Terrible store, slow employees who spend most of their time on the phone. Bathrooms are always broken and if not they are filthy. Poorly stocked, they rarely have gas. Never have ice, and fountain machine has been broken for months. One of the worst gas stations Ive ever been to. Might as well close this place down. Garbage.

Worst gas station downtown Charleston. Closes early or at random times throughout the day for breaks. Guess I dont expect much more from rude and lazy employees.Similar responses have been passed on to the local management team for a while now.

Google states the hours are 6am Monday-Sunday. Well I have came here several times after 6am and they are not open. Please fix to your correct hours so people dont waste thier time. It is a very big inconvenience.

I have been coming here for awhile and let me tell you. Ms.bella must have been sent from the heavens above. Every time I walk in there she greets me with her adorable smile and a warm hello.. ever since she’s been sat this location the store looks smells and feels better. She was what this community needed. Someone who cares someone that not only loves us the people .. she loves her job and it shows. Promote her! She’s the best lady the sweetest and she deserves soooo much more.

Exceptionally rude and lazy staff. If the staff cared (hire better employees, pay them more and invest in your business), this place could be making 2-3× as much money. This location is the closest convenience store to the largest hospital in the state and possibly one of the best hospitals in the country. It also has possibly one of the highest property values of just about any service station in the state, I cannot conceive how the owner lets this level of dysfunction go on. I know at least 30-40 people who avoid this store because of its staff. The ONLY reason why this place is still in business is because of its location and tourism.

I work at Roper Hospital! I come here cause it’s very convenient for me! Mrs. Libby is very sweet. I haven’t had any issues with this place. Everybody is customer friendly! Very good experience for me! Love the anchors here.

Bathrooms are always out of order. I have to drive all the way out of downtown to find a restroom when driving Rideshare

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, it is that bad. The staff is rude and neglect the place, which is filthy. Nothing works properly and the staff is too busy talking on their cell phones to care. The day I was here there was some sketchy side dealing going on with the clerk, manager and a customer holding up the line. Flat out ... this place is gross.

This store is completely dysfunctional. It is dirty, employees were rude, one register open with a long line while the other talks on her phone. They also have a new predatory towing scheme. Beware and I would wash my hand if you touch anything inside.

I do NOT recommend going there. The cashier was rude to me along with other people saying we were about to make her quit. The pump kept asking me for a pin even after hitting credit and I kindly asked her if I could prepay for the pump and she asked me if I even had enough to buy gas. I told her it was a company card and she rolled her eyes and told me I had to prepay. I had already asked that and after swiping the card I heard her again say I was going to make her quit. Then after leaving she yelled at me to take my receipt. I come by here all the time to get drinks while I’m working, but service has gotten really bad lately. Not once was I rude to this girl.

Tried to buy a soda, gave $20 bill, was told they don’t accept $20 bills for a soda. THEY REFUSED LEGAL TENDER. It was $100, then $50 and now it’s gotten down to $20.

Very slow and dirty restrooms. I told them about restroom and they just shrug their shoulders like oh well.

Employees are extremely lazy. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Bathrooms are always out of order.

Very rude manager, 7 people in line, 1 register open, 3 workers. Cashier rolled her eyes when I asked for a receipt. No soap or paper towels in the rest room. Flies in the doughnut case. Very dirty and careless store.
