Our dryer stopped heating up so I did search for a technician. After reading the reviews I decided to call NC Appliance Repair. I spoke with the owner and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Technician Vasilli arrived promptly and was professional. After diagnosing the issues, he explained and showed what needed to be done and provided an estimate. He had to get a part, came back and within less than two hours every was up and running. He also recommend having the vent duct cleaned (that’s a separate review). Overall I would highly recommend their services and call them again in the future.

I have had my washer and dryer set for 3 years it stopped agitating 2 years ago and I finally decided to call someone to fix it. Not only did this company come out about 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone they fixed the issue within 15 minutes of being at my home. Come to find out the hot water valve was closed and that’s what was causing my washer not to agitate. I normally don’t give reviews but the price I was quoted was the cheapest in my area and service was quick and professional. I would use this company again.

Amazing service. Microwave blew a fuse and it was only a little over a 1 year old and unfortunately outside of warranty. We called NC appliance repair and their technician came right over, diagnosed the issue and was able to literally fix our microwave within minutes! Emailed NC Appliance Repair at 7:15 am on Monday and they responded by 7:30am before they even opened at 8am. I had a drain issue with my LG washer and needed assistance. Vasili came out as expected at 10am and solved the problem within 2.5 hours and had us doing laundry by 12:45. Very professional, cordial and knowledgeable. They solved my problem and I could have never done the job that he did. Also did I mention that this was a stack-able washer and dryer and Vasili had to about completely disassemble the washer on the bottom, then reinstall the dryer. I am very satisfied and will use NC Appliance Repair again!!!Good work team!!!

Kevin was spectacular! Our dryer stopped heating at 9 pm and we decided to fill out an online request (around 10:45 pm) assuming we would hear back in the morning. I called at 7 pm on a Sunday night, and was shocked that someone actually picked up the phone. I spoke with Alex. He said the tech would show up btw 9-10 the next day to do my freezer repair. Well, I called & made an appt. The Serviceman was supposed to show up anywhere between 2-5pm. Now I wasn’t expecting him to be there at a few minutes till 2pm. I asked him if he could wait for me to run to the ATM & get the $$. He seemed really perterbed & I understand, but I’m sure he wants to get paid!! He did not want to do this so we made arrangements for the next day. He did not show up. I called & we made arrangements for the following day. Again he did not show. He was just yanking my chain. So expect the Serviceman to be there earlier in the time window. I was NOT expecting that!!

My Maytag washer wasnt spinning, so I called NC Appliance Repair an hour before they closed. Alex indicated they couldnt come out that night, but would be out between 10-12 the next day. Alex called me around 9 and asked if he could come out within the next half hour. I was home and said yes. Alex showed up when he said he would and was quick and courteous. I had a defective drum capacitor and he had the part with him. He explained the issue and presented me with (what I considered) a reasonable price. He even found a manual that was still inside the machine and showed me that I could use it to self-diagnose some issues in the future. This company is fantastic! My fridge stopped working, I called them in a panic, and they arrived in about an hour and a half and fixed it in no time! Their fee was very reasonable, and Alex, my technician, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable! He took his time after he repaired the fridge to check several things to make sure all was well before he left and he explained thoroughly what had gone wrong and what he had done to correct it. Also when I initially called, they were very nice and answered my many questions. They said the tech would call 30 minutes prior to arrival and thats what they did. I called ALEX after reading the reviews. Our Samsung refrig and freezer just died last weekend. We figured out what was wrong and ordered the inverter on EBay but couldn’t get the machine to start working. Too many buttons to push.Alex came same day. He checked the current and restarted the refrig/ freezer.It works! He’s very knowledgeable and VERY reasonable. Only thing is that he has to order parts if needed. So you have to be patient if your appliance needs a part. Overall, he’s great and highly recommended.
