Cannot emphasize how much we appreciated the help of Joyce and her team throughout our recent boat purchase. Joyce was always available to answer our questions and provide information. The shop had my boat for several weeks longer due to the COVID19 situation and shipping receiving parts was difficult. They gave me consistent updates on the repair, and worked directly with the Malibu manufacturer to diagnose the correct issues. It has been a pleasure to work with this location and I refer them to anyone looking to purchase or repair inboards.

Bought a new boat from them and have purchased a lot of accessories over the years since then. Even though they dont sell my brand of boat any more we still use them for service instead of our regular dealer because we think think so highly of them. Its a great place to buy a boat and get service and parts as well.

I have a boat they supposedly fixed a problem. When I took it to the lake and the problem had not been fixed I was told that their solution was adequate and even though I hadnt used the boat for even 1 minute the problem had recropped up and the fix they provided was sufficient. When I asked when they could get my boat fixed again. They said it would go to the back of the line as they were knee deep in boats right now and it could be weeks. Terrible experience.

I just purchased my second boat through Marine Outfitters and extremely pleased with their services. They are very fast to respond with any information needed whether it’s a tube or a boat. Seem to be purely on the sales side for boats. I bought a wakeboard here but should have done it online. The bindings broke during normal use and they blamed it on me because I had to assemble the bindings to the board. They told me they contacted the binding vendor and the vendor said I was to blame also. After two weeks of waiting, I called the vendor directly and the vendor said they were never contacted by Marine Outfitters. What a waste of time! The vendor was very reasonable and never asked me for any proof, pictures, and receipts. The just asked me for my home address and sent me the binding plates no problem. I would recommend for someone to go to the store and try things on for fit but then go online for better prices and service. Lesson learned. I have still never heard from the store to date.
