answering all my questions and working with me on price. I found a vehicle right in my back yard and that is the only reason I didnt buy one from Chris.
I bought good car from here. Car pretty much didnt kill me. Kept going while I was driving around a corner. Everything kept working, all the power and the steering wheel were responsive. I avoided going into the grass and almost into a trench like ditch.Seriously, thanks for the C-Max. Its good and it was a good deal.
I really wouldnt recommend this dealership to anybody looking to make a purchase. I bought a vehicle from them April 20, 2021 and here it is June 24, 2021 and I still havent received my tags and am driving around on expired 30 day tags. Ive contacted them multiple times surrounding these tags and have been lied to by the staff on multiple occasions. Trish, in particular, told me on May 18, 2021 that she would have them back the next day and would overnight them to me. After getting the run around for the last two months Ive managed to get the DMV to report back to me that my information was turned in to them only two days ago (June 20, 2021) and itll be up to another 10 days before I get a temporary plate issued to me. This place seems a bit crooked and dishonest. Dont do business with them.
Great dealership. They worked with me on a trade in, got me a Escalade platinum, and worked out a warranty. They have a ton of clean rides on the lot.
Well, I am sad that i can only give 5 stars! If i could I would give 10 stars! University Ford Service is awesome! Sandy in the office and Will the technician totally helped me when my vehicle had to be towed in on a late Saturday afternoon. I was reassured that everything would be okay. Then after I arrived, after the shifter was replaced, Will the Technician came out and explained everything to me that was done and Sandy contributed as well! Wow! That was awesome, I certainly will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else but University Ford!!!!
Got a coupon in the mail for a free state inspection. I was in and out in 30 minutes, no fees or nasty surprises.
Employees wonderful. They were very hospitable.
Chris is absolutely the worst salesmen I have ever worked with and is a liar. Stay far far away from this place. They will lead you own and screw your over. If you ever do go here get everything in writing because Chris will pretend he doesn’t even know who you are.
I was led on to believe I was getting a decent car worth my money... not even a week after the car is already having issues and I now must pay to get fixed along with the already expensive payments on the car. Go somewhere else and do yourself a favor.
Had a fantastic experience with Mario and Chris. Straight shooters and they went above and beyond to get us a great deal on a great car. After some bad experiences with other used car dealers in the area, I will refer anyone looking for a used car to go through this company. We were shown multiple options in our price range and all of our questions were answered and explained so well.
This is the absolute worst place the people here were very rude some African man was laughing about my credit score on the phone I told them I looked at carmax first and I just wanted to see if I had other options they tell me well why u didnt get the car in a sing song voice as if to pick on me so I wouldnt spend your money in a place like this
Awesome service....i told them what i wanted and thats what i got...thanks guys!!
I found an awesome Ford Ranger online with very low milage. The free carfax looked good so I went in for a drive. I called ahead and they had the truck ready for me on arrival. After my first test drive, the team was quick to address and solve my few concerns with the vehicle. Edwin helped me get to a fair price, and I’m very happy with my experience working with him! The team seemed covid conscious, and I felt comfortable while inside the building. Check these guys out!
Ron Johnson did a great job getting me into the Truck I wanted
Best customer service ever, from Chris, Riz, and Darwin when the extra mile. They help you out, flexible and good people. Come and buy here !
Great service. Sandras cannot be beat when it comes to customer service and know-how!
Purchased a 2019 van the first week of October and paid to have it delivered. The van arrived dirty and with only one key. I also never received a bill of sale, financial paperwork or any paperwork pertaining to my purchase. As of today 11/22/2020 I have a van with no owners paperwork, an expired temporary tag, so I can’t drive the vehicle and still awaiting my permanent tag and owners card. Messages left for Chris go unreturned, text messages get me no where. Today there excuse was COVID. Very bad experience!!!
