Wonderful experience so far...Chris Rinaldi is awesome to work with.Well time to update...and right now not 5 stars the cabinets were not the right fit so left with no clearance to open refrigerator. 😕Also over ordered cabinets...told sink I had would fit and work...they are currently working to rectify the problems so will have another updatesI well another update...no issues resolved...this place is horrible to deal with....they just play phone tag and to date no more has been done! They are not good or professional at there job. Never use this company the will never right there wrong doing...did not properly measure and ordered to many cabinets and counter tops and left no room for clearance to open a refrigerator and will not fix there screw up...I would not recommend this place for anything. Now going to report to the better business bureau!Well they worked to rectify all the wrong !

The actual cabinets are good quality but the installers are NOT PROFESSIONALS. they mutilated the cabinets. Had to replace 6 or 7 face frames where the wood was split. DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLERS.

I was not impressed with this place. The salesman was nice, but the place is so tiny. The selection is very slim, and at least 2 or 3 of the sample cabinets were no longer available. Plus Im looking for black cabinetry and they have none to offer.

Dont bother, received the first email, filled out what was requested and never heard back. I called twice spoke to two people was told they would call me back and never did.

Went in and service was nice. We paid $100 to have official cabinet measurements done a few months ago only to never get a quote back. Called several times and get were working on sending us the quote as to date we havent received it. I called today and was told they had to locate our information and they will try to send our quote.6/9/20 UPDATE decided to move along with Cabinets to Go vs finding someone. They turned my not so good experience around. Ordering was simple, was continually updated on cabinet delivery and installation went fast. And they were there to answer any questions/ concerns.

I just visited for the first time and I liked the fact that someone sad with me and my existing measurements and did a full design for me. While I need to get additional measurements to more accurately plan my kitchen, I was really excited about the one on one attention I received. Havent ordered anything yet still planning but at this point looks like a great option

Chris was informative and great to work with. He had great knowledge on the product and made appropriate recommendations.

The service provided to me by Douglas was great. He provided me with a free design and great customer service. He was easily able to answer all of my nitty gritty questions when it came to a remodelIt was an all together awesome experience and I can’t wait to get my kitchen!!

Very pleased with the knowledge of the staff and experience. We worked with Ricky, and being a designer myself it was refreshing to work with someone as knowledgeable on the product and build. We are expecting our cabinets this week, and I have nothing but excitement as we wait for them to come in. I’m sure they will be great!

First off let me tell you - because it does not tell you anywhere on the site, and no one in the shop mentioned it to me in 2 different visits - the cabinets are NOT ASSEMBLED. They come flat packed in boxes. I never even imagined that to be a possibility so I did not ask. These are Ikea basically. So since I assumed they would be...you know, cabinets... I paid my home contractor to go pick them up with his truck. He laughed at me when he arrived back at my house with a few little boxes I could have easily fit in my station wagon. So yes, it was cheaper, but then I had to pay my contractor for his time to put them together which was not anticipated. In the end, they look fine. Im not sure if I had put them together myself if they would have looked as nice. But since I had a pro put them together they look like regular cabinets. The drawers and doors line up and look good. So. You get what you pay for. They should just be more explicit about what youre paying for.

Disappointing experience

Nice cabinets, good quality, very good pricing. Poor customer service. Sales rep never called back when I had to leave a message. Forgot to order hardware.

Our experience we been almost identical to Suzettes. Weve waited WEEKS to get cabinets. We now have cabinets but still no hardware. The cabinets did not come ready to hang. You have to put them together yourself....which was NEVER mentioned. I could have went to IKEA and saved money if I knew this. We are missing glass fronts for 2 of the cabinets, hardware, and all of the necessary filler pieces. And after repeatedly telling them we have wall mounted double ovens, he still order a piece that fits one wall oven and told us to modify ourselves!!! The sales persons and manager are completely worthless and unreliable. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Pay the extra and deal with someone who is dependable and knows what they are doing.

