My husband and I have been using Wild Jumps for about four years now! I have to say we have always had a wonderful experience with them, never anything bad!!! I actually had them bring the water slide/jump princess castle for a party I had on Saturday. They kept in contact with us this go around as they always do. We always text them all information after one of us calls them to schedule something. They always call to confirm our event is still going on a couple days before and then they normally come and set up on a Friday afternoon for us, if our event is on a Saturday. If the weather isnt good on the day of the event they are understanding about that as well and do whatever they have to do to make sure we are pleased with their business. I have nothing but good things to say about this family owned business. I thank them very much for making every party we have used them for have such a awesome turn out!!! I recommend them to many!!! Have to say my husband and I were very shocked when we read a couple if the reviews!!!! We will actually be using them again real soon for another party!!!! 😀
We recently rented a water slide from Wild Jumps and were very pleased with their service and water slide. Even though I called last minute, I was able to get delivery the next day and get the water slide we wanted. Sara was very thorough and helpful. She asked about our yard and even let me send her pictures of our yard to make sure everything would fit and that we had everything we needed for the slide to work. I highly recommend Wild Jumps and will definitely use them again. We had a great time!
We had a carousel bounce house locked on ahead of time for our daughter birthday party. The day came and their phone number was disconnected. They would not answer on their messenger either Luckily another company was able to pull through for us. I do not recommend these guys if you actually need their services.
We enjoyed one of the big blow up water slides and it was a lot of fun for all the kids! When they came to set it up, they were fast and friendly. I was worried my yard was too small, but they were able to get it to work out well! Id definitely use their jump castles again!
They are terrible. The slide was filled with mildew. When we called and told her that she would need to come back and clean it, she said she would then got offended and said she would just take it back. Then she said she would not be refunding our money (after not even and hour of it being on site). Needless to say we got our money back, but she was completely unprofessional and rude with a nasty attitude. AND she brought the wrong slide, but when we called on a different number she said she had it available (not realizing we were the ones that were supposed to have it anyway)Would never recommend. Don’t waste your time. They’re filthy. 514 jumps saved our party. Call them.
Stay Far Away! When I called to make my bounce house reservation, I was rushed off the phone and asked to email the details instead of talking about them. Our event was on a Saturday. That Thursday, I got an email asking if the specific jump castle I had requested could be changed (that was fine). I reminded them I had not received a confirmation or invoice, and was told We have you on the books and that they would send an invoice soon. I never heard from the company again. They did not answer any additional emails, and they no-showed at my event. When I called the day of to ask when the dropoff would occur, a man answered the phone and said Can I call you back, Im in the middle of something. He then sat in silence for several seconds, and when I asked again about the ETA he hung up. They did not answer the phone for any of my calls that day, or since. Ive still gotten no answers as to why they didnt show up, or why they ignored my repeated attempts at communication.
We had delivery time set for 10:00.. I called at 10 and was told running behind because driver called out and that would be at our church by 11:30..11:30 I call and am told by another person that due to rain in the week..qnd now cant make it until 2. Our function is over at 4.
WISH I HAD READ THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS!!!I scheduled a reservation for a waterslide the Sunday before this past fourth Monday. Asked questions about what we needed three days later. Texted again asking when would pay The bill. I was told that everything was fine and we would pay when they came out. But according to them they were we were good to go They were their supposed to show up at 10:30 theyre not here at 10:45 so I called and Im told I dont have a reservation and she was busy taking slides to people that were just ordering their slides that day. I was told that the slide I ordered was not available but a different slide was going to be delivered to the house before 3 oclock. I had 30 people lots of which were children in bathing suit arriving for my Fourth of July party with no waterslide! The woman refused to answer my calls and obviously never showed up at my house. It was a hot day and we would not have planned our party without having water activities total letdown for Fourth of July. DONT ever use this company theyre terrible. Total lack of professionalism and it something kind of big for your party that you told everyone that you have a waterslide
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I called to set up a trackless train rental for my 3 year old sons birthday party who is obsessed with Thomas the Train. This was exciting having a train of him on his birthday. I called three months in advance to get it on the books. The person who answered the phone told me to text her the details including the address, time, etc and she would take care of it. She never got in touch with me and I assumed all was well. I then texted one week ago to confirm the booking and she didnt respond (from the get go it seemed texting was better for this person because she seemed rushed and too busy to talk to me). I called today and she responded saying they didnt have the train available until the 28th! I already have family coming in town and invitations are sent out letting people know that we will have a trackless train! You cant imagine the disappointment this is going to cause. They have zero common sense, customer service abilities or remorse for screwing up someones birthday party details.
