I am definitely enjoying the new management that has taken over this cosmoprof. Inventory has been plentiful since she has been at the helm. Shes very helpful. She seems like she enjoys her job very much.

I came ten minutes before closing and shopped two minutes pass and was RUSHED, though I spent 200 plus dollars. I was visiting from three hours away and decided on this location. It was clean and decently stocked.

The absolute worst customer service. They never come out from behind the desk to help. I ask for a specific color because I didn’t see it and their answer was “if it’s not there, we don’t have.” Never came to help me look or anything. After I looked for 15 more mins, I found the color. When I went to salon centric, it was a completely different experience. They knew where all their products were and helped me every step of the way. I will make salon centric my regular from now on. I do not recommend this location at all.

Make sure to get here WELL before they close because they lock up early and refuse to let you in during business hours. I’d go to Salon Centric for everything if I could.

I can to store and there no one else here stor opens at 8 got here at 945 and found sign on door that says Close for lunch at 945 might I add again thanks cosmoprof for the let down

The staff was okay friendly but not very helpful. They had lots to say to each other but in a hurry to break conversation from customers. Previously, Ive had better encounters there. I cannot promise I will go back to this location.

I have been a Cosmo member over 30 years and in the business over 30. Cosmo rarely has the colors needed at store locations. Usually I order online simply to avoid unnecessary driving to locations. I need to order in Hudson Valley Ny, Charlotte,NC and Miami FL. Too many times my time is wasted because of poor inventory control. Additionally, in Miami youre lucky to find a store rep. who speaks English properly. Its sad that many big chain stores policies are forcing customers to order online thereby putting local jobs in jeopardy! Very sad that customer service is becoming a thing of a time gone by.

Always friendly & helpful. Only gave 3 stars because the assortment of esthetician supplies is very weak. They would have gotten 5. Its such a big focus in the industry. Shocked they have minimal tools for itThey didnt have any face mask brushes or really much of anything other than waxing supplies and some brow tools.You guys are great, but you really need to step it up with the esthetician tools.

I would give this site no stars if I could I came in today there were 3 employees on staff, I was offered no help to find what I need. After checking out I had my water in my hand which I dropped accidentally, I was very apologetic and asked if they had anything to clean it up, being on my lunch break as a hairdresser I was short on time the three employees sat and made faces when one of them got a roll of paper towels finally he handed them directly to me for me to clean up without offering help. I will be returning all my things and I will not be back.

Im 31 weeks pregnant. Asked to use their restroom before I shopped. Was told no and she gave me a snarky look. Literally walked away in tears. Will never return to this location ever again!

Store refuses to price match. The whole time I was there they just gave me bs excuses for things that made no sense, and their customer service is AWFUL. I will never be shopping at any cosmoprof again, thanks to the incredibly subpar behavior of this location.

I went to this store to get hair dye and shampoo and conditioner and the lady said she couldnt help me because I wasnt in a cosmetology school. There is no sign that said for schools only.
