I bought Liquid Glass screen protector in May. The sales employee sold the product to me as an extremely effective product and if it fails and my screen breaks, the company will replace it for free. Sounded like a good purchase seeing as I was buying a $600 phone. She placed the liquid glass on my phone and I was sent on my way. No mention of a registration with the company that is mandatory for the warranty on screen replacement. Naturally, I put the product box in a file, failing to read the tiny back print on the back of said box that mentions the registration... 2 Months later, my screen shattered. I went to Verizon to discuss getting my screen replaced. I was met by two very polite sales employees whom stated that it was an issue that I did not have it registered and that its been an ongoing issue that they have been dealing with in recent weeks, vaguely mentioning that past employees were no longer with the company... I was told to come back the next day to see the manager Serenity, perhaps she can assist me. I come back the next day, Serenity was rude, dismissive and uninterested in my situation, offered insincere apologies for not being told about the registration, and proceeded to offer me phones numbers to call as if she was reluctantly repeating a script that she has had to recite numerous times before. Her only offer she could make me was 10% off another product in the store, including Liquid Glass!! I literally threw $50 in the garbage when I bought that product, and she has the gall to suggest that I purchase another product from her store for a meager 10% off..No thanks. A mandatory registration is something you mention at point of sale. If that fails to happen and the product fails, then you offer a refund. Buyer beware, Liquid Glass is expensive, not a good product. The sales representatives are not thorough in providing very vital product information, and when that ball is dropped, the follow up by store management is hilarious, at best.
They do a good job for as busy as they are at times. They could use some help I bet. Keep up the good work ladies.

Manager went out of her way to accommodate me by getting me a loaner phone (my screen had gone out) while I waited for my new phone to arrive. Sales person who helped me once my phone arrived was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!
After a poor prepaid phone support experience, DJ stepped up and solved our issue. It took over an hour, but DJ was patient, positive, and never once acted annoyed. He did more than we asked and made sure we left happy. Very great experience!
I went to the store to purchase a case for my new cell phone. This was the third store I stopped at. Tiffany was helpful, knowledgeable and gave me GREAT customer service. I left the store with the installed glass screen protector and case.
Shelby, made me aware of all the specials available to me, and I wound up buying a new Pearl 12 and ear buds. I also got a Verizon credit card.
Was greeted upon entry and the lady, Tiffany, was nice and quick with my purchase of an accessory! She made sure to inform me of the lifetime warranty. 🙂

Ive been a Verizon customer for two decades. In recent years Ive had a hard time finding proper help when I had issue regarding the phones on my plan. Its a relief to finally find someone willing to help as much as Tiffany does. Thank you, Tiffany!

Be careful when going here. Neither the employees nor managers wear face masks or practice safe social distancing.(Illinois Executive Order 2020-32 - Employees working in the store must follow the social Distancing Requirements, and must wear a face covering when they may come within six feet of another employee or a customer.)

Loved the employees very nice awesome sense of personality excellent team of two . I was just with my sister whipe she was getting her upgrade and I was astounded with the work ethic of them both even with one of them still learning the ropes and being trained . Excellent work ethic and focus I definitely will be placing my Verizon wireless home base at this knowledgeable and respectful establishment. Thank you very much guys I will be back no doubt about it
We were in town from out of state and needed a mifi device while in town for Christmas. Tiffany Bridges took excellent care of us and helped us pick out our device and activate it.The device had problems charging. I talked with Tiffany the day after the holiday and she said bring it in and shed replace it. We did and she did, with no issues. The new device is working great. If Im ever in town and need Verizon service again, Ill definitely come back to the Wireless Store in Charleston.
Visited your store in Charleston today looking for a phone. Larry helped me out, sold me the 9 note, other box, and screen protector. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

There was a single person working and I was the third customer in the store. I was after a car charger for my Moto phone that would activate Turbo Power. Their selection was limited, poorly labeled, and very expensive.
They can sell a phone but cant help with any issues
Each visit I made took longer than expected. Partly due to new staff unfamiliar with new tech and seems like their national system goes down at the most inconvenient times.
