Joanns stores are a really nice place to get craft items and decorative items for home. The employees are nice and knowledgeable about the store. I purchased mesh netting to use as mosquito netting in my outdoor garden. I think it came out really nice. It keeps those pesky bugs off my mustard greens & spinach. I came see through the mesh to keep an eye on what Im growing. I also purchased burlap to line the raised garden bed and it looks great.

No matter what kind of crafts you enjoy Joanns will have something for you. Joanns has a large selection of fabric, yarn, vinyl and heat transfer vinyl, jewelry making items and so much more. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldnt recommend Joannas to anyone who loves crafting.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Isaiah was extremely helpful & knowledgeable of ALL of the products they have. He knew exactly where everything was that we were looking for! The entire staff were pleasant. I will definitely be back.

The Joann fabrics south/ blvd (Pineville area) this is my second time putting in a curbside order. First and foremost I didn’t receive a text email or call stating my items was ready I waited four hours for one of those notifications. After not receiving one I called the store they didn’t even have the order ready. This time I proceeded to try again considering I have a toddler it is convenient for me to curbside. Well when I get there, there is not a curbside area for directions for you to call text to notify them that you are here. I proceeded to call had to call twice because of no answer. She finally answers and stated I need to come in because they are too busy at the moment and stated it was only two employees. I was ok with coming in at this point I just wanted my purchase. I left my older child and toddler in the car thinking it will be a quick run in and pick up. The lines were wrap around the front end of the store. I got the cashier that I spoke with attention to let her know who i was and I just need to pick up my bag. She smiled and proceeded to check out other customers. I waited and waited after two customers and her not saying a word to me and not acknowledging that I was still standing there I interrupted her and asked her was it to much to ask for if she just hand me my bag she had the rudest attitude and stated go get help in fabrics see if they will find my bag. To say the least I will not put in anymore curbside orders at this location it’s suppose to be a Courtesy. I will drive out further for better service.

They always have everything I need. Really great selection of fabrics and yarn.

Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am reupholstering a chair and one associate helped me pick the stronger of two fabrics. Well staffed so there was no line for getting fabric cut. JOANN Fabrics on south blvd is my go-to for all sewing needs. Thanks so much!!

Loaded with fabrics, as well as a decent craft section. The store was busy, but they had ample associates around to assist with needs. It was nice to be able to find what I was looking for and pick up a couple of other items on my list that I wasnt expecting to find here!

I bought 2 Books from Joanns Fabrics and Crafts and I absolutely love them. The employees are very polite, an helpful. I actually stumbled upon Jo-Anns fabrics and crafts one day. I always pass it and I decided to check it out they have tons of fabrics, art supplies, sewing, knitting supplies, and books on every craft its a quite amazing atmosphere.

Love this store. Store is focused more on sewing, but still many craft supplies of all kinds. The seasonal decor is always great, but even with the 50-60% off, seems high. Not really great deals on that stuff. If you take a chance and wait til it goes on clearance, its so much better. Staff is always so helpful at making sure you find and use any and all coupons available.

Stopped by Joanns the other day, right in the middle of a floral BOGO...uh-oh..This asian vase needed an update badly, the previous artificial hand wraps in it were 30 years old! Hope you enjoy looking as much as I enjoyed creating!

The prices are great and the customer service is awesome. Employees helped me fund everything I needed for my son art curriculum.

Shopping was great. I loved being out. Check out was so very slow. There was only one person until the line was all across the front of the store. Then another person came up to help.

I love this JoAnn Fabrics they have a electric cart and I am on a cane its wonderful, my sales lady was great her is Jenn she said she had been working there 10 years. She helped me pick out colors and I suck at that. Had a wonderful time in there today.

Joanns can be a nightmare when theres a line to get fabric cut and every person waiting expects the cutters to listen to their projects and guess at what amounts are needed. But that isnt the fault of the store, just a frustrating reality.As for the employees, Ive never encountered even one who was uninterested or unfriendly, or didnt go above and beyond. Its what keeps me coming back. I preorder my cuts online and I appreciate that!

