Food was alright.. but the cashier! I think his name was Justin, not exactly sure, but he’s was super energetic, friendly, and made me feel comfortable eating there. I recommend this place! customer service is a 10!!

This place may not look like much given that it’s a food court mall restaurant, but don’t pass them up!! They have some of the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had and if you go on Tuesdays they are only $1! Totally worth the visit, the food is sooo good!! The employees are also really friendly and accommodating. Love this place!!

I eat here at least once every week and the food is delicious. Iv never had problem. Me and my 4yr old love the street corn and the sopes! They have great customer service too👍🏾 The guy that’s there always helps me with great choices when I want something different.

This place is darn good. They are on par with experiences I have had eating in the South West. They are worth checking out. Be careful if you are sensitive to hot sauce some of the stuff they have is muy picante. This is also a gluten free heaven.

Ive been to the Galleria Mall several times since I moved to Rock Hill but never tried Poblanitas. Im so glad I did. The food is way above food court quality. I enjoyed it so much and the people there were very friendly. The guy there went out of his way to help me with my order. Didnt expect that from a restaurant in the food court. THANK YOU! I will def be back.

I love the quesadillas here! As well as all the beverages. The person who gave bad rating is probably not used to Mexican food, Fajitas (if thats what she/he meant) are a combination of chicken with peppers (and the other seasonings),of course theres not going to be a lot of chicken. The food poisoning might be for the onions ( they cause gases).Other than that, I love to go there after shopping because is fast and the food is really good. You have to go and see for yourself.

You wouldnt expect food this fresh and delicious at a small Mall foodcourt, but I have ZERO things to say negative. Staff is very friendly and it is authentic Mexican food. 100% will be back and highly recommend!

I ordered some tacos and they gave me tortillas that were half frozen and they broke easily. I didnt tell them anything until the next time my wife ordered, when she was ordering she asked them nicely to warm the tortillas a little better, but when she got them there was a long piece of hair on the tacos and it looked like it was placed there on purpose. That is impossible not to see it, i called the manager, and they offered a free meal with my family but that isnt the point, the point is to have be clean and nice to the costumers, the lady that works there, she got so mad at me when i returned with the tacos, instead of apologizing for the incident, she just yelled at me like it was my fault. So i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The food is always super-fresh and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable as well. Best authentic Mexican around!

So bad. First time eatting here and the fatitas were all peppers hardly no chicken. Needless to say the chicken gave me food poison! Ive never had food poison and it was the worse. Do not eat here.

Very bad attention they gave me a raw chicken and I asked the lady please that if I could cook it a little more and it came out hitting me very rude do not go to this place is waste of time money and the service is disgusting instead of helping to the customer do not why I was not asking you to give me a new one all he asked is that please help me and cook and that can not do that kind of restaurant is that rightly not many people is disgusting restaurant Very arrogant people who work there do not know how to help people I hope they can improve it and get people who do know how to attend and especially cook differentiate between a raw and well done chicken thanks

Very rude lady always having actitude, the other day I went to order and she was taking one orders she was so rude that I just decided to go somewhere else to keep dealing with her nasty actitude. The kitchen lady sometimes takes care of the box and it is too odious, it answers very ugly and has no way of serving the clientele. I went to order the other day and she took care of me. It was so odious that I preferred to tell her that I did not want anything and I went to buy somewhere else.
