I know Im not the typical Maserati owner. However, Baker makes me feel like my 2015 is the freshest and coolest thing on the lot. The prices for services are reasonable and fair, and the whole staff is dope( and professional) . The shop foreman and manager also let me play with the exhaust in the waiting area. Amazing team.

I contacted Baker through their website to inquire about a pre-owned Tahoe, and Jaylynn replied within minutes. He called me and asked great questions and didnt waste my time. When we arrived at the dealership, he had the vehicle at the front and was waiting outside as we pulled up.That was the first indication that we were going to be treated right. After having been to a few dealerships in the recent past, I had pretty low expectations. The crazy car market certainly hasnt made that experience more enjoyable. Throw all of those concerns out the door.Jaylynn was amazing. He treated my wife and me with an incredible amount of respect and professionalism. Hes just a nice person who genuinely enjoys helping people.There was no hard sell. It was all about what we wanted. Everyone at Baker Motor Co. treated us like people, which shouldnt be significant, but it really is. That just wasnt one person either. That was everyone we came into contact with.I know my used car purchase wasnt like some of the more expensive cars Baker Motor sells, but that didnt matter. It was vitally important to me and my family, and everyone, especially Jaylynn, treated me like that.Next time, its the first place Im going.

I came in today to see Jordan regarding trading my car in.First, he was acting as if he was questioning that we can afford the vehicle.I went to other dealerships earlier that offered me 24K for my trade. Jordan came back and offered me 18.5K stating “my car was in an accident with an airbag deployment”.He further stated that since it was in a wreck it must go to auction they can’t sell it on the lot! I knew this was absolutely untrue! I asked multiple times for him to show me the carfax that stated my car was in a wreck much less with an airbag deployment! He evaded and evaded the request. I went to my car to get the carfax I received when I purchased the vehicle. As we were looking for the carfax he stated “oh I was wrong it was a recall on the airbag”.Honesty and integrity it huge and what should be expected from all salesman; however, he was untruthful the entire time.He stated he “owned” a 2018 (one year younger than the vehicle I was looking at) however, he couldn’t answer the simple questions pertaining to the vehicle! I will take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do as well!
Sales personnel uniquely do not understand the product to which they are selling. On the same trip meeting with two different salespeople, neither one of them articulate packages or features on the Maserati Levante. The first salesman had a company shirt which was completely frayed, I was flabbergasted management did not send him home dressed like that. Clearly, Baker Motor Company has management issues which I suspect cross all the product lines they offer. Based on this experience I now understand why so few Maserati’s are on the local roads.
Awesome display of some fine and expensive automotive. Always enjoy the window shopping this time of year. Only place to go to get your heart racing and revved up. Who knows it might be X MAS around my block. Peace
Came to the dealership this morning around 9am to purchase, yes purchase a new Maserati Ghibli S4. Down in Charleston for a wedding and my original plan was to buy the car when I returned to new york. Been so busy at work though I have not found the time. However, had some free time while on vacation, so I went to the dealership this morning to buy the car here and have them ship to me. After 30 minutes walking around outside looking at the different models of the Ghibli and 2 sales staring through the window I decided to leave and stick with my original plan. Im not going to beg for your business if you cant even manage to ask of theres something Im looking for, I will take my business else where.

Issues handled unprofessionally by General Manager Mathew Scoggins. I have been driving a Maserati illegally for 3 months as Baker did not register the car. The car was delivered with numerous scratches, no pre delivery inspection was performed, warning lights were on, steering shake, the tires were so poor they had to be replaced. THIS ON A NEW MASERATI.I have also had problems with the lease of a Porsche. The paperwork has taken 3 months to resolve. This is clearly a company with management problems. I have asked on many occasions to speak with Mr Baker and have been refused. This is not ethical.
