We just did a major move across state lines and really needed to refresh linens and bathroom items. It was so good to see BBB thriving with patrons all while being safe. The employees were quick to help find items and, although there were 12-15 people in line to check out, the cashiers quickly opened up ample lines and informed all we would be taken care of quickly and thanked everyone for their patience.

Rocky was great. His customer service was excellent.

Two days ago I was in your store for an emergency purchase--the bottom sheet on our bed had developed a hole (overnight!), which meant it was immediately time for new sheets. As I puzzled over what sheets to buy, a very helpful young woman named Jennifer appeared and guided me to what was available. When I went to check out, she was also the cashier, and made sure that I hadnt missed a possible better deal in the clearance section. Im very happy with my purchase, and appreciate having a *person* there to help--thank you, Jennifer!

My lady loves decor from this store, so, I must also, do be hooking home up real nice from their products

No customer service upon entering store, 3 workers having a conversation and no one bothered to greet customers. Store was cluttered in most areas, low on stock, bathrooms were filthy (unusable). Once at the register, customer service was okay. Prices extremely high.

It was my first time ever shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have very nice things. Just a bit short on inventory, but maybe it’s because of the pandemic? The cashiers were friendly & one gave me eye contact & smiled (which is the reason that I wrote this review) I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she looked to be of asian descent. This on 4/17/2021 late afternoon hours

This is a very good variety store to get a number of things that you need and want for your home for a price that is better when you get the 20% off coupon that they regularly offer. The price for any item is much better when the item is on sell and you still can use the 20% off coupon.

Bad service, had a long line and took forever seem like to call back up.Didnt have bags to put your purchase in.Left without purchasing, after waiting in line.Pricing not cheap. Purchasing bedding and accessories and no bags to bag items.Just suppose take out in your arms.

I am wondering if this store is closing. I should have asked but I didnt. The lack of inventory and the shape of the store seemed like they were trying to clear out what was left. I have shopped here often in the past and love the Beyond club where you get 20% off total sale. Have saved a great deal through the years and most of my every day kitchen items and cookware are from here. They HAD a great assortment. Whether its the pandemic, the aftermath of a clearance sale, or some other reason, it will be interesting to see if things improve.

This Bed Bath & Beyond is low on merchandise right now. I assume thats just a sign of the times though. Hopefully this store isnt one that is being closed.

Wow, how down hill this store has gone. Messy, dirty. Less merchandise then I remember. I stopped shopping here due to their cancel culture politics, but went with a friend. We both walked out empty handed. Try Hobby Lobby, much nicer store.

For my first time going there they had all kind of great stuff i wanted to buy but my lady said know not to day and made me leave the store i was like a kid in a candy store smile

Easy to get in and out, very spacious and the prices are fair, I like shopping there.

Its something about this store. This store has a lot of nice items but the staff makes up their own policy as they feel. The manager look down at the floor while telling me that they could not return my item because I did not have a receipt did it not tell me anything that was told to me over the phone but they corporate office or what is on stay website getting awfully no merchant cards or anything they just told me it cannot do it.

This store is ok but the locations in FL and NJ have a lot more to choose from.

They were super helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me.

Place looked like it had been looted. Stuff strewn from the shelves and carpets that havent been cleaned in who knows how long. Really wish they would clear some aisle space during Covid times, it is way too congested inside to be shopping comfortably.

I went to pick up a online order for the wife, the lady pulling my order was professional and very polite but man when I tell you the lady that came in right after me she was wearing a very light over coat that she just sit it in her shoulders. She was loud and rude to customers, oh lord this oh lord that, wheres my scan gun. She was having an attitude with two of the female workers and 1 customer. Sorry bed bath but the polite lady saved you from a 1 star.

This is not a real Bed Bath and Beyond the store manager clearly doesn’t care here. This place is a mess, nothing is organized and they only have half the amount of merchandise out than they’re supposed to.

It looks a bit “empty”. I don’t Know if they are getting ready to close this particular one, or slowly they are switching to “online” sells. Still, you can find lots of this for your bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Not as much as they used to have for traveling.

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service today at BBB. I was in the hunt for new knives. The customer service rep helped explain all the different kinds and which were best quality She helped me make a great decision to not buy a whole block but just a few individual knives.

They have a lot of great items in stock that you might be looking for however they increase the price but offer you coupons to bring it back to the right price you really must use the coupons to get a fair deal

This is a pretty standard bed bath and beyond. We came here to return something we got as a gift that we didnt have a receipt for.Unfortunately, they just changed their return policy. They used to let you return things without a receipt and you would get 80% of the current item price as store credit. Now you have to have a receipt or credit card number to return.We were able to get the credit card number from the person that gave it to us, but its a lot less convenient. The return process was slow and the manager had to be called multiple times.In the end we were able to exchange it which was good.The store is similar to other stores although it felt a little more cluttered.Overall, its a pretty standard bed bath and beyond, you know what to expect going in.