Working with Paul, Chris and Matt was a pleasure. I drove 2 hours to test drive a car I found online. I was not able to arrive until about 30 minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday. Each of them stayed and did not seem to be bothered by having to stay. They all worked hard to get a fair deal. I would recommend this dealership to a friend for sure!
I bought lemon from here. Car almost killed me. Shut off while I was driving around a corner. Everything turned off, all the power and the steering wheel locked. I went into the grass and almost into a trench like ditch
By far the best place dealership Ive ever dealt with. They have an excellent selection and the service is phenomenal. The general manager was determined to find me a car that I loved and at a price I could afford. I never felt pressured and they were incredibly patient with me. I seriously recommend them to everyone.
University Ford Chapel Hill made my car buying experience a great one. Special thanks to Tom and Chris for exemplary customer service. All team members were very professional and promptly answered all of the questions I had. I ultimately found a beautiful 2016 Ford Escape SE with low miles at a reasonable price. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from here.
Chris and Paul was great! They were very accommodating with my schedule. I drove 2 hours to test drive a car that I had been looking for on line for some time. They made the experience easy! I would buy there again!
Great experience! Very clean office and professional, attentive staff that made us feel comfortable and gave us great options.
I recently purchase a 2016 Dodge Charge from University Pre - Owned in Chapel Hill NC. The car is in excellent working condition. The team at the lot were friendly and very helpful. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from university and I am a customer for life. See Charlotte when you hit the lot.
I went to University Ford Chapel Hill with a particular car in mind. We were greeted by Charlotte who was very kind and set us up with a test drive. I loved the car and decided to purchase it that evening. Unfortunately, the key-less entry hadnt been set up yet. I brought the car back the following week and University Ford gave my a beautiful Ford Fusion to drive while my keys were being enabled. I got my car back quickly and with a full tank of gas. Everyone at University Ford Chapel Hill was very kind and helpful! Charlotte even recommended a wonderful Indian restaurant where my family got dinner after buying my car. I would highly recommend starting here when searching for a car.
This is the best place to buy a car. They will help you get what you need and they are the nicest people I have ever met in a dealership, no pressure selling. They are more concerned with your needs and being happy then just selling a car.
We found the relatively rare Ford C-Max (we live in Roanoke VA) at University Ford in Chapel Hill. Paul Biondich answered our call and stayed with us, answering every text and email, and went on the test drive, when my wife drove her first hybrid car, answering all her questions and mine. When we asked about ground clearance, Paul produced a tape measure and gave us a specific answer. When we needed to trade in our old car, Paul matched our asking price and then offered us a bit more to seal the deal. Matt handled the paperwork and money questions with great professionalism and courtesy and helped us sync our phones. My wife drove home happy in her new C-Max. We would recommend University Ford to others, who are not only looking for a new car, but for old fashioned courtesy.
I went into the Ford dealership and my sales Consultant William Bradford was extremely helpful. I will recommend him and this dealership. Excellent Service!
I worked with Paul over the phone and my experience was excellent! Paul went out of his way to address my concerns about a car i was looking at and wound up saving me from making a $7,000 mistake. This is a great example of how business should be done! Even though this particular car didn’t work out I will definitely recommend this dealership because of their honesty and integrity.
Great, friendly sales service!! My situation is probably unique, but I filled out an online form requesting they help me look for a 2009 Honda Fit. I submitted it on Wednesday, heard from Jay (salesman extraordinaire!) that night, and then by Friday, drove home with the exact car I asked for. That goes to show that University Ford is willing to move fast to get you in the car you want. Theyre also diligent about checking email and online request forms, so for those of us who deal best in the virtual world, thats a major plus. They made the entire buying process as straight forward and painless as possible. Just an all around positive experience. I highly recommend dropping in to see Jay and the rest of the team next time youre in the market for a used car in Chapel Hill (its a small operation, which is also a plus in my book). I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again someday.
Very nice and courteous. For the size they, probably due to its location stay incredibly busy! But if you have the time they have stellar performance! Capital Ford in Wake Forest, then University Ford as far as service goes.
