One of my favorite places to shop. Always clean. The employees know their products and help you find a great deal. High quality products at good prices.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I just had the absolute worst experience at this location. The sales woman was rude and condescending to the point where I decided not to buy anything at all. Apparently I was taking too long to decide what I wanted to buy (I was the only customer there on a Friday afternoon) and she continued to make nice nasty comments during my shopping experience. Someone else from the company came in while I was shopping and she was talking about making sales commissions right in front of me. How unprofessional! (Maybe she was upset because I was trying to consider if I wanted to buy a Dutch oven she kept trying to push on me but I didn’t like the color.) I’ll take my business elsewhere and pay full price online from another company. At least I can “take my time” while browsing and not have to deal with such rude customer service.

The women who work here are lovely. While the color we wanted was not in stock, they did everything they could to locate one and let us know when the next shipment would be arriving. These items are not second best, they are the same standard product you could purchase at WS or C&B. The only difference you will find will be the color selection. You can also purchase different hardware (knobs) for the kids should you need to use some of the pieces in a higher temp oven. Highly recommend.

Are the outlets supposed to be cheaper? I searched for a small roaster pan and the Le Creuset small roaster came up on a google search. It was $119 at several retailers in the Charlotte area. The search also reveled there was a Le Creuset Outlet Store at the Outlets. I visited the store and much to my surprise the same small roaster was priced at $244 (the original price sticker was almost $300). When I told the sales associate that several other retailers in Charlotte had the same item for @119 she said she could take 50% off the price. Well that still makes it a few bucks higher LoL. I think the whole concept of the outlets is to post some ridiculous price on a item and then offer a deep discount to make it look like ur getting a deal. Bait and switch.

Purchased a crepe cooking pan as well as a book on how to make crepes. Its a great product. I have many of their cooking products. Never disappointed. The outlet has some amazing deals. Highly recommend this store and their products. Service was great, check out quick and easy.

Well like the title says its an outlet store. Better to pay Outlet prices for Brands like Le Creuset then paying boat at a specialty kitchen store. Youve got to settle for the colors they carry their but in the end youll pay a few hundred dollars less and you would at a retail outlet. I was able to find a good brazier for 150 less than I would have paid at a specialty retail store

Brian, Yolanda and crew are amazing. Im still new to cooking, and they have helped me grow as a novice chef. Their customer service skills are exceptional, and I would recommend anyone interested in starting a Le Creuset collection to come here. These guys will do everything to help you make the best choices with your money.
