Went to this particular Bluemercury today and had a really good experience. Went near closing time to pick up a staple, and the associate working was really pleasant, helpful and all-around awesome! Looking forward to going back. I didnt catch her name, but hopefully shes working again when I return. Great customer service cant be beat!

I was ready for a makeover, and made a trip to Blue Mercury in the Park Road Shopping center. It was such a nice experience and I felt like Adam (?) took the time to find the right products and tints for me. They carry very good make-up lines and I came away looking younger!

I love going to Blue Mercury, park road shopping center, I have one near my place in Va, when I go to CLT, Steph and staff, are excellent, they have great knowledge of product, yes it is expensive but the products work, I love visiting my friends, so kind, Chanacaille rep andIndie Lee rep very helpful

Loved this place! Ive heard so many wonderful things about this store since moving to Charlotte! The personal service I received was wonderful as I was given a few samples of face washes and hair products as well to try! The gentleman who assisted me even helped me sign up to become a rewards member! Love this place and will defintely be back to make purchases in the future!