I haven’t been in the store since before COVID but I have used curbside pickup many times now. They have a decent selection in stock and they always fulfill the order very quickly and bring it out to my car very quickly - I’ve never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. It’s a great efficient option if you’re trying to avoid going into stores.JoAnn’s website is not great but that’s not this particular store’s fault. I’m going primarily for sewing supplies and fabric but they have all kinds of things for any crafting needs. DON’T BUY ANYTHING WITHOUT A COUPON, they have coupons all the time (usually 40% off one item or 20% off entire order) and they have great sales for by the yard fabric especially flannel and fleece! You can get flannel for $3 or $4 a yard if you wait for a sale! It makes it very affordable for a beginner like me. Apparel fabric is lacking IMO but again, that’s the entire JoAnn company not this location, but for flannel, fleece, quilting cotton, they have you covered.

Absolutely love love love this store. My main hobby is crocheting (although I do many different crafts) amd Joanns has a wonderful yarn department....better than any other craft store. They have great prices and sales as well. Im never disappointed when leaving this store!!!

This is a sewing and crafters paradise! I also love and greatly appreciate that they have a handicapped ♿ scooter for their mobility impaired customers to use.

Love this place. So many fun options for crafting. Huge fabric and yarn selection. Love all the deals that they have. The last time I was here was during the pandemic and they only allowed a certain amount of people inside. The staff was still extremely friendly.What was odd was that they only had 2 people working at the cash register and there was about 15 of us in line. That was my only feedback. The line shouldnt be that long

One of my favorite stores however prices may be higher than other locations. Make sure you compare prices before you buy.

Something for everyone with a great selection of crafting and home decor items. A bit stiff in price. All kinds of fabrics and remnants in various colors and materials. (Aisles are smaller in this area than the rest of the store, and also the most congested).

Visited the store and found lots of options to choose from. While browsing for the same items on the website, I found them on the same day with a much lower price. So glad I didnt purchase in the store!

I love coming to Joanns. It is a crafters heaven. I could spend hours just shopping and wandering the aisles. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the workers and very nice, i get greeted everytime i walk in the door. The coupons they offer are a huge bonus and i use them all the time. there is so much products and items to choose from, something for everyone.

Curbside pickup worked great. Almost no wait.

This is my Craft store of choice. Ive gotten to know the staff pretty well. Clay may be my favorite, but the whole staff over all is amazing and knowledgeable. They also have a great GM Mia I think is here name. Get the app for the best coupons.

Ordered new product online for pick up and they had the nerve to give me one that was used. Nothing was in the box as far as instructions, no plastic on the material, foam around it. Had hair and lent on it. Yea it was a new circuit press and they gave me one someone brought back. Terrible service, like they couldnt have checked it upon return. I had to go right back on there to get what I paid for!

Went to get a pickup order and received super fast and friendly service.

The store is packed with so many fabrics that I ended up walking out with $50 purchase. Such a fun place and the employees are such a big help.

I live north of Charlotte but the Jo Anns in Mooresville is small. This is smaller than Monroe but still a good size store.The floral and clay are small sections while fabric reigns supreme. Fiber arts, painting, wood and kids crafts have a decent size selection.Im not sure if its their variety or not but the clearance fabric always seems small to me.

Love this store but the associates could be a little nicer

We went to get something for my cousins wedding. We asked a person who worked there for some advice. She talked to us for a moment and then we asked her could she take us to the area that we should be in. She then proceeded to tell us that we were taking up her time, and she would get in trouble if she left her post. We went on our own. But when we got back to the post where she was supposed to be she wasnt there. It was a customer who HELPED US.

Ordered my items online for in store pick up in the AM. Online website said order was available in store. Waited and waited for email stating when my order was ready. Never received a response. I drove 21 miles to the store to check on my order. While at the store around 7ish PM, email came through saying were sorry your items are unavailable!!! I asked a sales lady in fabrics about my order and she said weve been so busy and checked my order number. I asked her to show me where the items I ordered was in the store. Upon checking the items location.....well, well there was 3 of my items on the shelf!!! 😳 So either someone was too lazy to pull my items for pickup or didnt care about the customers needs. I was highly disappointed and will not go back or order online from this store in the future!! Also there was only one cashier who had to answer phone calls and serve the customer. If the store was so busy......hire so more help!!! Management needs to revamp store and put the customer first instead of lazy employees!!!

I went to Joanns to get a few things for my craft decorations. I always get more than I need... The sales and prices are awesome. I had extra coupon from the app and got a better price. If you dont have the app, get it now, the extra savings add up.
