Auto Toyz went above and beyond my expectations to install my sunroof and tint my truck Nissan Titans windows. They were fast and very professional. I will use them again and highly recommend their services.

I passed this place I dont know how many times over the years. I finally decide to give them a call because I was in the market for some leather seat covers. They gave me a price over the phone but told me that price could change once I brought the vehicle there in person. Later that day I brought the vehicle by and I must say I was very impressed by the customer service. Everyone was knowledgeable nice and friendly and I felt very welcomed. They truly made me feel like they valued my business. The quote ended up being even lower than what I was quoted over the phone very impressed and highly recommend. I moved forward with the quote and they ordered my seat covers which should be in in a couple of weeks..I cant wait to see how the seat covers turn out.

I bought my Scatpack with cloth seats. I wanted leather and someone said go to Auto Toyz. Jerry and his team took care of me and exceeded my expectations in how it turned out. I will have them install leather in my Subaru next. Great customer service and fast service.

I purchased a new Dodge Charger back in October. I wanted to upgrade the interior to leather so I checked several places around town. None of them could get me what I was looking for. However someone recommended Auto Toyz. They did just that. They got me what I wanted and at a fair price. Kerry was very patient with me when I was picking out what I wanted. The workmanship on the install is amazing. I couldnt be happier. Everyone there was nice and answered all my questions from the time I walked into the store until the time I picked up my car after having the leather installed.

Auto toys did a great job on fixing the bed cover on my work truck. They also installed DOT strobe lights which look awesome and installed with no wire showing. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a better monitor for my rear view camera than the factory installed 3 inch black and white monitor in my rear view mirror. I talked to several dealers and looked on line but could not find a good monitor until I met Kerry at Auto Toyz.He talked to me about replacing the radio with a model that had a 6.2 inch monitor. There were several other benefits including Apple Carplay and all the features I had in the factory unit including DVD and CD disk play and Sirius.The installation went well and I am happy with the result. I strongly recommend you talk to Kerry if you need car electronics.

Awesome, service!! Took my car to get tint here at 0900 Tuesday and got it back by 1130 the same morning. Ive checked around to several different places and was told it would take all day or I would have to leave my car over night! Not only did I receive my car back the same day but the work these guys did was immaculate!! The tech that did my tint took great care of my vehicle. He cleaned all the glue and scraps AND took the time to clean my windows, which most shop do not do.Auto Toys has earn a customer for life today. Oh! Did I mention the service was AWESOME?!

Kerry and his team have always provided me with excellent customer service for all of my aftermarket products on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. I have been doing business with Auto Toyz for a number of years now and they have always been very consistent with providing superior service, products, prices and high quality workmanship. I have never been disappointed. I was there about a year ago for them to tint my driver side window and I forgot my dogs water bottle when I left. Well, I happened to be on their side of town last week and stopped by to see Kerry about a minor problem I was having with my Roll n Lock truck bed cover. Collin and Brandon did a fantastic job of fixing the minor problem at no cost. Furthermore, Kerry reached behind the counter and handed me my dogs water bottle that I left there a year ago. We Took a car here to get a radio rewired and we came to pick the car up and a interior piece around the radio was broken they broke it and they said that it was already broken when we have proof it wasn’t broken till they worked on our car . What a terrible way to do business and then they had the audacity to offer me my money back and told me not to come back I will never ever do business with them again and if you’re reading this you shouldn’t either.

We had some strobe lights and a mini bar installed on a work vehicle and these guys did an awesome job. Not only did we get exactly what we wanted but they beat out the competition by several hundred dollars, did it faster, and it looks more professional than some of our other trucks that were done elsewhere. I own a 2000 BMW 323i. I had a leak around the antenna on the roof of my car allowing water to drip down onto my back leather seats. It swelled the seats up busting the seams. I took my car in, they removed the back seat (as I needed my car to take to have antenna and few other things repaired else where) they did their best to help save me money by taking the time to condition the seat to soften the leather and resew it. Unfortunately they were unable to save it. They sent a pic showing they tried their best and the options that I had. We decided to replace the top part of the leather which they matched perfectly with the existing leather. They did this in a timely manner and was very inexpensive compared to competition. I am extremely happy with the customer service and attention to detail that i received and would highly recommend them for all your cars specialty needs!

I was referred here by another shop. Advised to talk to Kerri. I was having a problem with a sunroof and earlier estimates were from $600 up. Talked to Kerri and he spent about 2 minutes on the phone with me and fixed my problem. Thats right, he fixed my problem over the phone. He could have had me come over, taken my car in and done whatever he wanted and charged me, but he didnt. Thats integrity! Was a wonderful experience the staff was great and very helpful. Purchased new Katzkin leather for my 2006 Mustang. I have to say this was the best money Ive spent in a while. Kerry helped me with other issues too. Was a fabulous experience.

They replaced LED Bulbs on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with no additional cost even though my 1 year warranty expired, new LED bulbs are much more better than previous pair; their customer service is second to none, it’s very hard to find similar kind of service else where.