Didnt really want to buy from a dealership and this place is a great example of why. Singular focus is their commission. I should have walked but my car was acting up and needed something reliable. They noticed and took full advantage. After the finance guy Chris told me he couldnt have the plates sent to my house, the salesman, SuperDave, treated me like I was being neurotic when I called to ask about them. When putting on the temporary plates, Dave had some trouble but I didnt realize he cross-threaded the anchors to hold the screws. But I know, I purchased it as is, enjoy your commission guys!!
Charlotte Crone and Chris Hill at University Ford were just great to do business with. My initial contact with Charlotte was pleasant and not at all pushy. In fact, she was so charming and down to earth that I couldnt believe she was selling cars for a living. If they allow her to keep this up, she is going to give car salesmen a reputation for being fair and honest! To make a long story short, Charlotte and Chris found the truck I wanted and went across the state to get it for me. The entire process was fun, never pressured, and honest. I received a fair trade for my car and got a fair price on a new F150. And, the finance manager got me a crazy good interest rate.If you want a buying experience from people who are just people, this is the place to go! They really get it!!!
I had a wonderful buying experience. No pressure sales and great to work with. Paul the sales person was great and also the finance manager. I would buy again here. I also like the small laid back atmosphere.
I found the staff at this dealership to be friendly and frank and the atmosphere/attitude was low-key. I bought a 2015 Ford C-Max SEL. I thought the price was fair; it was on sale Managers Special, so they didnt lower the price any further than what was advertised, but I didnt feel I was being cheated. I also wasnt pressured in any way to tack on more warranties or take certain payment options. Whatever I wanted to do was fine by them. Its only been a few days, but Im very happy with my purchase - I have no regrets.
I just purchased a car from Paul last week. He was a nice guy and was able to help you complete all the paperwork within just about 2 hours. It was a great shopping experience!
We purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid with very low miles at a great price. There was no pressure and all our questions were answered patiently and courteously by Paul Biondich. Everyone at University Ford, from the management to the sales staff to the service crew, is to be commended for making our experience a most pleasant one.
I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte in ordering my 2015 Focus ST. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive throughout the quoting process, the ordering process and to delivery of my vehicle. I interfaced only minimally with the rest of the staff at University Ford Chapel Hill, but found everyone to be cheery and helpful in a pressure-free environment. There are closer dealerships to me but they lacked the customer service that Charlotte and University Ford provided. Definitely keep Charlotte and University Ford in mind when shopping for a new car. Should I decide to buy the Focus RS in a couple of years, they will be the first dealership that I visit!
I was able to work with them and get a good deal for the value on my trade in and purchase price of the vehicle.
I have been buying cars from University Ford for years. They are professional, informative and fair. I always know exactly what I am getting and always trust I am getting the fairest price. Fords are good cars, I think honestly you get more bang for your buck with a Ford, and quite frankly I would not go anywhere else to get a car. Chris Hill has been the sales rep for two of the cars we have purchased and I recommend him strongly.
Purchased from them yesterday - everyone was courteous, accommodating, helpful, pleasant and we could not have been more at ease and comfortable.Jason, Chris and Paul were wonderful. They will be my first stop when we are in ther market for another car.If I could score higher than 5 stars, I would. Thanks guys!
I worked with Jason to buy a new Edge and could not have been happier with the experience from start to finish. My parents have bought multiple cars through Jason and highly recommended I work with him as well, and I understand why. He had my best interest in mind, found me the exact car I was looking for, answered all of my questions and made the purchase of my first vehicle not only smooth, but enjoyable. I never felt any pressure to buy, and it was clear that the dealership had my best interest in mind. Whenever the time comes to buy again, Ill be coming back to University Ford in Chapel Hill!
Was in the market for a Focus ST with a specific budget in mind. The staff was outstanding with helping me find the exact car I wanted at the right price point. Friendly staff, and great cars. You cant go wrong.
