We use Sound Advice for all our Audio Visual needs in the office. Sound Advice installed a quality zoom room that has great picture and sound.Robert did a great job and always answers the phone when we call for questions.

Robert saved us from ATT WiFi Hell. He installed antennas and ran a direct line to our AppleTV. Before Robert our service was spotty in the house with frequent drop outs. After, the only time we have been down is when ATT itself has been down. Roberts advice and installation has made a world of difference for us!

Technician was very knowledgeable providing equipment for routing high speed internet throughout large home and outside as well. As a licensed electrician Robert added needed electrical outlets for wall-mounted tv installation. One-stop shop!

Robert did an incredible job updating the home internet system throughout the house. When we purchased the house in 2020 it had a “cutting edge” system from 2004. Robert meticulously examined each component and wire, saved what he could and integrated the existing audio systems flawlessly into a state of the art commercial grade WiFi system that serves my wife and my work needs, the streaming needs of cord cutters and the entertainment and educational needs of three boys. He cleaned up the data and wire hub and was meticulous in his work so that someone else could work on his systems and know what to do. Very professional and reasonably priced. We enjoyed working with Robert immensely.

Robert was very impressive. We wanted him to improve our wifi access and get a universal remote for our home theater. He re-configured our wifi system, removed a bunch of unnecessary wires and equipment, and made our modem much easier to access. Wifi has been great ever since. He tried to save us money by re-configuring the remote from Spectrum, but (thanks Spectrum!) that fix didnt last, so we ended up getting the universal remote he recommended, which has worked great and greatly simplified the viewing experience. He was very thorough in educating us about the system and the remote. Highly recommend Sound Advice!

Fantastic experience! Robert is a good communicator and does top notch work at a reasonable price. He set up our home theater without a hitch and made sure that we knew how to use all of the features. Two weeks later, we called him back to set up music for the patio and back yard. He simply does superb work!

Robert at Sound Advice was very professional and great to work with. From consultation to installation Robert and his team made the process very smooth and exciting. Sound Advice is by far the best audio video company in Charlotte.

He was incensed at the idea that he has competition. I double-booked a consult by mistake, disclosed that fact and proposed constructive resolutions. By the way, his competition was polite, constructive and completely understood. Expect that he will bad-mouth his competition and sarcastically dismiss the notion that a customer would ever get estimates. If you work with him, dont disclose that you comparison shopped (but do your diligence!). Lifes too short and if youre like me and need a home theater professional for the most basic setups, there are other choices.

Robert is friendly, smart, reliable and most of all does impeccable work.He gets an A +++ from our family!
