I have been working with DocuSystems for our printer/copier needs for a year now (my company has been with them for two years). Our rep, Stephen, is always responsive, professional, friendly and helpful whether how tos with the printer or business issues. Never an attitude or an issue - the guy to call. The tech support is unequalled to any other company I have ever worked with. Randy has always made himself available in a timely manner to help whether on site or from a distance. We use an awesome product, which is heaven to work with, but is sometimes over my head in its capabilities. I KNOW that Stephen, Randy and the IT team have our backs - and not just the big things, but the little things too. As a company, DocuSystems has their process down and has some great people working with and representing them. I highly recommend DocuSystems.

My business partner and I have used several companies to our copying needs over the past 15 years. We have had many issues and never felt satisfied with the service we were receiving until we switched to DocuSystems and in particular, Stephen Clinch. Stephen is helpful, extremely responsive, and honest. We no longer dread asking for help or addressing questions with our copier because we know Stephen will take care of us. The rest of the company has been great to work with also, but Stephen has really gone above and beyond for us. He is one of the most pleasant and easiest to work for professionals I have dealt with for my business needs.

His energy and commitment to his customers is unmatched. Their products are rock solid, too. We have had no maintenance issues with our color copier ever... The gentleman who came and set up our new Cannon at McAlister-Smith today was exceptional. He took the time to show us like all the functions of our new copier/printer/scanner and stiod by while we tested it. He was courteous, professional and kind.

Ive used the company for almost two years and I have not had the best of experiences. We started having issues with our printer April 2015 (it was installed in Jan 2015) and it was just replaced August 2016. After my employers spent a great deal of money fixing an electrical issue, which Docusystems said was our problem, we still had the same issues. (Waste of thousands of dollars) Since April 2015 Docusystems has just played the blame game on who is responsible for fixing our printer, training our staff, and getting us a machine that actually works period.The techs are great about coming out, as they have come usually the next day after we call. However as you can see our issue still persists!!!! At this point, I would not recommend this company to anymore who actually wants a working printer. While their intentions may be good, the delivery and execution of customer service could be improved.

I have been working through my contract with them and I feel like I have been lied to for over a year. My printer has been horrible. I told Brye initially I needed a printer that could print 15,000 copies a month and literally I call them weekly to come fix my POS printer. Sub-par establishment. Brye promised us another printer and when finally delivered after a year, it jams too. They said it was my electrical breaker and that I needed a new outlet. I spent $3k fixing my outlets to accommodate their printer, and the very next day.... JAM! I strongly suggest using another leasing agency so you do not fall victim to our series of unfortunate debacles. I run a Doctors office, I depend on my fax machine and printer... too bad I cannot depend on DocuSystems. I KNOW the Firm that referred me to DocuSystems has since fired them too and moved on to another printer company too. This is not a complaint as I will deal with the ramifications of my poor choice, but rather a warning to you if you are thinking of using DocuSystems. Steer Clear. Dr. Matthew Jenkins

I normally don’t like to leave a bad review since I’m a small business as well. We have leased a nice copier for 5 years and in find print they automatically renewed for a year without even consulting with us. The copier worked good but Salisbury Business Machines offered a better deal, but Docu Systems don’t want to let us a lease we paid perfect for 5 years because we didn’t notify them 3 months in advance. When we signed the lease they never mentioned nor did the reach out before time.I spoke to a Jenna Cassidy and she said tuff luck basically. She didn’t even try to help. I would never use these guys again.
