I have been to this location several times and have always been treated extremely well. I have worn business clothes and very casual clothes and have never been treated differently. Biggest con to me is the fly selection feels very generic to me but I assume that is the safest business model for a fishing retailer.

Love this store. Sales Associates are helpful but not pushy. Everything is clean and well-maintained.

Ridiculous hours make this a 2 star review when it could easily be a 4 or 5. What retail store is closing when the rest of the world is leaving work to shop? 6p close? Really? Have more Orvis products than I can count and love their stuff. Good thing they have an online presence.

The best customer service!

Like this store a lot. Tends to feel overpriced, but they carry some great items. Unfortunately their stock is quite limited, but the store is presented nice. The staff feel a bit stuffy and if you walk in wearing just shorts and a T, youre beneath their level of what they consider good clientele and adjust their attitude toward you. Should be a four or 5 five star location, but the staff certainly make it a one.

Its very simple, high quality merchandise, reasonable price for the level of quality and super friendly, knowledgeable staff makes the shopping experience great.

I cant say enough good things. On a recommendation from a friend that fly fishes regularly, I signed up for Fly Fishing 101. There you learn how to set up your rod, rig your reel, tie the knots that are needed to get you started and some good casting techniques. Once I completed that I signed up for Fly Fishing 201 where you go out to a local pond and practice with a one of the people from Orvis, Both Victor and Trey were excellent and patient teachers. I highly recommend anyone new to the sport to check this store out! Thanks Orvis!

This is the place for fly fishing gear and outdoor activities. Clothes are great but not for extreme weather activities. For that you should go to Filson of Seattle. And, if you are patient . Orvis periodically has really good sales.,

Pro-Great stuff in the store. Seriously, a really good selection.Con-My wife and I (26 year olds) walk in because we want to get into fly fishing. We dont receive any sort of customer service at all. We noticed another man of our approximate age get the same lack of treatment. 20 minutes go by and an associate walks past me and on passing asks if we have any questions. My response was clear and based on research I would like to get some information about getting into fly fishing, ive done some research and this is the direction Im looking into he walked me to the fly rods and pointed out what I told him about and said this is the last one, if you want it at the sale price, now is the time and walked away. Ok... Lets be honest, orvis has slightly inflated prices but people are willing to pay them for service. The service that I got is worth a 2 star review and going to a fly shop that will actually help me.