We got the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Everyone was helpful without being pushy, efficient without being standoffish. Definitely will return for our next car. We really like our Escort.
This dealership is great. First they gave me the best deal I could find and I shopped around, they didnt pressure me and all the people were very friendly,, especially my salesman Paul Biondich. When I went to pick up the Mustang, which I ordered, they had found me an additional $1,750 in Ford rebates,in addition to the $1,500 I got when I ordered the car. Most times when I buy a car it takes over an hour to do all the paperwork and they put thumb-screws on you to buy extended warranties, paint protection, etc. Not here, about 15 minutes to sign and pay them and when the sales manager asked if I wanted an extended warranty and I said not that was it. I love this place for buying a car, and their service department has always been good also. They do, however, need a better showroom, but the low overhead is probably whey they can give you a good deal.
I own a 2014 Ford Flex SEL. I saw a 2016 Ford Flex Limited with EcoBoost Awd on line at this location. My wife and I drove down to look at and drive the vehicle on a Saturday. I spoke with the sales manager about possibly trading my car in for theirs. He gave me an onsite evaluation of my car and actually gave a great trade in allowance. He asked if I wanted to make a deal that day and I told him that if they gave me some paperwork reflecting what the final price would be with my trade in, I would get it to my finance company that was financing my car already. We left with that paperwork and I told him that I would contact him by Tuesday. He contacted me on Monday and I asked if it were possible to start the process online or send my information to him. He asked to fill out the application online. I did and made a stipulation in the comments section at the bottom of the application that I wanted them to try to go through my finance company first, and if they cannot, to let me know before any other financing was attempted. After texting the manager as well as the nice young man that was the sales person back and forward about what paperwork they would need from me (asking for different paperwork at different times over a 2 day period). The manager texted me asking if I wanted him to try a couple of their banks? I texted him back saying Please use Crescent Bank to start with. If something doesnt work with them, let me know before going through anyone elseAbout 5 hours later, The manager sent me a text stating Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. My finance department is working on it. He then asked for more paperwork. The next day he texted stating HELP!!! We are still waiting for proof of income ... Please advise. I sent it but got a text the next day stating Help... I was out of the store yesterday, where did you send the information?? I told him that the sales person told me to send it to a particular person at their company. He texted back that the person I sent it to was out for the day riding his Harley and getting in touch with him is difficult to say the least. He asked for me to be patient. After hearing nothing from anyone for the next day and a half, I texted the both sales people asking for an update with no response. Before I left work, I got in contact with my finance company asking if they had been contacted by the car company. They asked for my ssn and told me that they neither had an approval nor a denial or any applications filed with them. They asked if they were a 3rd party lot or a reputable dealer. I let them know that they were reputable. They stated that they should be able to apply with them. later that evening, I got a generated email for the sales manager wishing me a happy valentines day. I responded stating This is either a joke, or a generated email. Please let me know where we are. I got a call from the manager apologizing for the email, as well as letting me know that he tried his best to get my approved, but I had too much negative equity in my current vehicle and that I would have to put down $6000. I asked him if he went through my finance company and he told me that he did not. I let him know that I knew this because I had called that day and told him what they told me. He stated that He didnt think they were in his network of lenders. He then stated that He had banks all over the place where they are located and he Tried and Tried to get me financed through his banks. I reminded him that I wanted to Go through my finance company first, and if they could not, let me know before going further. He stated Thats my bad, I forgot. I told him Now my credit has been hit multiple times. He stated again I know, and Ill take the brunt of that, thats on me. I let him know that No thats on my credit not yours, so its on me.He asked if I wanted him to try something the following week, and I let him know that I did not and not to try anything else
We called about a car on Sunday and a sales manager called back within an hour even though they were closed. The car was exactly as stated in the online ads. The sales people were very helpful with great no pressure sales. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever encountered. I would highly recommend them for buying a car.
I was out of town on a Saturday morning with a transmission issue. Even though they had a full schedule, they took a few minutes to diagnose my vehicle and get me on my way with no expectation of future business. Wow. What a wonderful business.
