I had my windshield replaced first they were 3 days late, second they did not replace my side mirror as they said they would, and third my windshield was replaced horribly and now my car has a leak and Corey the owner will not return my calls. Never doing business would not recommend if I was paid to.

Flawless work. Mike D. (sales rep) found my 09 MINI Cooper S with bad pitting, a few chips, bad outer pillar covers. He suggested that I have my glass replaced. I told him all of the problems I have had with other glass companies in the area. He understood and explained to me how his guys work. I took Mikes word for it... His guys nailed it. Some of the best workmanship I have seen in a while. No leaks, very clean, very clear, way better than it was and has been since I have had it replaced by others. Immediately after that my 03 Lexus windshield cracked they did another amazing job. 2 different guys, 2 different cars, 2 great jobs!! I HIGHLY refer Mike D. and his crew. This company was trespassing in my condominium complex, going door to door, soliciting new customers. When asked to provide identification, the representative Chad, refused to identify himself or provide a calling card. After some sleuthing, I was able to find him and his company. I called and spoke with the owner, Corey, who was rude and hung up on me. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would never do business with them.

They came out and looked at our windshield, scheduled the appointment for the next day. They were on time and replaced our windshield. About a week later I had noticed air coming in from the windshield and realized that it had not been sealed properly. So again, they came out the next day and resealed it. After that it had rained a few times and when we went out for a family outing, noticed that our vehicle smelled horrible! Later that day, noticed the carpets were soaking wet (hence the smell.) Cleaned it up, dried it out. It rained again while we were in a movie. Huge puddle in the floor on the passenger side. Finally, we call the company again. Excellent customer service, but not sure the same can be said for the technicians doing the repair work. We are now waiting for another technician to come out AGAIN to replace the windshield. Really hope they get it right this time. Definitely wont be using this company again though.

Actual quality glass replacement. Ive had issues with every windshield replacement done by Safelite. My neighbor had these guys replacing her glass so I figured if give them a shot instead. Now theyve done 3 of my companies trucks and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I work for glass replacements llc at the full circle car wash on power and southern. Im very pleased by our technicians as well as ownership. Ive worked for several companies and Glass replacements has taken care of all warranty work right away. All others seem to just give the customers a run around and was a hole in my soul! If you want to support local business and to keep your money local and to have quality work please come see me!! If you want cheap aftermarket fuyao glass call the other guys. Just cause your told to do something does not mean you dont have a choice. Wolves or sheep what are you?

They put a business card under my windshield wiper and my windshield wiper was off after they did. Anyone so incompetent to not know how to use a windshield wiper should not replace your window. If it had been raining I would have lost my wiper and been in serious danger.