Have to admit, was skeptical at first since reviews were less than positive. However visited the store, friendly knowledgeable staff, found exactly what my wife wanted so ordered it up. Came in earlier than promised. Brought it home and WOW! That is all my contractor & I could say as we unpacked 3/4 plywood cabinets with beautiful finish, dado construction, dovetailed drawer boxes, soft-close drawers on heavy duty metal guides, the works!! As a local Realtor, I am a client for life and telling everyone I meet, Kudos to Lee Ferrell & the guys.

Do not waste your time or money buying cabinets from this company. You get exactly what you pay for plus the headache. From the beginning they were beyond extremely slow in getting our kitchen design finalized. They give little to no input on what a typical kitchen layout has with cabinet features. Our design was majorly lacking and we had to change it numerous times with all our own ideas. When I asked about purchasing their quartz countertop and farm sink the older gentleman told me I don’t want to buy it there. So I bought those items at Home Depot. They do not respond to emails or phone calls so after 3 months I randomly drove up there and said I am not leaving until our design is finalized and cabinets are ordered. After accomplishing that the cabinets did come in fairly fast. We picked them up and now let’s discuss quality. Cabinets were damaged, a door was warped. Fortunately my husband is very handy and was able to glue and clamp them making the defects hardly noticeable. Two of the cabinets are incorrect but after calling we are told they need to be modified which means we need to cut one of them creating an under the cabinet microwave stand and making one into a trash can that pulls out. This was never explained to us. The older man says he told us this and this is not true. Who in their right mind would willingly order a cabinet that requires cutting it, adding a shelf and trying to match the paint to cover where you cut?! I am outraged at this company. I will never use them again or recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyer Beware!

Place is a little disorganized but we love the cabinets once they were hung. Price is fantastic compared to other cabinet places

Cabinets are nice. Sales help was good. However, surprise!, no one told us the cabinets come in boxes and you have to put them together. Two doors were damaged and I had to call their service center to have them replaced. That was fast and worked well, however, if I go to a local business, I would expect them to do all the follow up. In addition, they use stone works to cut and install the countertop. I was disappointed with the countertop installation, and although it isnt cabinets to gos fault, it actually is since they use them. If you dont mind putting together your cabinets, and you are careful about who cuts and installs a counter top, you can be very pleased. Its just not what I expected when we went there.

I order my cabinets on the 22 of Aug. 2016 here it is the 21st of September. Still have not received all of my cabinets. One is still on backorder. Have not picked any up at this point. I have called numerous of times and yet I get no response from my district manager. They tell me they switched over to a new system so the trucks are running behind. Why would you switch over to a new system and not run your Old system simultaneously so you don’t have problems like this. Douglas the young man that helped me in the store was fantastic however once they got my money the ball has been dropped the company cannot deliver a product on time and give you excuses why they can’t. And you can’t get in touch with the regionals because nobody has the numbers to regionals supposedly. Never seen a company run or you can’t talk to somebody over above the store level.I will say I’m here today day picking up my cabinets Rick the store manger. Has made things good.As of today I have all items. Will update on how it all goes together.Please if you have issues talk with Rick. Easy going and very understanding. I mean if you go in acting like a BUTT then don’t expect to get results.

First let me say all these cabinets are made in CHINA, And you have to assemble yourself which was never discussed. You would think for the price it would be better Quality than particle board cabinets!! Also my mother in law Germaine Ellis let CTG install her cabinets which are unlevel and will not soft close like they said it would and its been almost 3 months and she still dont have her counter top or sink! She 72 years old and keeps foster kids and still dosent have a functioning kitchen,Stay away from this Company!!!!!!!

Paid for my cabinets over a month ago, told they would be here by 6/13 and I still do not have cabinets as of 7/5. I have called every week and been told they will be here next week.... Still no cabinets. The manager Ricky is also a jerk, didnt return my phone call when I asked to speak to him and when I did get in touch with him he was rude and acted like it wasnt a big deal and that it was my problem to deal with! I can not wait to be done with them!! I feel like they tell a bunch of lies just to get your money!

Ricky answered every question we had, after doing layout of kitchen his design were better and gave us more room, after completion of kitchen 1 month later, WOW it was beautiful, thanks Ricky and cabinets to go, saved a ton of money to by doing it ourselves