Great folks at University Ford. We have a Ford Escape Hybrid that is no longer under warranty but we still bring it to the dealer just because these guys are so honest and good to their customers. Never feels like a ripoff the way most dealers do. And sometimes they will do a diagnostic check, realize its a silly thing like the gas cap is loose, and not charge us a dime. Awesome!
Ive now bought 6 new vehicles from University Ford. The first we bought when Eric Tucker was still a sales rep. He was a pleasure to work with and we have returned repeatedly. He is now a manager and he makes sure his staff treats you properly. Friendly, no games just a solid deal. When its time for another vehicle well be going back.
My comments and thoughts are nothing put positives. There is nothing negative I can say about this place. I was greeted by friendly people with smile on their faces. They listened to my concerns and gave me the best service anyone could ask for. I wasnt hassled and I felt like their interest and concerns were for my best interest. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Curtis, Chris and Jason.
I purchased a car from University Ford recently and of all the cars I have purchased, the experience at University Ford was by far the best. Charlotte was absolutely great throughout the entire process. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive. I will definitely go to them for all of my future purchases.
Ive been buying cars and getting them serviced by University Ford for almost 20 years. This says a lot. My experiences with them have been nothing but excellent. Great sales staff, great finance man, service department top-flight. Highly recommend them.
Very good experience buying a used car! Even though this is a small dealership, the expertise, professionalism, and focus on the customer is unparalleled to any experience I have had in the past! I have had work done on another car in the service dept and they were able to fix an issue in 2 hours that other shops could not fix in a month.
I bought a used CMAX and the experience was very transparent and straightforward. Charlotte Crone immediately met the price of a very similar car on offer in Durham, then sealed the deal with a test drive and a competitive interest rate. Very happy with the service and the car, and Id highly recommend the dealership.
Sales experience was bad. Sales Manager Chris Hill was a complete jerk insulted me about price and stormed off never shook my hand or anything the guy was completely unprofessional and rude! The salesman Antwan was great but I wasn’t buying anything after the sales manager completely disrespected me never go back again
Although I didnt buy a car today, when I go back to a Ford dealership, it will be this one because my experience was so positive. Charlotte Crone, the salesperson that helped me, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. So was Chris Hill, the sales manager. Charlotte, I must say, really made my entire visit a pleasurable experience. Thank you, Charlotte!
Sahin was great to work with. We had no idea we were buying a car when we arrived at the dealer and he rolled with it all. He was very honest and didn’t carry the “car salesman” persona that I usually feel at a dealer. He didn’t oversell me anything and was a very genuine individual. He also helped get my 14 year old son some food since we were there for a very long time. I wish there were more personalities like Sahin’s in the business. It’s so frustrating to buy a car and he made it just a tad more enjoyable. ASK FOR SAHIN.
Im 99% sure Chris Hill is an angel from heaven. Hes the General Sales Manager here and he was beyond helpful. My car had completely stopped working and I had AAA fix my car enough to drive to this dealership. The maintenance garage was closed when we got there and Chris called to see if another dealership in Durham could help me. When that dealership told him they were not taking walk-ins I started losing hope. But then after I mentioned I thought the mechanical problem might have something to do with my faulty key fob, Chris offered to see if he had a spare. Not only did Chris go above and beyond his sales duties to help me, but he also replaced my fob free of charge. I honestly went into this customer experience expecting to be swindled, Im a college student and I thought that dealerships used students lack of mechanical knowledge to take advantage of them and overcharge them. But Chris disproved that and gave me more faith in the ford brand at large. I would highly recommend this dealership, and if you go ask for Chris!
I was completely overwhelmed with purchasing a car for the first time by myself. I had been to several other car dealers and I will say that this place really made the exciting, yet nerve racking experience a lot easier. None of the managers attempted to make me feel pressured to buying anything. Instead they stayed after hours breaking down everything for me and took their time explaining all paperwork making sure I understood it all. They gave different pricing options and broke it all down. I actually felt like they cared, and wanted to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase.
