Just absolutely love this place. They are busy, but there is a reason, the food is so good. And even though they are busy, they are courteous and friendly.

We loved working with our new partner, Manhattan Bagel! They helped supply fresh bagels for all of our morning CycleBar riders, as a Labor Day breakfast treat! Their boxes of bagels included the perfect flavor variety, and enough cream cheese, butter and jelly packets for each person! We cannot thank & recommend them enough!

They got the order wrong on agrill item and then wouldn’t fix it because it was one minute after closing on a Sunday afternoon. The young girl at the register who had taken my order clearly had no training in customer service, and she didn’t offer any solution. She also said there was no manager present with whom I could speak.This isn’t the first time I’ve had customer service issues but it is the worst experience to date. My biggest complaint is that they treat the customer second to their priority of closing and leaving. I’ve had them close off the table section and put up chairs on tables next to me even though closing time was 15 minutes out.Best advice is to stay away if you cannot get there at least 30 minutes before closing.

We enjoy going to the Manhattan Bagel Arboretum... this hands on family run businness is especially friendly, great fresh bagels, and menu selections for breakfast and lunch for all to enjoy. They have a dog friendly sidewalk tables & chairs and water bowls for our fur babies!

This place is highly recommended! Their customer service was great, the bagels were delicious and coffee was awesome! If you are a bagel person and know about high quality bagels, this place wont disappoint you. I decided to dine in... And the whole entire time there was a line of people ordering... Crazy! I cant speak for the rest of the menu but my entire family was under impressed with their bagels. Was looking forward to trying them too. Brueggers bagels have way more flavor. I even asked if they had olive cream cheese, and they looked at me like I was from Mars. I just assumed every bagel place that claims they are a New York style bagel sells olive cream cheese. Its a staple . Unfortunately we wont be going back for their bagels. Im curious if they are even made fresh there? Not sure really. Maybe I just got a bad batch. I went at 9am during the week.

Manhattan Bagel has been a family favorite since I grew up in Charlotte. Breakfast is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly! I always make sure to stop by for a bagel whenever I visit my parents house. Would highly recommend!

This place is now my new Bagel place to go. I used to go to Poppys Bagel (slacking lately). Fresh bagels and croissants, along with quick and efficient service! Pricing was on point as well. 💯🙌🙌

There isn’t a better breakfast joint in charlotte than this!!!They actually cook their eggs fresh here, unlike most places they don’t just microwave their eggs. They have a real huge grill and all of the meat and eggs are cooked fresh for your order.Such a treat!

I started ordering from here about 3 years ago (NOTE: I live in Florida). I was searching for a deli that accommodated breakfast and lunch for a client that is located near-by. I decided to give Manhattan Bagel a shot. Lets just say that my 1st experience was so great (not only the service, but the food was delicious -at least per my clients staff) that Ive been ordering from them for every holiday and/or special event. I recommend you giving this mom & pop deli a shot; you may enjoy it as much as my clients do.

Went here yesterday around 10:00 am. Absolutely my favorite bagel place to go to. They work as a team to get the food out as quick as possible. Sorry but they have my mom favorite bagel the multigrain one. More variety in bagels.My favorite part is when the manager recognizes us from the first time. He said it was so good to see us again and that we came back. I told him the first time the food and customer service was on point. We will definitely be going back here from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I’ve been going here since I was a little girl... well over 15 years. The owner, Fernando, and his family are all just wonderful people. The food is great, exceptional customer service. Feels like home. :)

Bagels are good. I had dried out egg whites tho but honestly this was not my top complaint. I came in with a stroller and a small child walking. The service was not good. The teenager taking my order was rude and dismissed me when I asked if someone could carry my hot coffee just two feet from the counter. Trying to fit through the place With a small stroller and a toddler was like walking on jello. Not one person offered to help me. I had to rearrange furniture just to get to the high chair and place the stroller were it was not in the way. I think there was 8 employees and two doing nothing. It took me four trips to get settled. It’s not always just about the food. It’s about overall customer service.

The bagels are good but they need to get a bagel slicer and not do it by hand. I ordered 2 dozen bagels that I asked to be sliced and because they were somewhat busy they said it would take 15 mins to get them sliced. I also ordered the last 2 multi grain and as the girl was putting them in the bag the kitchen staff needed them and took them out of my bag.I would recommend avoiding busy weekend mornings unless you have a lot of spare time.

Best bagels in the area. get an everything bagel. great breakfast. they prepare the ingredients (like egg and bacon) in front of you, fresh. it is not like some places where the egg is a perfect disc that was shipped on a truck then reheated.Great sandwiches too.Coffee is mediocre, but it is a bagel shop, not a coffee shop.I love this place.

Really awesome coffee..they always have like 4-5 different kinds and honey available to put in. Their food is great and comes pretty quickly. Always great customer service. Only dislike is that a few gnats were flying around while eating inside once. But we will be back :)

Im from north Jersey and could NOT find a bagel that compares until NOW. Ive tried Bagel Bin, Bruegers, Einstein, etc and no one has the texture and fluffiness of a true NJ/NY bagel. I went on a Saturday morning at 9am when it was packed and the staff was smiling, making jokes, and being super friendly. Their everything bagel tastes exactly like Hot Bagels Abroad in NJ which blew my mind in a great way. I felt like I was back home!!! It was well worth the 40 minute drive and now I found my every Saturday morning bagel place!!!

Loved this place for years until I found a hair in my bagel today. I understand mistakes but the owner didnt even bother to bring the new bagel back to me or offer a refund. They never even called it out.

Living in the South 36 for years and this is THE only place to get bagels as good as New York. ALL the other joints are just fair. Anyone who disagrees with me does not know bagels. I was going to the store for mom & dad in the early 1940s when you got 12 for 60 cents and one extra free. I am the expert. Today, they make all their bagels very, very, very small. Not fooling anyone. 2-3-2021,

I have v mixed feelings about this place. For one, they messed up my order which was no big deal because they probably fixed it, although I didnt get what I wanted because when I asked for the bagel that I ordered it turned out the side was in the wrong place and so I got a honey wheat when I wanted a multigrain. My sandwich itself was like two out of five stars, theres almost no brown mustard on it and the bagel is barely toasted. The only truly redeeming thing or is there coffee which between selection and taste I will get five out of five stars. The bagel I wanted looked fantastic, I want to got was very plain. They have a large selection and the prices are pretty cheap which is nice. The store itself is kind of disorganized and hard to get around, but its understandable saying is they have to work with the space they have. Really nice staff.Also theres no wifi. Honestly that hurts right there.

Let me pay at that first register!The attendant assumed the black woman and the white man ahead of me were separate orders, and when she merged their orders, mine got added as well. Racist AND incompetent as well.My order got all messed up. I returned from home to get my real breakfast, and they wanted to hand me the wrapped up sandwich that had been sitting for twenty minutes. I told them to make a new one, and the idiots still out cheese on it.Never coming back again.Drive the extra fifteen minutes to Poppyseeds Bagels. So much better.
