If I could give zero stars I would. VERY RUDE upset that customers came in at 7pm when the hours on google clearly state the store closes at 7:30pm. If you have simply updated your google hours instead of being rude and rushing customers then you wouldn’t have an issue with customers coming in close to the store closing.

There’s better beauty supplies throughout the city. Too small for customers to be rubbing elbows and body parts down the aisles. Plus they don’t have enough supplies that I needed to do my hair. So I had to drive all the way to Tisun beauty supplies.

They have everything in this store! The space to walk is really tight. Customer service is always excellent. Prices are also reasonable.

Messy and unorganized. Had the nerve to accuse me of stealing a $1.99 edge control because she did not witness me putting it back where it was. Declutter the store then maybe you can see something. Not friendly to even loyal customers.

Although I have occasionally visited this store for 12 yrs., I normally try not to go to this place because it is too pricey, unorganized, and messy. They are very watchful to the point they will accuse you of stealing if you dont place an item where you found it.

I had a wonderful experience! The ladies are very knowledgeable and helped with suggesting various products. Their prices are very reasonable and they had everything I needed, plus some.

They are the best! They are like my second family. They do well for our community. I have been going to the shop for years and they are always so kind. I would prefer to spend my money with them.

My experience here was awesome! I am not from the area and needed foundation. I stayed clear of this place bc of the bad review. But after going to two other places in the area that didnt have what I needed, I decided to call Nile Beauty. They had exactly what I was looking for and had it waiting on me when I got there. They even ordered another product that Id been looking for and couldnt find anywhere. I had an awesome experience here. I hope others wont allow a bad review to deter them.