Sold our Ford quickly with no hassle! Great experience. Can’t recommend this dealership enough!!
Great service. Tyler and McKenzie are great at their jobs and have awesome customer service in the shop.
Convenient location to pass emission check, change tires, service car or buy your new car. several shopping plazas around with Starbucks and restaurants around. Food lion, cvs, mexican food, ice cream places. It is in the middle of rapidly developing district. Reasonably priced. Nice and responsive.
I purchased my 2016 Ford C-Max about a year ago at University Ford in Chapel Hill. I had gone in to look at another car but was disappointed in that one and eventually looked at, drove, and purchased the C-Max.I have never had such a pleasant, helpful, and pressure-free car buying experience. I did the research and was supported by all staff in the few days I took to make the decision. The salesman, Chris, was a knowledgeable and kind person. We drove around a lot together during the process. He seemed like a little brother to me.The manager, Jason, and the service person, Sandy, were also very personalbe and helpful. I cannot say enough about personnel here. Their friendliiness and genuine support sold the car to me.Again, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had !
I bought my Ford Escape from this dealership and enjoyed working with the sales team.My first oil change was free along with a detail. Made my appointment....when I got here the shuttle was out and wouldnt be back for a while. Extremely inconvenient since I have a job that starts at 8.Getting oil changed while I wait....going to be late for work and NO car detail that I was promised.I will NOT come back for my service work.
Best Customer service experience yet! Love the no BS sales approach, SUPER laid back and just all around awesome sales team! Love the Ford Focus as well.
My first time buying a car from a dealership and Paul and Matt made it so easy from beginning to end.
I purchased a car from Charlotte in July of 2014. I was first really impressed the nice staff. I wasnt able to come in to the store so it really helped that I was able to text with Charlotte Crone throughout the purchasing process. Through the texts and emails she walked me through the credit application and told me when she found a car that fit my needs. The staff were very friendly and showed me several cars before I made the final decision. They also helped me out when I found a mechanical issue with the car. They helped me get to a repair shop and covered all of the costs and put me in a rental car while my car was being fixed. I dont think youll find any other deal that will treat you as well and make sure that your purchase is a perfect fit for you and your needs.
Great service for my Ford CMax plug-in. Honest. Forthright advice.
I was having a serious problem with my transmission and they got me in right away. Sandy is a miracle worker and really does everything she can to take care of you! 100% recommend them!
Great place to do business with and a great company to start a career with! Give them a visit!
Got a loaner while my car was sent out for upholstery. Great price, friendly service and really liked the rental. It was like having a new car for a few days. (Dont tell my current car but it has me thinking of making a new Ford purchase sometime soon).
This service center had the absolute best customer service. The mechanics were super polite and helpful and I will definitely be going there again.
We cannot say enough about the wonderful service support and follow through we have had from Sandy Rueda. We purchased a previously owned Ford C-Max hybrid from David McCall here some time ago and we LOVE the car and are very happy with it. However, it had an intermittent problems with starting which was very difficult to replicate and diagnose. The first time we brought it in, we could not get it to repeat, but when we brought it in the second time, Sandy went to work leaving NO STONE UNTURNED until she identified the electronic module which might be causing the problem. In the meantime, there was a minor recall item in place and we identified another couple of little issues which needed attention. It took a while to do this but Sandy called frequently to keep us informed and give accurate estimates for completion. Now, all is well, we have the car back and our starting problems are no more. We are very pleased and recommend Sandy for recognition for her diligence and thorough service.
Unarguably one of the best dealerships Ive ever visited. Its small and cozy and entire staff is extremely helpful and perhaps most polite folks one can meet with. Chris, Tom, Paul and the entire staff is there to help you regardless of the fact that you are there to buy or sell. I sold my 2017 Mustang to them and they literally made everything look so easy and absolutely hasslefree. They didnt mind staying well beyond their usual working hours answering every question of mine. Ofcourse, they gave me the best price too. Chris answered every call that I made to him and responded to all texts even on weekend. :-) I cant really ask for more. I will certainly come to your dealership for my next car. Thanks again University Ford of Chappel Hill and Chris.