Waited too long to return an item so Ill just use it at home.

Love this place! The more I buy on-line elsewhere, I find myself returning most of all it. Bed Bath & Beyond has become my go-to store for most everything to do with household needs. I like to physically touch, examine, and see in person anything with colors (linens, etc.) before purchasing - no more on-line shopping for me!

Received some great help from an employee working in the curtain section who was very patient and courteous today. Much appreciated. The staff at checkout though spent more time chatting with each other than paying attention to customers otherwise it would have been a 5 star visit.

We were greeted by an associate at the door who was able to direct us to exactly what we had come for. Two other associates asked us if we needed help finding anything. The cashier was very helpful assisting me with my app on my phone to get us our discount. Definitely will continue to shop here.

Its bed bath and beyond. How could you not like it. Theres all kinds of cool stuff in there. If you dont walk in there and not want one of every thing youre a freaking communist and should get out immediately. But seriously it a great place to get pretty much anything you need for the house.

Store manager ( old man with glasses an skinny) is grumpy an nasty to customers I wont be going back, tried to report him to Corp office but nobody would answer the phone. Last visit was Dec 2020

It is always dangerous to go there to window shop. I ended up with a new mandolin and some other kitchen toys. I remember now why I dont visit the store to often. Because there is always stuff I want to get there. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Worst store to ever order from. Been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Money came right out and I check the status and hasnt even been shipped yet. Will never order anything ever again. Same thing happened to my wife last year. She ordered a spice rack in store to ship to the house and it took 4 weeks to get it. When they said 5-7 days.

I went here with my sister today and we had the best experience! I was registering for my wedding and had my first appointment with Alan. He was so amazing! Very professional with a great personality. He guided me through the process and was so helpful. The store is huge so he recommended splitting it up and do one half today and one half another day. He was right- I stopped when it was no longer fun. Customer service is not what it should be in many establishments, not at this one. 5 stars for the service and friendliness! I booked my next appointment with him so I can finish my registry. Also came across another employee who was also very nice and helpful. Using my fiancé’s account my name is Jennifer K ( hopefully he will not get called into work next time)

I think its the Beyond part that makes this store what it is. All kinds of bedding and bath articles; but also kitchen, patio and knick-knacks. Price is competitive, parking is ample and easy to reach from the avenue as well as from the highway. Store could feel a little cluttered in areas, but this is due to the amount of items available.

So much stuff that you didnt even think you needed till you walked in and saw it. Really awesome for anything you might need for your house. They have cups, plates, towels, appliances, organizers, and beyond. If you dont go in there with a mission though you could be in there for a while and end up with more stuff than you intended. Could be dangerous to go without a plan.

This store was so overwhelming and amazing.. next time I will have to really take my time to really look at everything they have to offer..the young man who helped was very knowledgeable. I will visit again

We love BB&B for their selection and 20% off coupons. Definitely a one stop shop for all of your bedding, bath and kitchen needs. The only reason for four stars is the lack of cashiers makes it a little painful and theres definitely always a wait to get checked out.

Store had a lot of really cool stuff and employees really nice the only reason Im not getting ring five star rating is because it seemed really overly crowded with things. It was hard to walk down the aisle ways without knocking everything off the shelves.Dont forget to look online for a coupon.

Management was great with helping me get items from top shelf!!!! Cashier was extremely rude and she was rude on 2 other times I visited this store on South Blvd, Charlotte. Not just to me but everyone even management. Wow!!! If I go back I will NEVER GET IN HER LINE!!!

More than half of their products dont have price listed anywhere, which is INCREDIBLY frustrating to me. The whole store is always really messy and visually unappealing, in part because it seems like they have more products than they actually have space for in some areas, and not enough to not look picked through in others. Hard to find staff, and only a few of them are actually friendly and/or helpful. Wamsutta sheets and towels are still awesome though.

Any time you need something for the bed room or bathroom they should have it. Any time I need something for the bath, bedroom, or for other rooms I have found it!!

I visited this BBB for a portable heater, they are out of stock then but helped me to find one from another store. They even called the other store and requested them to hold one item for me. Great customer service.

It has been awhile since I have been in a store where all the employees were so helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My friend was seeking a particular item that had been featured in a store circular. While the item was out of stock at this location, Angel found it at another store, called that store to confirm they did indeed have it and put it on hold my friend.