Auto Toyz was excellent to help me remove factory stereo and replace with new headunit with Navigation on my 2017 Rav4, when I already bought the unit and wiring and install kit somewhere else. They only charged me 1 hour labor to do the job. After I paid and found out the FM radio signal was weak, I brought the car back the next day and they quickly fixed the wiring with no extra charges.

Was sent here by dealer. The do great work. My bed liner is perfect. I highly recommend!

I just picked up my Ram 1500 Express after getting leather and heated seats fitted. Kerry made it a great experience and the final job looks like it was done in the factory. 11/21/2019 2nd visit for remote start. Quoted $680 by a Ram dealership and Kerry did it for $275.

Still on the list, sunroof.Prices are fair and they are trust worthy...when I asked Kerry, the manager about installing my Pioneer App Radio he let me know with the amount of custom work needed it would be better to go to one of his contacts that specializes in dash work.The techs are very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile to make me happy! There is a reason I keep returning to AutoToyz for my aftermarket vehicle accessories. The staff are courteous, professional, and do a wonderful job on everything they put their hands on. Just recently, they added an Auto-Dimming Mirror to my 2016 Ford Focus as well as repaired the tint on my back window in under a couple of hours. I think the price charged was very reasonable, and they stand behind their work.

My teenage son took his car to the Ford dealership for a sun roof leak. After charging him $85 for a diagnostic, they gave him am estimate of $1250 if he had it repaired that day they would reduce it $100. I called the dealership and they changed their story several times with me on the phone, urging me to do the work now or they could not say when it could be done. We took it to Auto Toyz. They did a $65 repair and state it might need additional work in the future of $350. However, they told us to hold off for know and see if the minor repair took care of everything. I am not an auto technician and the most important factor in choosing a service is trust. Auto Toyz won my trust with how they handled everything.

What a great experience!!! I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord from Honda Cars of Concord. The dealership had AutoToyz install a custom leather interior before I took delivery of the car. I was so impressed with the workmanship and quality of the leather installation I returned to Auto Toyz to inquire about a navigation system to be intalled in my car. They recommended a factory style navigation system and the great part was they had it in stock. They were very professional and helpful throughout my whole experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone for any automotive accessories.

I installed a Katskinz leather interior in my 18 Silverado Crew Cab, everything went smooth until it came time to do the headrests... After two hours I threw in the towel. Knowing Auto Toyz is a Katskinz install site, I stopped in and within 3 minutes they had the new headrest skins installed. When I asked how much I owed them they said it was on the house as it only took a few minutes. How sweet is that?!?!?! Ive commissioned Auto Toyz for several jobs in the past and their service has always been top notch coupled with quality work. Highly recommended!

A little more than a week ago, I had to stop into Auto Toyz. I wasnt a shopper though. One if the tires on my trailer started to come apart and I had to put the spare on. To my horror, I had grabbed the wrong lug wrench for the trip. I had my young son with mr as well, so niw I was really in a spot. I was parked near Auto Toyz, so I figured maybe they would have a lug wrench I could borrow. We took a walk over and met the gentleman at the counter. I explained our situation to him. He then called out to see if anyone had a lug wrench. One young man thought he had the right one, but didnt. He was very nice. Then another young man, Brian came out with a cross bar. I was grateful, but it didnt stop there. He proceeded to loosen the lugs, two of which we had to loosen together, then changed my tire for me. Thank you so much Brian for your help. You saved me a lot of physical pain due to physical conditions affecting my back and legs. You were a God send. Auto Toyz is very fortunate to have someone like you workjng for them. I have to say also, the entire staff was very nice as well. God bless you all, and thank you for helping us out if a tough situation.

Went in to get my headliner upholstery repaired. They did an excellent job.

Yesterday I went to Best Buy to have a overhead flip down DVD player installed in my SUV. I asked the tech at Best Buy to make sure that since they had to replace my dome light with the DVD player that the light from the DVD player would need to work like my dome light did. Once the technician completed my work 4 hours later he told me he could not get the light from the DVD player to work at all because my car would not allow it. I wasnt happy about this but thought it could not work for my car, and it bothered me the entire night. The next day the DVD player stopped working the antenna to my truck would not come up anymore and the clock in the SUV would reset everytime I cut the SUV off. I then noticed the DVD was coming down from the ceiling of the SUV. I took my SUV back to Best Buy to get it fixed because I was leaving for South Bend, Indiana from Charlotte NC (13-14 hour drive) for Thanksgiving in a few hours and had 3 kids going with me that needed to be entertained by that DVD player. Well Best Buys Installation Department wasnt open on Tuesday. Still needing a DVD Player I went to Auto Toyz they immediately took my SUV in the back and found that the wiring was wrong which caused the DVD player to completely stop working. Within a matter of an hour in a half they were able to re-wire my SUV put in a new DVD system with the DVD dome light, antenna and clock all working CORRECTLY and looking PROFESSIONAL. Auto Toyz saved my life from the trip from hell to Indiana with kids in my ear saying are we there yet Thanks Auto Toyz for your immediate response to my situation. I would defintely recommend Auto Toyz to anybody that needs professional work done to their car and done in a timely manner.

Horrible installation of my radio, bad ground wire. Brought it back in to get fixed and was told it wasnt the ground wire, I had to fix it myself! Dont trust them to touch my ride again!