Worst Service in the Area. Called for service three times, left message no return call. My car is under safety recall and no help what so ever to get me back in my car. Worthless.
We found Paul Biondich and University Ford to be friendly and professional. We researched online and in person at other dealers. We feel we received a fair price and got the Fusion Energi Platinum desired. So far we like the car (with only a minor Synch3 glitch which was resolved with removing and replacing a couple of fuses). We use the plugin feature (only at home at this point) our overall average mileage is in the mid 60s mpg with about 1500 miles so far. We can make short trips battery only.
Have had my car serviced here for years. No complaints
I love the personal service they can us when I bought a car from themI love it thanks for all the help
The ladies in the Service a Department are wonderful
Enjoyed the clear but low pressure sales approach. Have been a long time customer of the service group and trust their work.
Great place to service your car 🚗 or get an Inspection
Been looking at the 13 chevy tahoe for the past week, and called earlier this week about it... Come to find out they sold it last week after driving 2 hours with 3 kids under the age of 5 to test drive- very likely to buy... And they didnt have it . said they sold week before. Still on the website. And man that answered phone was rude!!!
Awesome people and good honest crew!
I just got finished buying a 2015 Fiesta ST from the folks at University Ford CH (Curtis was my salesman), and folks is very appropriate. They seem more like a small town dealership, very friendly and no pressure. I looked around both in person and on the internet at a number of Ford dealerships from Raleigh to the Charlotte area. Some of those were very good, others not so much. UFCH was on par with the handful of really good dealerships to work with. What stood out with Curtis and the other staff was that they didnt quit thinking about me or looking for me even when I decided the Focus ST I thought I wanted just wasnt going to work out (they did cut the cost to the bone trying to work for me). Curtis called me a day later and suggested a used 2 month old Fiesta ST with less than 2000 miles on it (owner decided he wanted a truck after all). They offered me a good deal on a virtually brand new car with a clean Car Fax (which they link for you free on their website, a very nice touch). Before going to try it out I read many reviews which made me realize I should have been looking at the Fiesta ST all along. I drove it, loved it, but there was one snag: My wife wanted leather and the ST doesnt come in full leather. Well, no worries there either. UFCH works with a 3rd party that can install custom fitted Katzkin (highly rated) leather upholstery for a very reasonable cost, rolled into my financing. I just got my car back today with my leather which looks like it rolled off the factory floor that way. Great car, great service, great people. The location Is just a bit hidden off 15-501, but it is worth the stop by if you are looking for a new or used car. Also, I noted some negative reviews here and no place is perfect, but I see those are all old reviews. Go check UFCH out and make up your own mind. Tell Curtis I sent you!
Great place to buy a car.
Good service, and the lady at the front desk is always friendly.
They staff at the dealership were great beyond expectation.
I hasmycar work on
Not impressed at all. The staff seem so not interested in helping me, even though there were 4 of them there and I was the only customer on the grounds. Once I got attention, they were dismissive of the budget I presented. Neither need to say I went somewhere else with my business.
Good fast service and friendly employees.
We love Wes and the entire crew at University Ford!
Y’all are crazy trying to sell 5-7 year old fiesta or fit cars with 50000, to 70000 miles for 12,000 like they are brand new???
The salesman here is GREAT. .THANKS!!
Nice place that also does service
Good folks!Sybil A Skakle
Quick drop off, friendly receptionist!
Had car for 5 days.car still not done.was informed that we do not have enough help.really poor service.
First, they kept me waiting for about 20 minutes until I got the service. Secondly, they are too greedy - their quote was crazy and totally different from what I saw from KBB and other dealers. It is not worthwhile to visit them.
